Great location, minutes away from the main sights, near restaurants and bars. Little terrace with view of Leaning Tower, gorgeous sunset. Very reasonable price for the area, clean, lift works, nicer little breakfast room. Reception booked us a taxi, very pleasant and helpful.

På promedanavstånd till Det lutande tornet. Man ser det från takterassen! Lugnt område bortsett från ett bygge på en fastighet nära vilket förmodligen kommer vara störande! Nära restauranger med stort utbud. Nära parkeringsplats. Helt ok frukost. Rent & fräscht!

This was a great stay! Very close to everything and the breakfast was lovely! They even have a small bar in the lobby of you want a drink or cocktail. Simple room with everything you need. Would stay again thank you!

A nice hotel in central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower 1st class. house keeping very good. Air conditioning brilliant and needed in 36 degree heat. The hotel recommended a few local restaurants that we visted , which we were impressed by. Lots of places to eat and drink generally in pisa. Good shopping especially for leather gooods. Nice Italian town, which everyone should vist. The famous tower and church needs half a day to vist and explore properly. Roof top terrace a nice area. Would recommend and return

Within walking distance to the Tower of Pisa and great to see from the roof terrace. Though within a ZLT zone, it was tricky finding within the historic walls of Pisa but the hotel were really helpful when contacted. If driving contact the hotel to book a parking space and find out about the traffic restriction zones.

The Hotel is in walking distance to the tower with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Access to the Hotel by car was a little bit complicatetd, but once there the staff was friendly and brouht our car to a safe parking lot. The rooms where simple but clean. The only thing that we didn't like is that the room was very noisy. You could hear everything from the rooms above and around. Breakfast was ok.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room interior was of satisfactory condition. It was clean, tidy and included a fridge. On the downside, the corridors leading to the room had dirty carpets and felt from a bygone era. The key to the room is old fashioned and with a heavy keyring, so everyone drops the keys when they exit. Overall, very good

Petit hotel charmant, très Italien. Personnel super gentil, très serviable. Chambre rénovée et super propre, lit comfortable. Petit déjeuner complet dans une belle salle à manger propre. Les corridors/escaliers ont besoin d’amour. La terrasse sur le toit est un must.

Really good location with walking distance to everything worth visiting in Pisa. Nice, helpfull and polite staff. Standard double rooms are quite small but works for 2-3 nights. Bad soundproofing so bring earplugs. The biggest problem was the state of the rooms. Our room was very dirty. Dust everywhere and especially under the bed. There was a thick layer of dust and hair. We also found 2 big silverfish bugs creeping around on the floor. Not ok and gross. This was not cleaned during our stay(3 nights) eventhough the cleaners where there 2 times and ”cleaned” our room. Eventhough the location is good we would not stay here again.

This property gets high rankings on Expedia, but when we got there they appropriately advertise on their sign that they are a 3 star hotel. Carpet up and down stairs was really old and dirty. Really worried about the cleanliness of sheets, bed spread, chair, etc. The bathroom had been redone and was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Don't understand how Expedia rated it so highly. Pictures are misleading.

My family of four stayed at this property after getting off a red eye, before driving to an inland destination. We enjoyed it. Everyone was nice and spoke English. The quad room was small and antiquated based on our typical stay in the US but clean and charming. Driving in Pisa is a nightmare so don't do it. Parking near this property is almost impossible for foreigners. We didn't get the breakfast but I went in and it didn't look great. There are several walkable cafes nearby that you should try instead. The location is great, walkable to lots of eating and nightlife options. The leaning tower is under ten minute walk away.

Great hotel in the centre of Pisa. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room very clean. We stayed in a quadruple room which was very spacious & bathroom had 2 sink & mirror areas which were separated by a wall which made drying hair much easier as no steam from shower if you bring your own hairdryer. Otherwise, hairdryer is in main bathroom. Ladies don’t forget to bring hair conditioner as with most hotels these days, only shampoo & shower gel provided. Breakfast great. Hotel very close to lots of restaurants & an 8 min stroll to leaning tower of Pisa, & a 20 min walk from railway station. Would definitely stay here again.

The main reason to stay at this hotel is for the convenience of the location. It’s only a short walk to the leaning tower staying in this hotel reminds me of staying at my grandmother’s house. The staff is friendly and accommodating, just like grandma but the room itself hasn’t been updated in years. If you want an ultra modern hotel with shiny clean surfaces, this is not the place to stay. This hotel feels well loved and well used and is fine for a short stay.

