Great location opposite the station. If you like walking then the Pisa was a short distance walk away. Everything you need was easy reach. Lovely hotel very clean and comfortable well. Mix review for staff at reception, the male staff not as helpful, but the female staff really accommodated all our needs. Parking was easy left car in secure locked parking. Really handy to have this as parking on street was a little scary. Overall would highly recommend and will return if I am in Pisa again!

Straight opposite railway station Friendly welcome and lovely room. The only issue was breakfast area. Not once did anyone clear our dirty plates. The two female staff were too busy talking. At 10.15 all food and coffee area were cleared away.As another guest said it says open until 10.30, the waitress said shut. A chef came out and overheard and went to get the guest a cuppa. The waitress should have obliged. Left luggage and returned later in day when train due . Staff in reception were great.

The Hotel was nice and clean, very convenient for walking and very close to the railway station. We were disappointed to hear they had no bar in the Hotel. We thought the breakfast was very expensive, however there was plenty of it. We got the impression it was more of a work/conference venue than a holiday one.

The staff at the hotel was nice, I was able to check in early after getting in on an early flight. For the most part, the room was clean but just very run down. When I first got in, I had to wash what appeared to be a silverfish down the bathtub drain. The wallpaper and ceiling is cracking and stained. There is no control over AC in the room, despite there being a thermostat. The bed was fine, not very comfortable. One of the two twins pushed together was a couple of inches lower than the other, and they were on wheels so a large gap kept opening up between them. Location was convenient in terms of traveling, right across from the train station. There’s no bar/lounge, just a self service fridge in the lobby. Probably wouldn’t stay here again in Pisa, definitely not 4-star quality.

Good short stay near the train station and airport. Has 24 hour front desk and stored our luggage. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. It suited our needs as we were just passing thru the city on a quick day tour.

Good location for Pisa Centrale railway station (literally over the road) and close to Pisa airport. Few minutes in a taxi or by shuttle train. Clean, comfortable, functional. No frills but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It’s 10 minutes by taxi to the leaning tower and other sights. No restaurant for evening meal and not much in the surrounding area for places to eat.

The lobby looked great, clean and nice. But when you enter your floor, you would think it's a different hotel: very dirty and smelly, stains on every wall. They try to cover the smell with fragrance sticks, but it just made the smell worse. The fragrance sticks was also in the room, giving us a headache. Urine stains on the floor of the bathroom. Hair in shower and on the floor. Positive: close to trainstation and comfortable bed.

This hotel is literally across the road from the train station so it is perfect for travellers without transport of their own. It is a short walk from the attractions and there are cafes close by. The room was tidy and comfortable however the carpet in the hall of my level was dirty.

We stayed just one night there, the hotel is just outside the train station so it’s very handy if you have luggage with you. From the hotel you can easily walk to the Pisa tower in 25 minutes. Room was clean and with all you need for a good night sleep

Hotel is in a good position near the station. The hotel has a modern reception but the corridors and rooms are dated. We were upgraded to a suite as there was myself husband and daughter. Unfortunatley my daughters bed wasnt made up. I rang reception and this was rectified quickly once noticed. The air conditioning wasnt working in the bed room and with no windows that could be opened it made for a terrible night. We only got 3 hours before our flight back to the uk. Its a shame it spoilt to the end of our trip to fabulous italy.

Hotel was just ok. Not much hot choice at breakfast at all. Justk tiny amounts of eggs and bacon that was sometimes not there. All the rest of the breakfast was cakes and croissants etc.. Coffee machine was broken one day. Staff on front desk were just ok. Bathroom was really badly designed and cramped. The shower door was awful and water leaked everywhere on the floor. Also if you want to use the small shower the overhead shower constantly leaked freezing cold water on your head. The bedroom itself was quite nice and well laid out with safe and good size wardrobe and fridge. View from window was terrible, rooftops and dustbins. The area wasn't very nice but it's convenient for train station. Hotel was very clean, that's the only plus. I wouldn't stay here again.

The benefit of this hotel is its location directly opposite the railway station in Pisa, and it is a couple of kilometres walk away from main attractions like Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Cathedral and associated grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpfully looked after my luggage, while I explored the city as I arrived in Pisa early from Florence and my room wasn’t ready. That being said I found the hotel room quite dated and dilapidated, and the price of a single room was more expensive than what I’d paid for other higher quality hotels for my stay whilst visiting Italy.

