Great location - easy walk to a lot of the popular locations. Staff was very helpful at the front desk. Hotel sits on an inclined street - be ready to walk with your luggage up and down the hill and cobblestones. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room not huge but it had A/C. Small bar in the hotel, no food. Good choice!!

Douchecabine te smal om prettig te douchen en weinig warm water. - bed was kort in lengte

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo da fontana e pontos turísticos. Tem restaurantes bons, lojas e cafés por perto. É muito simples, mas tem ar condicionado e elevador. Atendimento legal da equipe. Básico para ficar 3 dias em Roma.

RFID/digital key did not work at all and finally got manual key. Very helpful employee to give tips.

Perfekt beliggenhet, men gammelt og slitent. Passer for alle som kun skal på hotellet for å sove.

The sheets appeared clean. That is my only positive statement. Rooms look many years old. In desperate need of construction upgrades. The ventilation system caused my wife to have sinus problems. WiFi was horrible. Blanket / quilt was to small for the bed. In general Rome is a very dirty city. And the hotel didn't improve the visit. Forget handicap accessible! No parking! And at 6'1" 230lb. Everything is a tight fit. I would never return there.

i tried to check out at 6.30am 16.11.2024. No one was there, the office closed and locked. I needed at taxi, and had to walk up the street to another hotel and had them order. left the room key under the door. a disappointment.

Clean but gently run-down hotel near Trevi fountain.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room we were given had bed bugs, and we discovered them shortly after checking in. It was absolutely unacceptable, and we decided to leave the hotel immediately. When we informed the staff, they refused to offer any refund or compensation, which made the situation even worse. We strongly advise others not to stay here — the hygiene and customer service are both completely unacceptable.

I booked a single room shared bathroom...the room was clean and had a bathroom with no shower, so only needed to share the shower room which was a complete 3 piece bathroom down the corridor with lock ...so private when you use it. The shared shower was not so clean with soap scum on the shower doors(excessive) and not so clean floor but sink and toilet were clean. The single room was nice with air conditioning, a desk and a small TV with many channels, and small night stand and a luggage bench. Disappointing, while not uncomfortable, was that the bed was only a cot ...it did have clean sheets but the duvet in the closet had no cover. Overall it was only slightly less than expectation...for a clean room in a good location, close to metro and Trevi Fountain, this was good value for the money. The desk staff were excellent and friendly.

Billigt boende med perfekt läge i stan. Vi stötte däremot på silverfisk direkt när vi anlände till vårt rum. Servicen var bra och hjälpsamt! Standarden på rummen speglas i priset, förvänta er således att man får det man betalar för. Men vill man ha ett billigt boende med gångavstånd till allt i Rom, är detta ett bra alternativ.

The hotel advertised an airport shuttle yet when we inquired about it they said they could call a taxi for us but there was no shuttle. Our safe did not lock. The whole place is dingy and run down. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Although the location was good, I would not recommend staying there.

It was very dated. I couldn’t fit in the shower.

This hotel was in a great location close to dining and sites like Trevi Fountain. AC works well and it’s clean. The bed was hard for my taste but everything else was good.

Room had no AC, no internet and no working TV.

Hotel location was excellent , close to everything and very walkable. The hotel itself is dated. We had an adjoining room with 2 bathrooms, however there was no hot water in the second bathroom for our entire stay.

Single room was adequate and clean, although basic. For the cost, i think breakfast should be included. Had to share shower

Location is great, bathrooms are tiny. The had to put my legs outside the shower stall, one at a time to wash them as I showered.

The property was clean and the room was taken care of daily. The staff was kind and offered bag dropoff on the first and last day. But, the room was small and there was no WiFi in the room (the floor was missing the access point and due to the thick walls, other floors access points could not reach the room).

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Julia. The staff was very friendly, and both checking in and out was easy even though we arrived after midnight. The hotels location is perfect, and you can walk to any area in the city from there. The hotel itself is a bit old and outdated, but still charming, clean and provides anything you need. Would recommend.