A decent small room hotel, for a quick pitstop in Pisa, the only quirk i had was the thin walls and you could hear the people above walking around. The Air Conditioner was very weak and didnt make the room very cold. Great breakfast, overall okay. Maybe 3.5 stars out of 5. But its very close to the tower of pisa which is its core awesome drawpoint

we are a family of four and the room was spacious and really clean the breakfast fast really good there were a lot of delicious options the staff is really friendly and the hotel is really quiet really great place and something unique is the your room has its own AC which you can adjust the temperature would recommend staying here

The security in this hotel is excellent. When I went to dinner, I left my bag which had my Passport, money, identification, everything, in the lobby. Their security cameras picked that up and the hotel receptionist took the bag and held it for me until I came back 15 minutes later when I realized I had left it!! The room itself was very comfortable. The bed was firm.. The shower and the water pressure were perfect. The air conditioner was easy to operate. I was able to get cappuccino at the front desk every morning although breakfast is available if you wanted it. They were extremely helpful in giving us directions to facilitate our parking. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. And the location was excellent. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The security in this hotel is excellent. When I went to dinner, I left my bag which had my Passport, money, identification, everything, in the lobby. Their security cameras picked that up and the hotel receptionist took the bag and held it for me until I came back 15 minutes later when I realized I had left it!! The room itself was very comfortable. The bed was firm.. The shower and the water pressure were perfect. The air conditioner was easy to operate. A lovely family-run hotel in a pair of magnificent buildings which are sufficiently far away from the main tourist area (but only an 8-minute walk) but not too far. Lots of excellent eating places in the area. There is much, much more to Pisa than the Duomo and Leaning Tower, and this provides an excellent place to explore the area. Our room was great, staff were very helpful and willing to give us local information in English, print boarding passes, order taxis etc. About my only criticism was that the breakfast coffee could have been better, but at least the hotel served an inclusive breakfast unlike most of the hotels in the area.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Room was as described. Room was very clean. Staff at desk were very helpful. Getting us taxis to the airport and train station. One of the better breakfasts offered by hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy with more variety. Very conveniently located - central location in Pisa. Close to leaning tower of Pisa. Easy to quickly and easily walk to main attractions. many thanks for making it a great place to stay

My family of four stayed at this property after getting off a red eye, before driving to an inland destination. We enjoyed it. Everyone was nice and spoke English. The quad room was small and antiquated based on our typical stay in the US but clean and charming. Driving in Pisa is a nightmare so don't do it. Parking near this property is almost impossible for foreigners. We didn't get the breakfast but I went in and it didn't look great. There are several walkable cafes nearby that you should try instead. The location is great, walkable to lots of eating and nightlife options. The leaning tower is under ten minute walk away.

Hotel Di Stefano is an excellent choice in Pisa. It’s very close to the Tower but on a quiet street. The rooms was very clean and AC worked well. There is a roof top patio with an incredible view. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is walkable to everything. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a short stay in Pisa. Located in the centre, just 5 minutes walk away from the tower. The room was comfortable and quiet and the rooftop terrace was great. The staff were the best, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was continental, a good choice of meats, cereal, croissants, cakes, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

A decent small room hotel, for a quick pitstop in Pisa, the only quirk i had was the thin walls and you could hear the people above walking around. The Air Conditioner was very weak and didnt make the room very cold. Great breakfast, overall okay. Maybe 3.5 stars out of 5. But its very close to the tower of pisa which is its core awesome drawpoint

Buongiorno, Recentemente ho soggiornato nel vostro hotel per due notti e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza. Punti positivi: - Gli addetti alla reception, Giulia e Ricardo, sono stati meravigliosi. Sono stati molto disponibili e mi hanno spiegato tutto con gentilezza. - Il profumo di pulito nella camera era davvero piacevole. - La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, permettendo un facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. - Il top floor al quarto piano è uno spazio molto carino. Absolut fornuftigt hotel hverken mere eller mindre. Dejlig service i receptionen, Rigtig dårlig morgenmad,, at man feks kan servere interkontinental morgenmad og så er der ikke skyggen af æg,, ej heller noget af det andet som kendetegner det,, nej morgenmad er en ommer. God beliggenhed og absolut ok værelse.

Lovely family owned and run hotel in the heart of Pisa. Very close to the main attractions (600metres to the leaning tower). We took a taxi to and from airport for ~€15 for 4 people with 2 large suitcases (easier and cheaper than the Pisamover). Staff were very nice, accommodating and Riccardo gave great recommendations. We visited Pisa when it was very hot and our room's air con worked very well, allowing us for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Would happily recommend or stay again.

The room we where given smelt of sewage when the air conditioning was turned on - this would have been noticed by the staff prior to us being given the room, as on checking in all the windows and door to the room where wide open. The faulty air conditioning unit smell are at best caused by poor maintenance mold in the unit ect, or could be something much worse. The smell was so bad we had to demand to change rooms late in the evening which the hotel did. The corridors are best described as creepy and dated. There was no safe in either of the two room we saw. I not sure a lone traveler would feel great staying here. The rooms however had clean linen and clean bathrooms. The decor thoughout is dated. The staff did help in booking a taxi. Overall I would describe this hotel as very much as a budget hotel - however this is not reflected in the price. I would have expected this to be a £60 a night hotel. If I was going to piza again I definitely would pay slightly more and have a much nicer experience at another establishment.
