Great hostel. The staff was very friendly and the room and bathroom was perfectly fine for me. I had an issue where they gave me the wrong bed, but I went to the lobby and they solved it quickly. It has a pool table, a bar and a work section in the lobby as well as a big screen and a nice bar. Very close (4 min walk) to Mestre bus station, so it is very convenient. Absolutely great experience for me.

Fast check in, safe area but the worst experience using the elevator, they have 2 but only one working and we were no able to use it, we wait around 20 min and was so busy (lines to go in🙈) and ending using the stairs with all our luggage’s 🙈

Fint hotel. Køkkenet, de lover, er der ikke. Der var ingen ovn, kogeplade eller lignende. Køkkenet var lukket af, og de beskrev det som, at noget var u stykker midlertidigt. Eftersom der hverken var ovn eller noget, virker det som om at det er noget længerevarende, som de ikke har rettet på deres beskrivelse. Dog var der køleskab til rådighed. Værelset var fint, dog kunne døren være svær at lukke. Der var et par gange, hvor det var som om hele rummet rystede og det var generelt meget lydt. Der var en salamityv på spil, der huggede vores salami og lod osten ligge alene og udtørret i køleskabet. Det var lidt en skuffelse, når man nu havde glædet sig til en sandwich. Det er selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld, vi ville bare lige dele oplevelsen, da det oftest ikke er en situation man er forberedt på. Vi klarede den dog, ligger rigtig tæt på et supermarked. Så alt endte godt. Fint hotel.

We had high hopes for this hostel due to its great location near Venice and easy access to transportation. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, check-in was delayed. We were given keys to Room #503, which had not been cleaned. The sheets had hair and food on and under the blanket, there was garbage under the bed, debris on the floor, and a used toilet and bidet. Reception gave us clean sheets, but when we removed the originals, we found the mattress was filthy and dusty. A cloud of dust rose when we lifted it—we took photos and videos. After showing reception, we were moved to Room #422. While cleaner, the mattress was in the same poor condition. As it was high season, other hostels were fully booked and we had no alternative. The manager offered a complimentary drink but said no refund or credit could be issued, which felt like minimal compensation for the situation. Cleanliness throughout the hostel, including the common areas, were unacceptable. The only highlight was breakfast (not included), which cost 11€ per person. It was well-prepared with a variety of options: eggs, meats, cheese, veggies, bread, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and made-to-order pancakes, along with coffee, tea, and juice. Overall, the cleanliness issues were too significant for us to recommend this hostel.

Das Badezimmer war nicht geputzt und es waren noch sichtbare Spuren an Wänden und Toilettenschüssel außen von den Vorgängern. Wände in dem gesamten Zimmer verunreinigt und beschmiert. Betten waren nur für zwei Personen überzogen obwohl 4 angemeldet waren.

Great location, close to the train station. Lobby area is nice and lots of areas to charge phones and laptops, coffee machine and tv, bar and outdoor seating. The lockers were out of use in the lobby but you could use the storage room. The shared 6-bed dorm was disgusting. Stank of urine, bed area still had rubbish from the last occupant. Didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned or wiped over. Dusty bed frame, floors were gross and the bathroom was vile. Hairs everywhere, stinks so much, I had to use the toilets in the lobby as they were cleaner. Only one power outlet in room. The chargers in the bed were usb only, and the table in the room was so wobbly I put my bad on it and it immediately fell off. No lockers in the bedroom either so felt a bit weird leaving my stuff on my bed. I wouldn’t stay here again. I felt disgusted and couldn’t wait to check out.

The property is very dirty the showers have black mold growing swirch to three different rooms and they all had the same problem. I have pictures to prove it unfortunate i can't unloaded them here. Overall very unsanitary place to stay.

There was mold in the shower, the bathroom as a whole was not quite clean. We had to put on the bed sheets ourselves. On the plus side…it is quite close to the train station and had good parking options close-by.

Motel was dirty. The sheets on the bed or almost worn through. They were so old and had been used so long the air conditioning vent was hat, plugged with dirt and dust. My wife slept in her clothes because there was black hair in the one side of the bed. There was a hanger rack on the side of the bed that I either ran into or stuck my toe on it every night going to the bathroom the flooring in the place needed to be replaced. It was buckling, and raising a motel supposedly was built in 2017 and I feel like they just let it go. We stayed one extra night and asked the hotel service behind the counter to have housekeeping change the sheets and clean the room and he handed my wine the bedding instead, if we want it done, we’d have to do it ourselves after staying there for days and using the same towels, bed sheets, and everything they didn’t have time. I know it said it was like an 8.2 on the Internet but I’ve stayed in far too many motels to figure this to be an 8.2 in my book. It’s closer to a six out of 10 they need to do some updates and they need to actually clean the rooms when new gas come to stay.