Great location for the station and hotel was clean. Room had minimal facilities. No coffee making facilities. Decor was extremely old with one bathroom wall not even painted, simply glossed plaster only. Only lighting option was either all on or all off, not very practical. Quite basic for such a big hotel chain.

We requested a high floor quiet room and the hotel delivered exactly that. Very impressed. Staff were fantastic, especially Jolanda on reception who couldn’t do enough to help. Location is fantastic as opposite train station and we wanted to explore Tuscany so this made it easy. Could not hear the trains or traffic at all, just the odd emergency services siren.

After reading some reviews, I was nervous about the choice I’d made booking at this hotel. But, we needed somewhere close to the station/airport side of Pisa where we could still walk to the tower easy enough and, choices were limited. I need not have worried, the interconnecting family room we had was perfect for us for our one night stay. The beds are very comfortable, the room was clean & nicely furnished and the hotel itself is in a perfect location for Pisa Centrale, or a very easy 20 minute walk to the airport (which is what we ended up doing). The staff were very friendly & helpful, special mention to Laura on reception who was so kind and went the extra mile to help us check-in much earlier than we expected to be able to.

We booked two twin size beds in a room for two rooms. They said they don’t have it. And only give us a queen size bed for each room. Didn’t explain to us and don’t even look at us. Sounds like take it or leave it.
We booked two twin size beds in a room for two rooms. They said they don’t have it. And only give us a queen size bed for each room. Didn’t explain to us and don’t even look at us. Sounds like take it or leave it.

Worst part about the stay is that they have a staff member who is extremely rude, doesn’t comprehend English very well (but doesn’t even try to understand what the other person is saying ) and he’s extremely extremely arrogant with an attitude problem I wanted to print some train tickets as my phone was not functioning and he was extremely unhelpful that I decided it’s easier to go to the train station and figure it out there

What a great location! In front of the main train terminal (Pisa Centrale). The room was cool. It had a top floor with the rooms and at the bottom the living room (connected with spiral staircase). The staff was very professional. This is a great place to stay whether you are arriving or leaving by train

Superb location. Got Pisamover train from airport which took 5 mins to get to the main train station Pisa Centrale. Hotel is opposite the main train station and a couple of minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. So glad I chose the NH Pisa. Had a day in Florence which was 52 mins by direct train €16 each return.

Great location right by the train station. Convenient buses and taxis available to get around. Took a shuttle from the airport to the central station and easy walk to the hotel.

Very handy location for the train station and Airport/PisaMover. Also not too far a walk into the historic part of Pisa. Stayed here twice now, perfect location for a one or two night stay before travelling on by train to other areas of Italy.

Hotel was just ok. Not much hot choice at breakfast at all. Justk tiny amounts of eggs and bacon that was sometimes not there. All the rest of the breakfast was cakes and croissants etc.. Coffee machine was broken one day. Staff on front desk were just ok. Bathroom was really badly designed and cramped. The shower door was awful and water leaked everywhere on the floor. Also if you want to use the small shower the overhead shower constantly leaked freezing cold water on your head. The bedroom itself was quite nice and well laid out with safe and good size wardrobe and fridge. View from window was terrible, rooftops and dustbins. The area wasn't very nice but it's convenient for train station. Hotel was very clean, that's the only plus. I wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay when using Pisa airport. Nice rooms and across the street from the railway station which has access to the airport. Just not to sure about the carrots and broccoli on offer for breakfast!!

Très bien situé, pas loin du centre touristique,en face de la gare et des taxis. La chambre était petite mais propre et fonctionnelle avec un balcon. Les espaces communs avaient été réaménagés et agréables, avec des distributeurs de snacks et boissons car pas de repas sur place. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, avec choix et qualité dans une très belle et grande salle. ALLIX

Well located opposite the train station but a bit basic - no bar or restaurant. Good base for visiting Pisa and quick connections to the airport or other towns via rail. Not sure how this is rated as 4* - fairly clean and comfortable but no facilities.

The rooms are nice and the location was perfect for us. In the morning, the shower in one room didn't have hot water. The breakfast buffet is large and had a lot of options.

A very comfortable stay, a lovely clean room however the paint was scrapped off a lot of the bedroom doors which was a bit off-putting initially. The receptionist was very helpful and kind and listed to our request for twin beds. The location is fantastic for the train station but a bit further from restaurants or bars so the hotel could really do with a rooftop restaurant or bar.
