First, the airport shuttle service was useless. When we landed we rang the hotel reception to request a shuttle. We arrived at 11.15am, and were unhelpfully told that the next shuttle would be at 12.45pm. We said we didnt want to wait 1.5 hours, but the person on reception made no attempt to help us get from the airport to the hotel. One of the selling points of this hotel was the airport shuttle, without which we would have opted for another hotel in the city centre, so this was very frustrating. When we arrived at the hotel (by Metro), the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, for instance they were unclear about how to access drinking water. The hotel had a swimming pool which we were looking forward to, but we were told on arrival it was only open from 10am-5pm. If you are visiting a city like Milan it's likely you'll spend the day in the city, so not having access to the pool in the morning or evening makes this offer useless. To make matters worse, one evening there was a private party with people in the pool at 11pm, but we were told we weren't allowed access to the pool or the garden. Please don't advertise a pool if you plan to restrict access in the evening for some customers but not others. The room itself was okay, but the TV connection was faulty, the toilet roll holder was broken and the wifi was very weak, working for 1 out of 3 devices. Again, we expected more. For a hotel that looks good online, we were extremely disappointed with the staff and services

Chose this property due to its proximity to Milan Linate Airport as we had an early morning flight. Property was clean and staff were pleasant. Our stay was in the middle of an extreme heat wave and the AC would not cool our room. The hallways and lobby was cooler than our room. I went to the manager and he moved us to another room but it was no cooler. Regardless, we appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to help. The pool was nice as were the grounds around it. Do understand, the hotel charges a fee to use towels and chairs. The bar served great drinks. We did not eat at the restaurant. We were told at check in the restaurant closed at 230pm so we made our way there around 205pm. Staff told us the kitchen was already closed. We ended up eating vending machine sandwiches for lunch and ordered delivery pizza later that night. Overall, I would give this property 3 out of 5 stars due to lack of adequate AC.

First my wife was told that she need to pay a amount higher than the actually Hotel stay Price per Person to use the Pool, than I called Expedia, Expedia called the Hotel and all of a sudden the Pool was free to use. When my wife and daughter went to the Pool, the were not allowed to enter the Pool without a Bathing cap. Of course you can purchase one at the Hotel for a ridiculous amount. This is just not tight

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families on vacation, but it may be suitable for a quick transit stop.

check in & check out was easy, front desk staff were very helpful The swimming pool was closed from September 1st which was a shame in such hot weather, the gardens are probably lovely in peak season but looked a little uncared for during our short stay - again because late September is deemed off season. food choices in the restaurant were poor, the food wasn't very good either (chicken Cesar salad was made with over fried chicken nuggets) and was overpriced

Thank God it was just for one night. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle. Check-in was fine, but the shuttle for the time we needed was already fully booked. The common areas are decent, but that’s where the positives end. We stayed in room 816 and, for nearly 300 euros, expected much better. The carpet was cheap and dirty, the room and bathroom were small with dirty walls, the bed was just okay, and the hair dryer didn’t work. There was also no complimentary water in the room. Novotel Milano Linate is a hotel I would not return to.

Watch out they try to charge you twice for the same thing. I had to show them my receipts for them to remove charges. There was also some mold growing in the bathroom wall.

We were checked into a room with holes in the carpet, dirty gray walls that should be white, black marks on the wall, and curtains that were starting to come apart,along with coming down from the ceiling. It seemed everything was an extra fee, including a bottle of water. As we inquired about breakfast or other options, we were told our room number didn't allow us to have access to breakfast. We paid for a shuttle for the next day to the airport. We stressed we had to leave right at 9 am to be on time. Our party along were two other groups were waiting for any staff to arrive to take us, thinking they would be there early a few minutes before 9 am to let us load our luggage. At five minutes till 9 am, we went into the front desk to ask if someone was coming because we needed to have time to make our flights, and we were told they would be there at 9 am. We were watching other visitors getting taxis and leave as we were waiting. Finally, after 9 am, a man came out from the front desk and unlocked the van. It seemed he was not pleased to have to be driving us to the airport. I will not recommend this hotel and will not return from another stay.

Nosotros hicimos una reserva por 1 noche en este hotel porque salíamos para otro destino y necesitabamos la comodidad que fuera cerca al aeropuerto. Primero, todo estaba en muy mal estado y sucio: el baño estaba sucio y muy dañado, el tapete se veía muy sucio, las plantas artificiales del lobby llenas de polvo. La puerta del baño no funcionaba. Segundo, la comida. Ofrecen una cena buffet de 30 euros por persona y cuando la vimos no tenían opciones libres de gluten y lácteos. También me sorprendió que no tenían proteínas magras sino sólo embutidos. El desayuno tampoco tenía opciones agradables... la lechuga como pueden ver en la foto, daba asco. La verdad este no es un estándar de hotel 4 estrellas. Está viejo, deteriorado y sucio. No debería llamarse Novohotel sino VEJOHOTEL.

Room was sub par when comparing sherington near the other airport but of similar price. Gym towel isn’t refill daily and water machine was almost empty and removed the next day. Spiderweb was visible on the machines. Room was average. Bathroom had used soap when arrived and marks. Towel feels dirty and had makeup mark on still.

There were bugs inside the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, the bidet spray was broken, and even the safe box was out of order. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful at all. When I reported the issues, they simply ignored them. I strongly don’t recommend staying here — it doesn’t deserve even one star. (Photos attached to show the condition).

