The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, the fact that they charged for bottled water, which is usually provided, along with other items, was really disappointing.

Room was very clean..The staff very friendly and helpful..The location is amazing directly across from train station..Only 2 stops into Venice main station .