Disgusting. Absolutely dissapointing. The shower had mold in it, pieces of the walls were chipping off, the room was unbearably small, view was horrendous, which i can understand, the good rooms were probably booked out. It was near a train station and multiple restaurants which was nice. The staff had an attitude, like they didn’t wanna be near us. I watched from a afar and a woman who was working at reception just decided to give up and shout „I’m done.“ before walking away and getting replaced by a different worker. The Ground floor was extremely unpractical, since there was no elevator that went down to the garage and you had to walk through the ground floor into 10 more doors just to get to your car, which was probably parked in the most narrow parking spot imaginable. The kitchen was broken, the fridge wasn’t even cooling anything up, and it was always full. If you’re gonna run a hostel, atleast buy one or two huge fridges instead of 2 thin, low budget ones. The ground floor was a horror movie by itself. There was trash on the floor, sometimes the paint on walls was chipping off, same with the hallways upstairs. There was trash on the floor everywhere, some paint and doors were out of place. I would rather buy the hostel in Florence, which was arguably better, and drive 4 hours back to Venice.

Ok standard till priset och för att bara stanna en natt. Dock behövde vi bädda våningssängen. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. Med tysta rumsgrannar är det nog inget problem men vi hade ett ungdomsgäng som grannar som höll igång till ca 02:00. Vill du ha lugn och ro välj ett annat hotell. Två hissar på hela hotellet var oxå det för lite.

Full of teenagers like a high school with a really noisy lobby due bar was a disco just on the lobby. No fridge and no even a single glass or cup inside the room. Bed was the worst with a thin mattress. It should have Campus Dorm as name and not “hotel” . I fell with the photos so don’t make same mistake.

For this price (100 euros) you can get way better private room accommodation in Mestre. I understand this is a hostel, but the price for a single room did not reflect that. Stained walls and carpets, AC was not functional, luckily it was not too hot at the time of the stay.

Decent Stay for the Price, but Very Noisy at Night The hotel was okay for the price—clean enough and in a convenient location. However, our experience was affected by a group of teenagers staying on the same floor who were shouting and making noise until around 2:30 a.m. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Management didn’t seem to intervene, which was disappointing. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful stay, you might want to check if the hotel is hosting large groups before booking.

The heater was not working during our stay and staff did not offer any solutions other than to deal with it. We had family room, the room lights were very dim, the pillows were all flat/no cottons, bunk beds didn’t have sheets on them. Our rooms were very thin that we heard everything that our rowdy neighbors were doing from every door slamming to their loudness outside. For all the inconveniences during our stay when we requested for late checkout, they did not offered it for complimentary. Front desk staff (Male) was not very nice when we asked about the heat situation. Overall, we would not recommend it if you looking for comfort and quietness on your vacation.

One member of our group forgot their passport in another city. The hostel staff kept saying we needed a document from the police to verify his identity. When we went to the police station they told us that document didn't exist. The officers told us that the digital copy of the passport would work and they even looked up our friend in their system to see if his visa was valid and that he wasn't a criminal. The hostel staff continued insisting that we could be using Photoshop or AI to fake our friend's passport and even after a video call with the police they wouldn't yield. We were looking to have a nice two-day trip in Venice but this hostel experience ruined the trip.

The staff is always professional, the lobby is active and inviting. Great value for a clean room, close to the train station. Even though it’s a busy place, the rooms are amazingly well-insulated from any noise. The coffee machine didn’t work but the staff made up for this. I recommend getting g caffe from the bar.

Great location by the Mestre train station. Convenient for getting around city for a reasonable price. Family room was perfect for our family of four and even had an tv. Only bad was the AC has stopped working earlier in the day, but was running by the time we checked in. So took a bit of time to really cool off. This was during a heat wave in Venice. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location!!! Very short walk to train station to get to Venice a quick one stop away. Also a supermarket right around the corner for items too. A fabulous property that I will recommend highly to anyone planning on visiting Venice.

This place has nice, clean, friendly staff and a great budget-friendly breakfast buffet. The only inconvenience is that it is far from downtown, and buses don’t run on Sundays and other local holidays, so you have to call an expensive uber.

It’s the cheapest and most strategically located accommodation close to Venice. It’s very close to the bus & train stations. Their free breakfast was also quite substantial. What I didn’t like were the absence of peace & quiet as lots were of youth groups staying there who had no respect for others need for peaceful rest. Secondly, the bedsheets, pillows and towels could be improved. They only provided a duvet and no bedsheet to line the mattress. The lobby was tastefully decorated but management should hire more staff to do deep cleaning of bathrooms, aisles, and the patio area. Our bathroom was so moody that I dreaded stepping in the shower with bare feet. Lastly, I pre-paid for 5 days but had to cancel the 5th as my cruise was leaving on the 4th day. They didn’t allow me to cancel a day and get a refund. Even if I booked another day after the cruise at a higher price with no breakfast included. That was quite inflexible.

The hostel can serve as both a hotel and hostel. It was helpful being near the train station. The breakfast had a variety of items and was more affordable than other places we stayed. The only complaint wasthe mold in the shower grouting and the scuffed up walls near the bed. Time for a little touch up.

The room and bathroom was clean but the shower had some mold around the edges. Breakfast was ok. The downstairs lobby area had a great vibe where you could hand out and the immediate area was quite nice but outside of the immediate area felt a bit less safe.

Great place to stay while visiting Venice! Being within 5 minutes’ walking distance to the Venezia Mestre train station made it extremely convenient. The hotel is contemporary and hip in decor, with active lobby and areas to hang out with drinks. Breakfast is European styled, with cold cuts, boiled eggs, cheese, salad, pancakes, breads.