We were charged for a King-sized bed (upgrade) and only got a double. When asked at the front desk, the employee was rude and told me they did not have king-sized beds anywhere on the property. The restaurant and bar were closed on a Friday night. The TV would not cast internet-based services and the telephone did not work (or wouldn't be answered). It would ring 3 times and then go to fast busy. Overall staff very rude. Would not recommend.

The lobby looked clean and modern, however, our room was in a poor condition. The air conditioner was leaking to the floor and kept dripping on us every time we walked into the bathroom. We complained twice and the staff were not responsive. Overall, the property was good, however, our experience with the leak and the non-responsiveness from the staff was disappointing.

Classico hotel business vicino all'aereoporto di Linate. Buon livello di pulizia, staff cordiale. La camera era molto calda e non era possibile accendere l'aria condizionata nè aprire la finestra per il troppo rumore; questo ha influito molto in negativo sulla qualità del sonno. Nonostante la recente ristrutturazione alcune cose sembrano essere state trascurate, come appunto il pannello per regolare la temperatura e la doccia.

The property was a good place to stay for catching our early flight out of Milan. The rooms and common areas were clean, and well-kept, and I'd stay there again. I would like to highlight an exceptional member of the staff, Andres, who went above and beyond. He helped us with several things, including intervening when our taxi driver insisted on cash payment (note for travelers, it's illegal for taxi drivers not to take credit cards). We appreciated all his help - he made our stay a great experience.

We were checked into a room with holes in the carpet, dirty gray walls that should be white, black marks on the wall, and curtains that were starting to come apart,along with coming down from the ceiling. It seemed everything was an extra fee, including a bottle of water. As we inquired about breakfast or other options, we were told our room number didn't allow us to have access to breakfast. We paid for a shuttle for the next day to the airport. We stressed we had to leave right at 9 am to be on time. Our party along were two other groups were waiting for any staff to arrive to take us, thinking they would be there early a few minutes before 9 am to let us load our luggage. At five minutes till 9 am, we went into the front desk to ask if someone was coming because we needed to have time to make our flights, and we were told they would be there at 9 am. We were watching other visitors getting taxis and leave as we were waiting. Finally, after 9 am, a man came out from the front desk and unlocked the van. It seemed he was not pleased to have to be driving us to the airport. I will not recommend this hotel and will not return from another stay.

The staff was not very welcoming. In fact, during our entire stay there, we felt like we were an inconvenience and that we weren’t wanted there. The service and the food was horrible. I would not recommend any foreigners to stay there.

Equipe, dar o quarto que foi reservado. Cheguei e me deram um quarto muito inferior ao que havia reservado, fui reclamar e me mudaram de quarto, porem quando me deram o segundo quarto já tinha hospede dentro. Entao me mudaram para um 3º quarto, onde fiquei e esta ótimo. Porem já eram 22h e nao havia toalhas no quarto. Tive que ligar na recepção e pedir, nada de aparecer em 10 minutos, Portanto tive que descer e fiquei ali esperando uns 5 minutos até me entregarem as toalhas.

There were bugs inside the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, the bidet spray was broken, and even the safe box was out of order. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful at all. When I reported the issues, they simply ignored them. I strongly don’t recommend staying here — it doesn’t deserve even one star. (Photos attached to show the condition).

I chose the hotel for proximity to the airport. In fact, it’s a 30 Euro cab ride each way, which is no bargain. The advertised shuttle service is extremely limited. For value and convenience, I would have been a lot better off staying in the center.

Very nice hotel with shuttle to Linate airport. Superb breakfast, continatal style. Like being back home in Sweden. Great people in reception. But I think it ends there. It felt like the hotel aimed at the stars but could not deliver. Dinner was very expensive and the food did not taste that well. In the gym, some of the equipment was broken. I think I would look for another hotel if I needed to travel from Linate again.

Nosotros hicimos una reserva por 1 noche en este hotel porque salíamos para otro destino y necesitabamos la comodidad que fuera cerca al aeropuerto. Primero, todo estaba en muy mal estado y sucio: el baño estaba sucio y muy dañado, el tapete se veía muy sucio, las plantas artificiales del lobby llenas de polvo. La puerta del baño no funcionaba. Segundo, la comida. Ofrecen una cena buffet de 30 euros por persona y cuando la vimos no tenían opciones libres de gluten y lácteos. También me sorprendió que no tenían proteínas magras sino sólo embutidos. El desayuno tampoco tenía opciones agradables... la lechuga como pueden ver en la foto, daba asco. La verdad este no es un estándar de hotel 4 estrellas. Está viejo, deteriorado y sucio. No debería llamarse Novohotel sino VEJOHOTEL.

Reception also booked us a taxi to Linate airport for €20, which was extremely convenient — well worth knowing about if you have a flight to catch. What didn't: The rooms were dusty in places, particularly behind the curtains, and we ran out of hand soap without it being replaced. The rooms were also very warm and the air conditioning barely made any difference, which was hard going in the summer heat. The pool and bar setup is frustrating. The pool is small and a swim cap is required. The outdoor bar closes early, and the indoor bar doesn't allow swimwear — so if you're swimming or sunbathing, there's effectively no way to order a drink for much of the day. Worth knowing before you book if relaxing by the pool is part of your plan. Staff were mostly fine, though we did get a slightly grumpy reaction for throwing away a croissant our child didn't want. Overall: functional and perfectly usable, but a number of small things add up.

Room was good and comfortable but toilet was really dirty. Parking was very expensive so I rather parked just outside the hotel which was free to park. Breakfast was good but they should serve a full cup of coffee instead of two sips. It was not even quarter of a small cup. First time I thought machine ran out of coffee but next time when they refilled it was still the same size.
