Fui furtada em Roma, estava sem passaporte, somente com o boletim de ocorrência, não tive problemas e Frederica me atendeu super bem, tem que dar um caução de €5,00 em espécie, ela avisou a Sara que liberou eu desse caução, porque tinha somente cartão. O a estrutura do Hostel realmente integra as pessoas, tanto na cozinha como nas outras áreas. Tem atividades agendadas na semana caso os hospedes queriam participar. Tem um bar/ restaurante anexo, pode tomar o café da manhã se você optou por reserva com café, ou comprar o café na hora, para quem esta hospedado é €12,00 self Service completo. Você ganha um voucher para um drink no bar das 17:00 as 19:30hs. O atendimento também e muito bom, fui atendida pela Ana e pela Lucrecia, comi um taco maravilhoso e meu welcome drink foi um prosseco. O café da manhã tem bastante opção. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza.

Wonderful stay for my family. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfect doe 3 people. Loved people watching in the common area and I would have enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen with the others- it looked fun. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. There were activities as night that looked inviting. Staff was nice and helpful. I would go back and recommend for sure!

Nice and close to Termini Station, where I arrived and departed Rome from. Walking distance to great restaurants and the Metro. Staff were amazing and friendly. Self service laundry was a bit expensive, but got the job done. Good breakfast buffet and drinks. Bed was super comfortable! Bathroom and shower were good too! When I checked out, they allowed me to store my bags with them for free while I explored Rome a bit more before coming back for them and leaving for my next travel itineraries. Would stay again!

Great place. Very nice staff Very clean. Room was quiet. Decent mattresses. Outside of the bathroom sink ads convenience with 4 people. Atmosphere of a college. Community activities offered. Near the train station, and they will store you bags early and let you leave them after check-out! Not too far from some major attractions. Not lastly, breakfast was extra cost, but outstanding! Won't get any better deal in the city And gave us the best dinner recommendation of our entire trip. Berria something.

Very nice, can see why it’s so highly rated. Events thrown & overall friendly community make it very easy to socialize and make friends. Only complaint (Not hostels fault probably) but other roommates don’t seem to care for restroom conditions which you have to share - dirty floors often, one girl in the 2nd floor room’s alarm went off multiple times, waking everyone up.

Really nice hostel! The room, also the bathroom, were very clean. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and a locker below the bed. Also the community room is very nice. You can reach the hostel by foot from Roma Termini. The staff is really kind as well. All in all a pretty good choice!

Great hotel short walk from train station, easy to find even in the dark and friendly staff on arrival. We had a triple room which was large, very clean and comfortable. All the hotel areas were clean with lots of amenities for everyone to use. They also have activities on daily, we went on a walking tour with Pedro (Saturday) which was free (we did tip) and brilliant, he took us round the sights and was really enthusiastic and made us look at the city through different eyes for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was good apart from on our last day when we went down an hour before it finished and there was no hot food or croissants left and they didn’t get replenished even though lots of others came in after us. The hotel is in a great location for walking to all the sights. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hostel was one of the best I have been to when it comes to facilities and staff helpfulness. However, there is almost constantly music playing in the common areas, which could be heard even in the private room through the windows. There were also distasteful and immoral things on the walls and in the list of rules - for example, on the wall in my room it said something like "I would rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints; the sinners are much more fun." Because of the music and the immorality, I lower my rating down to 3 stars.

The bedding was reasonably comfortable (a little droopy in the middle) but one person coming in late and opening the curtains and turning the AC on high (large guy) meant two of slept poorly, woke with cold fingers and feet. I left at the break of dawn to warm up. Should bring a lock and towel. Close to train / bus station.

We stay in a double bed room on New Year’ eve for 3 nights. We enjoy staying here so much for the following reasons: 1. Shower water is hot, water pressure is strong. Enclosed shower room. 2. A/C works functionally 3. Common kitchen is incredibly clean and fully equipped. 4. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff team. They help us arrange transportation and store our luggage after check out. 5. No noise My first experience in youth hostel turned out very satisfying, highly recommend.

Everything was outstanding with our stay at The RomeHello. We walked to the hotel from Termini train station upon our arrival in Rome. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a complementary walking tour, which we gladly participated in. The tour was an excellent way to become familiar quickly with many of the major sites of Rome. We utilized the kitchen and lounge area for breakfasts and a lunch with food we purchased at some of the many local bakeries and grocers. The room was very modern and everything was well maintained and clean. We will return!