Bring your own shampoo. They only provide hand soap. Don’t ask them to schedule a taxi ride because they forgot.

Hotel Julia was a great stay, the staff was absolutely amazing with every question and concern they went above and beyond to help, shopping and dinning right outside the doors , it is a very old hotel but you are in Rome so expect everything in Rome to be old and resemble the area if you want high end stay that is more like LA hotel Julia is not for you if you want a clean place to sleep wonderful caring staff and everything walkable this is a gem we enjoyed our stay thank you to all the staff Rome left a mark in our hearts and Hotel Julia is a big part of it

We booked this location based on decent reviews and location (which actually was great). It wasn't on a busy street so it was quiet at night. It also had a functioning AC which came in handy for those hot July Night. We traveled with some other friends who stayed at an Air Bnb next door. However, one of my friends seemed to have some sort of reaction to something in the room which caused a slight rash on the first night. Thinking it would just go away, we didn't think much of it. The second day however, she broke out in hives all over her body and was having difficulty breathing and her eyes were shut close. I ran to speak to someone in the front desk and it was an older man who was so dismissive and rude. Stating that "it must have been something she ate" which was not true as she only broke out in hives in the room. I showed him photos of her and he kept saying that "it's not true since this has never been reported before". We were not looking for a refund or anything, I just wanted to know what it could be if maybe the sheets or mold in the AC. He kept reiterating it was something she ate and when i stated that it wasn't that he rudely said "oh so what she hasn't eaten today?" in a very snarky and condescending matter. We are so thankful we had some friends staying at an Air Bnb next door so she can go stay with them. I don't know what would have happened if that wasn't the case. Very rude staff and for that- I would never stay here again.

Rosa was the best. So kind and went out of her way to get me transportation to the cruise port. Also Armadeo helped me charge my phone. Great staff. I would definitely return.

Great location and Rosa the front desk clerk very helpful and accommodating I had made an error in booking our reservation and she got it straightened out for us so that we were not inconvenienced and she gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Would definitely recommend this property. It’s close to all amenities and in walking distance from a lot of the tourist attractions.

Great location!

Location in the center of Roma, very convenient to visit Roma. It has very nice staff. Only complaint is the room is not such big.

The location is good. Short walk to most of attractions and walking distance to Roma Termini but is an up hill though. Good restaurant next to the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is the noise from the street outside of my window.

Excelente la ubicación

The location of this property was absolutely perfect. Right by Trevi fountain. We walked to Vatican City - Pantheon - Spanish steps - Colosseum no problem. Lots of Dino g and shopping options. Hotel is basic but comfortable and quiet.

Great location to most tourists spots

This is not a five star property, but the location is within walking distance of Trevi, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, and more. You'll find a million shops and restaurants within reach, and the Metro is only steps away. Book this property for the prime location. The desk is staffed early to late. The room had a great air conditioner, but be reminded that the electricity only works while you're in the room. It will take a bit to cool down after you arrive. My room also had a convenient mini-fridge. Thank you, Hotel Julia. See you next time.

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport aux endroits touristiques principaux. De plus il y a sur la même rue des restaurants chaleureux et des commerces dans la rue tout près.

Property was definitely outdated, it states there is breakfast available for a fee but that was never an option. I asked the male receptionist about the breakfast option and he was firm on NO. Not sure why it’s even being mentioned.

While the hotel is in a superb location close to everything you want to see in Rome, the installations are old and outdated, they don’t even offer free coffee, the wifi is terrible everywhere in the hotel. Rooms are small but enough to sleep. We only stayed one night but think the price for the rooms are too much for the quality

Hotel Julia isn't far from public transport points, like bus and metro (and even railroad). Julia isn't the youngest anymore, but still going strong. I couldn't really discover of they could offer a decent breakfast, a few croissants and that's about it. Pity.
