Nice pool, kids activities, lots of kids, not walkable at all. Front desk service great, dining staff - ok- we had a bad experience at dinner but breakfast was fine. AC was not strong. Made it difficult to sleep.

Service and front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffett was delicious and very good quality. On the other hand, bathtub was very high and made it difficult to get in and out, somewhat dangerous. I wish swimming pool was open up later in the day. By the time we returned to the hotel in the evening, it was already close since 7:00 PM. Overall, it was great!

Location was ok, tons of tour buses. Shower access in the room was awful. Very limited space for the toilet. Server for the lunch buffet was useless. Food was sparse and cold, no desserts, you have to beg for a coffee or more water. No service at the pool area during most of the day. The pool does not open till 11:00 and closed at 8:00. Not great if you want to get in a workout.

The hotel is in good condition. The rooms are big and comfortable. I would suggest two improvements: 1. There are 3 elevators 1 of which was not working. So people had to queue up to 10-15 minutes just to go to the room. Probably extra elevator might help. 2. The hotel is in the outskirts so there is no restaurant/bar nearby. The hotel bar closely around 10 If I remember correctly. It would be nice if closing time could be extended a vit

It was very clean. We were a family so our one-year-old daughter was able to stay comfortably in the bathtub. The kids area on the first floor was well-equipped and the pool was great to use. The supermarket was a five-minute walk away and was very cheap, which was exciting. The steakhouse next door served delicious steaks at reasonable prices.

The hotel was nice and smart, reception staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and useful for the kids as got very hot. The bar and restaurant staff were not so friendly and didn’t feel welcome especially at breakfast when all the staff looked really fed up and super speedily whisked the breakfast away as soon as possible. We had an ant infestation in our room because of food left under the bed from previous guests, the first day we arrived. I think we were unfortunate and generally the hotel was good and perfect with kids.

I woke up with bite marks all over my legs. I’m freaking out that they may have bed bugs in their room. I attempted to call to speak to the manager regarding this, and was told that they weren’t in, that they were in a meeting etc. I told the front desk person what the problem was and they told me to call back, and then to send an email with my concern. I told them bed bugs are a SERIOUS issue that they need to check and address right away. They told me to write an email. I got a hold of the Expedia rep and they said they would advocate for me and that someone would follow up with them. It’s been 2 days and I have heard nothing. I will be disposing if my items upon returning home and hope to god no one else picks them up upon their travels. No feedback from hotel, no one reached out, no help whatsoever. Just stress for the whole family.

Save for some “Road House” restaurant, there is nothing out here. If you want to walk to the Meatre Square it’s about 25 and you will walk part of that stroll parallel to a high way. Stay closer to the train station and bus stop the Plaza, or Best Western. Their AC does not work.

We stayed for 3 nights overall both times that we stayed there were issues in the room first night. There was no power from the sockets nor from the USB sockets. We have the engineer visit the room and was told it was the adapter that was causing the issues and try not to move it whilst it was plugged in, also the phone in the room did not ring out to reception. Therefore when we want to call them later in the evening for an extra pillow, we couldn’t . the following week of stayed two nights the USB ports didn’t work in this room either. We wanted to call reception but there was no numbering on the phone. Also the safe did not work. We asked for the safe to be looked at but no one showed up so we couldn’t use this. Overall, we were not impressed.

A bit dated, carpets etc are stained, doesn't look pleasing, location wise not that great, about 6 mins walk to public transport but there's no pavement for a few hundred yards to walk on. However, hotel receptionists were great.

When we book the room it’s indicated air conditioning is available . Hotel staff said that no air conditioning at Autumn . They cannot offer any small fans and a lot of flies comes to the room when we keep the window open . We also cannot stand the noise when we keep the window open . Very bad experience. Hotel is not close to public bus station as well

The staff are useless, very impolite and unhelpful. I got sick my first night and late at night asked if they could arrange for some emergency medicines. They just said no. There was no public transport available around anywhere close to the hotel and I was left helpless. The bar staff while nice but overworked, there was one bartender serving the restaurant and the swimming pool, took me 25 minutes to buy a bottle of water.

I would not recommend to anyone because of the unaccomodating staff and customer service. They don't know how to be flexible and understanding with their customers. I will never stay at this facility where customers are not being taken care of.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist völlig okay. 1 Stern Abzug für die schlecht funktionierenden Zimmerkarten. Man musste schon oft die Karte rein und rausziehen, bis die Tür sich öffnen ließ. Wenn man dringend muss, ist das schlecht. Ich habe noch anderen Gästen geholfen, die Tür aufzukriegen. Aber als wir auscheckten, haben wir gesehen, dass das repariert wurde. Erreichbarkeit Venedig Zentrum: 8 Minuten Weg zur Bushaltestelle. Der Bus fährt bis zum Zentrum, dort muss man den Wasserbus nehmen, um zum Stadtkern zu kommen. Dauer ca. 1h 10 min. Ein Tipp: der Bus hält nur, wenn man die Hand ausstreckt und sigalisiert, dass dr halten muss. Gegenüber der Bushaltestelle gibt es einen großen Lidl Supermarkt. Vom Flighafen Marco Polo haben wir win Taxi genommen: Kosten 36 Euro. Da wir uns noch nicht auskannten, haben wir uns ein Taxi genommen. Ansonsten ganz nett, die Zimmer werden jeden Tag geputzt, Betten werden gemacht, das Hotel ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppichboden sollte mal riichtig gereinigt werden. Fernsehsender ZDF, ZDF neo, 3 sat, KiKa und Eurosport. Eine Flasche Wasser gibt es gratis.

The staff was so helpful . Cleaners was great and we always had fresh towels . Because it was so hot the cleaners dropped water and fizzy drinks through out the day . Breakfast was excellent and kids ate free . Parking was so easy and 10min bus ride into the Venice itself was so easy and we was really worried about this . Excellent hotel and good location for those wanting to drop into Venice . There is also a good water park 20mins drive away which the kids loved .

The hotel is excellent with a great choice of food ror breakfast. The pancakes were very popular. There is not much to do near the hotel, however, there is a Lidl within about 4 minutes walking distance and within 10 minutes there is a bus stop to catch the bus to Venice (the number 2) and the number 13 take takes you to a large shopping mall. Mestre town also has a variety of restaraunts and there is a tram that takes you into the centre.

Flott sted å bo med barnefamilier. Har en basseng som blir godt brukt. Rent og ryddig hotell, som rengjør rommene hver dag. Meget dårlig utvalg på frokost. Og vil råde folk til å ikke benytte baren og resturanten på hotellet, som har dårlig utvalg og veldig høye priser.

Will suggest to friends and family for sure . But was not happy with vegetarian options and a single water bottle was given only on the first day which I feel is the basic necessity . I would prefer the water should be available for free .