Other sites are writhing 10-20 min walk. we did not try the breakfast but had dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

Easily the best hostel Ive stayed at. when I had to transfer rooms due to a noisy roommate, they were kind and accomodating. Special thanks to Jerry at the front desk for making that work out. G held really great events and walking tours. Overall, it was my favorite experience staying at a hostel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hostel itself was really beautiful and I felt safe my entire time staying here as well as in the area. Clean and very modern. Very close to the train station and many restaurants as well as shopping. 10/10!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

何よりも良かったのは清潔感で、清掃が行き届いてるのに満足でした。またスタッフがフレンドリーでこちらのトラブルに相談に乗っていただきました。またここに宿泊していた日本人とも複数遭遇し、人気の高さが伺えます。食事も質、量も(一般的な中では)多くて満足してます。ロケーションはテルミニ駅から徒歩10分ほどでしたか？少し坂道は有りますが歩いていくのも無理ない程度です。テルミニ駅周辺の市内に位置するため、交通アクセスが良好でスペイン坂やトレヴィの泉へバスを使って行けます。ベッドは4人部屋を選びました。 2人はシングルの平のベッドタイプ、残りの2名は一般的な2階建てのベッドタイプです。私は幸運なことに平のベッドで寝れました。バスタオルですが、受付にいれば貸し出してくれます。またその時にデポジットとして5€掛かりますが、タオルを返却すれば戻ってきます。気になったのはホステルのセキュリティーボックス？みたいな物がベッドの下にあったのですが、そこに錠前を取り付けられる穴がついていました。残念ながら錠前を家に置いてきていたのでうまく活躍できませんでした。コレってホテルに言えば錠前をレンタルで貸し出してくれるのかな？その点が不明です。総合的に見て、有りのホテルと思います。昨今の円安情勢で体感的にヨーロッパの食事、生活事情は日本の2倍程度になっていて、少し厳しいですね。他人と一緒に寝ることさえ許容出来れば、十分快適なホテルです。ご検討ください。

Me encantó! El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, se siente un ambiente de comunidad, hay un calendario de actividades en el cual puedes participar y convivir con otras personas. Mantienen todas las áreas comunes muy limpias. El bar que está en la entrada me gustó, me tocó estar con un músico en vivo y pasé un rato super agusto, buena comida, bebida y música. La ubicación es buena ya que estás a 5 min caminando de la estación Termini, un punto de donde sales y llegan, camiones y trenes.

Fabulous, really helpful staff that worked to build a sense of community through walking tours and cooking classes. Very clean rooms and facilities. Great location. Easy walks to Termini, Rome’s main train station, the opera house, and major bus lines to other parts of the city. Buffet breakfast had lots of options, but the hot food such as scrambled eggs and beans were lukewarm in temperature. Would definitely, and gladly, stay there again!!

Spent one night there and everything was great. Restaurant on side is also delicious. Staff super friendly. Would absolutely recommend this place. We walked to the train station with our carryons luggage’s : location super convenient.

This property is located in a very good walkable to almost everything. The front desk and other employees were awesome including the staff at night at im the restaurant, I don’t give it a 5 star because the staff in the restaurant in the morning at breakfast time. there are two ladies one with curly hair and shorter who is OK, the other one is rude and shouldn’t be working in a Hotel dealing with guest who travel from so far away and should be treated with respect and kindness. this woman doesn’t want to work and it bothers her to even answer a question. Her welcome to us was to say we don’t have breakfast included when I did pay for this, instead she should verify first who is checking in with breakfast included which by the way we went at 7;30 am when they just opened and the scramble eggs were cold as ice. Other than this rude woman everyone was awesome.

I loved this hostel. It's expensive but is located in a very nice area. It has a great courtyard, a bar, communal kitchen and living room, spacious clean dorms with comfy beds and lots of storage. Shower gel and soap provided. Staff are multi-lingual and kind and efficient. Buffet breakfast is €12 for cereal, bread, cakes, cheese, sliced meat, scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, good coffee, fruit juice, fruit salad, yoghurt etc. Plenty of vegetarian, and some vegan options available. €5 returnable deposit for a towel. Would have been nice if a bathmat has been provided, and also a broom as some of my room-mates as lovely as they were dropped vast amounts of hair onto the tiled floor.

This hotel is a new property that was clean, well located within walking distance to many attractions and more importantly the Rome train station, which was key while walking with luggage. The desk staff was great. We had breakfast included with our reservation and it was very good.

Café da manhã sensacional. Recepcionistas muito gente boa. Espaços comuns super legais. Ficamos no quartos privativos com banheiro e também eram super confortáveis e limpos, não perdia pra nenhum hotel comum que ficamos, pelo contrário, foi melhor que a maioria. Outro ponto legal é que tem lavanderia, cozinha e até ferro de passar. O nosso unico ponto de melhoria seria um blackout nas cortinas do quarto. Pois quando amanhecia ficava bem claro. Mas só isso mesmo :)
