It\'s a good hotel from the price value perspective. One minor thing is it doesn\'t provide parking. I used "STAR"[arling lot as the hotel guide. However, in the end, I had to pay in full when I went out because the parking coupon I had paid at the hotel had expired.

Good Breakfast, tasty food and good selection. Parking is not included, additional $14EU to park in a parking lot behind the hotel, but every convenient if traveling to Venice for a day trip, you can leave the car there with no extra charge

Arrived at 9.30am after getting off out cruise ship and was able to give us 1 off our rooms straight away which made our day so much easier. Hotel was in a great location and food was nice in the restaurant.

Great friendly staff that understands and speaks English. Great breakfast room with good food. Parking is a challenge, however, thete are parking services around the hotel. Overall we had a good stay and great experience during our trip to Vemice.

Opened the window as room very stuffy then couldn't close it. Both drains in the bathroom extremely slow to drain. Cockroach on the bed. Some items in the room very dated. Much smaller room than the website indicates

Beware of major bed bug problem in this hotel!!!!! Booked 2 nights through Expedia for its 4 star rating and location during my trip in Europe but left Venice for Paris with bed bug bites all over my body. Showed these bug bites to the front desk and was told to send the pictures to the hotel which I did and received a reply saying Pest Control said it’s a general problem in the area with an apology for the inconvenience. Instead of a hygiene room I got terrible bed bug bites all over my body from the hotel, these bug bites were so itchy and looked red and disgusting that totally ruined my trip. I wish I could post some pictures of these bug bites on my body. If you need a clean place to stay for your trip, look somewhere else!

The location was excellent, staff responsive, the breakfast was great but several maintenance issues required attention: 1. The bathroom drain emitted an unpleasant odor, though it was promptly cleaned after we reported it. 2. We noticed two bugs in the bathroom; staff sprayed the area and resolved the issue quickly. 3. The bathroom window was not securely attached and could detach if opened fully. This was reported at checkout. 4. The mattress became uncomfortable and collapsed by the third night; the issue was also reported. 5. Ongoing construction beneath our window caused significant noise, which had not been disclosed prior to our stay. 6. The shower curtain did not adequately prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, so we had to be careful to keep water from flowing into the room beneath the door.

We appreciated being on the mainland after we saw the giant crowds on the island. The Plaza is across the street from the train station which was very convenient. The room was super clean and quiet. We loved staying at the Plaza.

Room size was spacious but not enough plugs in the room. Saw one at the desk but not around the bed. The fridge was full with their beverages to sell and we couldn’t use it. Overall dated.

Location was very convenient. It's right across the Mestre train station. Bus stop to/from the airport and Venice is also in front of the hotel. Not so beautiful ambient around the hotel (next to the station), however we didn't worried about it since the bus stop is less than 1min by foot. Our triple room was very spacious. The building itself was a bit aged, but the room was very cleaned. Receptionists were nice and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and wide selections.

Property is located right across the street from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included. Everything is old. needs update. You cant even sit straight on the toilet. Shelf in the way. Doorknob on closet fell off. Only provided one pillow per person. Didnt give us bath towels one night. Didnt answer phone . Had to go downstairs to speak to reception.

Classis Superior room at the back of the hotel. spacious & comfortable, plenty of storage. Couple of negatives which we did know about but would make staying a better experience: no sockets near the bed; no kettle etc. No towelling hand towels just ‘cloths’ to dry our hands, there were proper bath towels which we used all the time as the ‘cloths’ did not absorb water very well. We did have noise problems on 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. Loud music blaring from outside until 2am, this happened on night 1 & 3, we could have requested a fresh room for our final night but decided not to bother. We do not blame the hotel, outside noise is out of their control but if you get a rear room be warned there are very noisy neighbours & your sleep may be disturbed. The biggest negative was breakfast. Cereal, tinned fruit, pancakes & cake. Cooked meats, cheese & bread rolls. No sliced bread or toaster to make toast. Sausage, bacon, beans, ‘scrambled’ egg were cold, in supposedly heated containers which were not heated despite having tea-lights underneath which were unlit. Dried up beans & as for the ‘scrambled’ egg, never in a million years could this be classed as scrambled egg it was just a slab of yellow mess. A lot of Chinese people in the hotel who seemed to enjoy the cold breakfast maybe not realising it should be hot, but us Brits know that if an ‘English’ breakfast is on offer it should be piping hot. Opposite the train station & bus into Venice - always packed.

Loved the location of this hotel close to the train station, proximity to the ATVO office and airport pick up, and to dining and coffee options. The room was spacious and the bathroom large. The bathtub was a little high off the ground, which was a little tricky and could use a bit of maintenance and updating, but overall, plenty of space to move about. The room itself was great; the hallways wide and quiet. The second twin-sized bed was practically falling apart and the slats unsteady which is quite dangerous. The lobby was very nice with many seating options. Elevators quick and fast moving. The staff could manage to be a bit more friendly/welcoming. The check in and check out felt transactional. The staff person on the other end of the phone call to reception seemed a bit annoyed when I called to confirm breakfast start and end time. I would consider staying at this hotel again if the staff were a tad bit friendlier/hospitable. They seemed to busy with speaking Italian amongst themselves then truly welcoming me and my family to the hotel.

Poor service, the staff showed very bad attitude to customers, with no smile and no patience at all. Can’t believe it was rated as 4 stars hotel. However the hotel itself was pretty nice and the location was very convenient for travelers, but a bit noisy around. I would not recommend this place.

The young lady was not knowing what she was supposed to do with really bad attitude the whole time! And please be aware of even if she confirmed that we have free breakfast next morning while checked in, the hotel might still charge you anyway when checked out, which is an unpleasant situation.

It is a standard hotel. I picked for the convenience to the train station. No luxury, but it did the job. The staff was excellent. We arrived early, and they were really good with our luggages. They were also excellent with arranging private taxies.

Hotel it’s in a really good location right in front of a train station. Everything was really good in the hotel, except the man at the check in was little rude but everybody else was really good people. Also my room was not like the picture but it was ok and clean. I will stay here again.

Nice hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Handy for the train station. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Plaza and were very pleased to accept the offer of an upgrade when we checked in. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is right across the street from the Eurail trains. No taxi needed. They have a nice breakfast with lots of choices for $12 euros per person. It’s better than the crowded tourist area of central Venice.

Prompt, efficient and early check in. Room clean. Unfortunately only one plug socket in room so had to go out to buy an extension, as more than one person so more than one device needed charging at once. Breakfast reasonable offering, not as much choice as previous small 3 star hotel we had just been to, and had to pay extra for it at The Plaza. Even had to wait for plates. Very good location for buses, train, trams and airport bus.
