Hotel was just fine. Check-in was excellent service, however the restaurant left much to be desired. The service was mediocre and the food was not very good. There is no way I would advise anyone to eat there. Overall, the hotel was tired looking and in need of a renovation. The beach and pool were very nice but the chairs stained , old and not very comfortable.

Sehr nettes Personal und schönes Hotel direkt am Strand, Nähe Flughafen. Die Flugzeuge hört man gar nicht bis kaum. Großer Pool und super Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, riechen zwar ein bisschen muffig am Anfang, das lässt sich aber gut lüften.

Shower was good but only a small half glass wall so water ends on the floor. Floors were dirty. Black feet before getting into bed. Restaurant has weird hours and actually closed to guests because of a conference. Pool closes at 5 and beach at 4:30. Parking was 8 euros a day with numerous in and out privileges

Soggiorno in camera quadrupla , letto confortevole, stanza fondamentalmente pulita . La cena e’ stata ottima , il personale del ristorante cortese e gentile ,così,così quello della reception, garbata e gentile la ragazza incontrata nel pomeriggio ,mentre mi sono sentito poco a mio agio con la sua collega incontrata nella tarda mattinata al check in, che ci ha fornito la seconda camera , solo quasi alle 15 ed ancora non completamente sistemata e pulita. Nota stonatissima il parcheggio a pagamento all’aperto , il cui costo e’ stato comunque eccessivo .

Lobby decor was updated and nice. We stayed on first floor, carpet in the hallway was very dirty, surfaces in the room and bathroom dirty needed a thorough cleaning. There were ants on the floor.

Room wasn't that clean. Bathroom has mould everywhere and is dated. There was a smell of damp carpets in the hallway. Breakfast was cheap and nasty produce. The type of watered down orange juice where you can hardly taste the orange.

Hotel needs to improve the rooms/bathroom cleaning. Mildew in your bath... is just disgusting. Issue was addressed, but any action was not taken to fix the problem. Room entrance has a hole in the ceiling, nice house for mice. Hotel is suffering the lack of maintenance. Overall is a standard hotel. Make sure to have a car to move around, otherwise you will not enjoy the area.

Vi havde et fint stort værelse på 2 sal. Vi havde bestilt havudsigt, men det var en tilsnigelse. Der var havudsigt hvis man bukkede sig ned og kiggede gennem træerne. Bad var lækkert. Masser af varmt vand. Vi døjede med lidt myrer et par dage, men det fik de heldigvis styr på. Rengøring hver dag og der blev skiftet sengetøj 3 gange på 7 dage. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme. De talte fint engelsk. Det ligger et stykke ude. Men lækkert i forhold til strand. Den ligger 5 min gåtur fra hotellet og er fin. Bus D kører direkte fra Centrum til hotellet.

We arrived around 9pm and were leaving at 4am so it was really just a place to stay. The shower would not drain so my partner took it apart and fixed it which was disgusting. The room was hot and never cooled off. We were too tired to move to a different room plus we knew it would be complicated since their computers were down. We didn’t use or see any of the amenities.

Staff where all very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much for them. The hotel was spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was amazing and we were spoilt for choice…. Taxi device into town was prompt. Everyone was so kind, and Anna is a credit to the hotel

The staff at hotel were amazing Particularly Lucrezia who went above and beyond to help us the our next destination and taking care of the details. Then making sure we had a room ready when we returned. She was absolutely delightful and so kind to us made our stay a very pleasant experience

We were looking for a comfortable one night stay the evening before flying home. This property exceeded our expectations. While we did not have time to enjoy the beautiful pool and surrounding area, we did walk around the property and enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was ultimately good, though the service staff seemed a little out of rhythm, helping others with drinks and orders before us despite us being the first in the restaurant. We would stay here again if in Catania.

The hotel itself is lovely, absolutely immaculate and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are to a high standard and the communal areas are fresh, clean and modern. Step outside the gates and there is rubbish everywhere, bins well past over flow on the streets with the heat… you can imagine the smell. Unfortunately there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance, crossing the road is taking your life in your hands, really busy and people don’t stop for you. The only option for restaurants/ shops is getting a bus for approx 40 mins to Catania central, they are regular buses though. If you want nothing but to lie by the pool and eat only at the hotel, this will be ideal for you.

Nice hotel. Rooms were nice, roomy balcony. Only slight negative was hotel situated a bit far out from the centre. Although there is a bus stop directly outside there were few buses and no indication of a timetable so you cant rely on a bus and taxi's very expensive
