Loved this hotel. A very quick walk from the train station, and within a 20- to 30-minute walk of many must-see sights (Forum, Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps). The rooftop bar was a highlight. Staff were lovely. Room was HUGE!

The service at the rooftop bar was not not good. Staff was inattentive. Food was so-so. A number of things listed on the menu were unavailable. I would not go back to the rooftop bar if I returned to the hotel.

A perfect location for what I needed; easy access to the train station. While it might be a bit noisy on the street side for light sleepers, I found the room very comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful and packed a breakfast for me when I had to leave before the buffet opened. The roof top bar was also very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was very, very close to the main train station, and also the bus station. We got a deluxe room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, with cold cuts, eggs, sausages, all kinds of croissants and pastries, cold cereal, and all the cappuccino you could drink! The rooftop dining was about the best part of the steak, we got a delicious steak, tuna, tartare, Italian tacos, etc. in an air condition rooftop area, you had the option to eat alfresco, but wherever you are, you saw the beautiful sunsets over Rome

I stayed at this hotel recently and, unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. The room was dated and quite dusty, with clear signs it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival — there were dust balls on the floor, a dead bug on the cushion, and long hair on the floor and in the bidet. I even had to wipe down the toilet seat myself, which shouldn’t be necessary in any hotel. The shower filled up with water every time I used it and had a noticeable drainage smell, which made it unpleasant to use. The air conditioning didn’t work, so the room was uncomfortably hot, and the walls were paper thin — I could hear the guest next door snoring, coughing, and even using the bathroom. I reported the shower drainage and cleanliness issues to reception on arrival, who were polite but only offered a room change the evening of my last night, but by then I had evening plans and was checking out early the following morning, so it wasn’t practical. The hotel did waive the €12 tourist tax, which I appreciated, but overall the cleanliness and maintenance standards need significant improvement. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages the management to address these issues so future guests have a better experience.

This hotel is good location for a night or two before leaving for a train or flight. Staff was not especially friendly or welcoming. Bathroom was moldy. Our room looked out on an alley where all the trash is put. We were up high, but it was still quite noisy. The area around does have very interesting sights and good restaurants.

Lovely hotel very close to Rome Termini and Republic metro station. Also close to hop on hop off buses . Room was spacious and clean. Large shower unit also. Breakfast had a plentiful variety of hot and cold food. Plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel all reasonably priced. Definitely would stay here again if in Rome.

I really had a great time staying at this hotel. It's not as grand or big as the other hotels but everything was great - the staff, the cleanliness, and the staff. Breakfast was excellent too. The best part is that it's so close to the Termini train/bus station and to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.

We stayed one night as it is very convenient to Roma Termini and we had an early train the next morning. Great roof deck and room was nicely sized and comfortable. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable however. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Very near to the Train Station, friendly staff. We used this place for only 1 night and had an early departure and missed the breakfast, they should have given us the bottle of water free in the room or offered to pack a to-go breakfast the night before. Not much room in the room, the bed takes up most of the room. The Outdoor bar space upstairs was nice but they should separate a smoking and non smoking side.(they have the space)

This has been the worst bed I’ve slept in. It was like sleeping on plywood. Pillows were pretty bad too. Although very quiet, you could hear other people blowing their nose or their alarm clock. Staff was great! Very accommodating and courteous.

Close to transportation, clean, staff friendliness. Bed was like a concrete slab, we were told AC was broken, so we had no Air Condition. We booked this hotel because it was advertised to have AC. So it was very warm, no screens or anything to be able to leave windows open and we asked for a fan and they didn't have any. After 15 hour day of walking Rome in the heat you would like to come back to a cool room comfortable bed, but not here.

Hotel and staff very nice. Unfortunately the neighborhood is noisy and the walls are very thin. We could hear the person upstairs on the phone at 5am. Also while bath is nice, shower head leaked badly and design of shower (shelf under the shower head, not the tub) made the water go all over the floor with no way to avoid it.

Extremely poor check-in service, rude & aggressive man on reception insisted on taking 100 euros cash as a guarantee against damage, and refused to give a receipt. After a hugely delayed stressful journey, there was no water cooler on arrival, just two small bottles (chargeable) in the mini fridge. Breakfast was great the first day but empty on the second- took a good 15 mins to refill anything. Beautiful room, spotless and lovely so from that perspective a top score. But really unwelcoming staff, apart from the lovely porter on the last day

Loved the hotel and the staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and I was able to walk to most places between 10 minutes and a half hour. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is very rigid and unyielding. They are minimally customer service oriented - no smiles or true warmth. After 4 previous visits, I’m not sure I will stay there again They did not honor my upgrade and the entire experience was disappointing and underwhelming.

This is a fine old hotel. The only problem was the transparent sexism by the front desk staff. When my wife offered her credit card, they would only look at me, her husband and gave me the receipt on her. When she spoke to them, they answered me, not her. It was very weird. And disconcerting. It was as though she was invisible, and I, as the man, was the only one who could be dealt with.

Hotel is located next to Roma Termini. So easy to get there from airport with Leonardo Express. From the Hotel you can use subway to easily get to all tourist attractions. Our stay there was optimal for a 3-day-city-visit to Roma.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to Roma Termini, the train station and the metro. Although it is a little dated it was extremely clean and the breakfast had a pretty good variety of things to choose. The coffee machine did not make good coffee but luckily there are many coffee shops in Rome that do. Their check in time is 4 pm and when I arrived just before 1 pm they unfortunately were unable to get me into a clean room until 3:45 pm. The windows are unable to muffle the outdoor noises and between the thin walls and the air vents you are able to hear all the other guests as well. For the price I paid I would not stay here again.

Likes: convenient location, clean, helpful staff. Rooftop indoor garden bar area was nice. Dislikes: very limited counter space, room for 1 suitcase, otherwise on the floor, only 1 room key for 2 people -thats just odd. Included breakfast was not good at all, coffee tasted burnt, eggs seemed like powdered eggs, pastries were hard as a rock. Gym was non-existant (under construction). Very little exterior noise due to beautiful triple pane windows. Very nice upgrade. Hallway and door slamming noise was loud. Seams like they're trying real hard, but just missing the mark a bit.

The hotel is a lovely 3 star hotel - the room we had was rather basic BUT it was certainly adequate to our needs, the beds were comfortable and bedsheets clean. We spent most of our time outside of the hotel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was also very yummy and no matter what time we went for breakfast, there was never anything missing.

We were so grateful for an early check in after arriving from Hong Kong via Helsinki. Room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was a simple one but a bit chaotic with a large group trying to get tables ahead of couples and small families. Too much pressure on staff. Juice machine only produced water!

Somehow, during the procees of reserving our stay, which was months ago on your Hotels.com website, it said breakfast was included at no extra charge. During pur breakfast on the first morning, we were informed that were were being charged an additional 10euros per person to our bill upon checkout.
