Ho soggiornato a Roma x 3 notti , hotel buon x il pernottamento e la posizione vicino alla stazione termini e al centro. Purtroppo le camere singole standard sono al 5 piano e avrebbero bisogno di una rimodernizzata.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war im 5. Stock (unrenoviert). Am Morgen um 7 starteten ohne Vorwarnung die Renovierungsarbeiten - an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Lage super, direkt an der Metro und auch zu Fuss schnell am Bahnhof bzw. Touri-Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein nächsten Mal würde ich ein Comfort Zimmer (renoviert) nehmen!

Thev staff was very flexible and allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel hours prior to check in at no additional charge since I arrive in Rome very early. I really appreciated that! Facilities all worked great and the location could not be better - lots of options nearby, great walkability, very close to Rome Termini.

Equipe muito boa! Todos simpaticos e atenciosos. Fizeram toda a diferença na minha viagem, pois eu estava sozinha e eles me passaram muita segurança. Todos se fazendo entender em qualquer lingua. Mas o mais importante foi que me deixaram guardar as malas no hotel antes e depois dos checks para poder aproveitar melhor a cidade. A equipe realmente fez toda a diferença! Muito obrigada!!

We were in a level 5 room, which was not pictured in the advertisements - the lift only goes to level 4 so we had to then walk up stairs, the level 5 rooms are also not renovated/updated and I think due to that the cleanliness wasn’t the best - but it was a 3 star hotel. I felt our room was 2 star. The staff were friendly and helpful though and we liked the location!

From the start of our stay everything was smooth, easy, clean and friendly. We arrived nearly 2 hours early and were able to check in to room ready for us. We stayed for 4 nights had our room freshened up each day. The fridge was well stocked for an optional fee per item at reasonable prices!) We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and were very happy with the whole room and facilities! The guys on reception were super helpful and friendly and gave us a great recommendation on our first night for dinner near by (Hespresso) with 10% off the bill! The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to parts of Rome, we reached the areas of the Colosseo & Trevi Fountain within 15-20 minutes. We look forward to returning to Rome one day and will happily return here!

I reserve the best lowest,room,but the hotel ,is using the best room newest room pictures,on the cheapest room rate,i was thinking i was going to see the same nice room i see in pictures when i arrived at hotel,but not the room was poor,old,bot A/C,not elevatoraldo to 5 floor!! ,,elevator goes just to 4floor and then,you need to go up on foot by stairs with luggages,not nice

My room was extremely small, one of the smallest I ever slept in. The carpet in the room was old, stained, and dirty. The worst was the bathroom. In smelled of sewage so strong that I needed to breathe through the mouth to be able to use it. The challenge however was brushing my teeth. I had to brush them in the room, just rinse them over the horrible smelly sink, trying not to gag. I asked to be assigned another room, but the receptionist told me that the hotel was full. I spent 5 nights in those disgusting conditions. The Patria Hotel ruined my visit in Rome. Also the area Hotel Patria is located is noisy and looks unsafe at night. I could hear screams in the street every night. How could this hotel be rated “good”?

Hallo,leider war die Unterkunft sehr sehr heruntergekommen. Sie entsprrach in keinster Weise den Bildern, die auf ihrer Seite abgebildet sind. Es war sehr enttäuschend und für mich unverständlich, wie Expedia ein solches Hotel anbietet. Wir hatten ein unrenoviertes Zimmer im 3. Stock. Flecken am Boden und den Wänden, an der Badezimmerdevke löste sich die Farbe oder der Putz. Das Hotelzimmer war eher eine absteige als ein Hotelzimmer. Das einzig positive war das Personal, welches immer freundlich war. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung und ausreichend.

Check-in was a little slow and had to wait until the room was ready. Upon getting into the room, noticed that it was very old. When booking, the pictures are of the part of the hotel that is renovated so the rooms appeared to be modern and clean online. I booked a single room with a twin bed and the room that I got was old. The carpet was wet from the dripping water from the ceiling and air conditioning. This continued and was reported to management. I was told that it would dry but it never did and continued to drip water. The ceiling was cracked and paint peeling as well as the wallpaper. Management eventually did give me an upgrade to a room that looked like the pictures online. A room with three beds, spacious, clean and the AC worked fine without water dripping from the ceiling. This was appreciated and made up for the room that I initially received. The room swapping was disruptive to my stay however but management did what they could to remedy the situation so credit to them for that. I think they should indicate online that the single rooms are older as it felt misleading.

Chambre du 5ème etage vieille, aucune insonorisation, peinture et tapisserie défraîchis, salle de bain avec des équipements cassé et en mauvaise état. Extrêmement chère pour le meu de qualité. Je mattendais à bien mieux au vu des photos présentes sur le site de réservation. Je ne vojs recommande pas cette hotel, malgré le fait que le personnel soient compétents et sympathique

The location of the hotel is perfect. We stayed here for the first 5 days of our trip and the last day of our trip (two different rooms). For all 6 days, my group never had to worry about finding bathrooms, or water, or dragging ourselves home in an exhausted slump. The hotel is pretty much 15 minutes (with or without the metro) from most things we wanted to do or go. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The only thing negative I would say is that the beds are hard and the triple rooms are not in fact 3 single beds but a queen and a single bed.
The location of the hotel is perfect. We stayed here for the first 5 days of our trip and the last day of our trip (two different rooms). For all 6 days, my group never had to worry about finding bathrooms, or water, or dragging ourselves home in an exhausted slump. The hotel is pretty much 15 minutes (with or without the metro) from most things we wanted to do or go. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The only thing negative I would say is that the beds are hard and the triple rooms are not in fact 3 single beds but a queen and a single bed.

Rooms have been updated and very clean. Sraff are great! Location is a 10 - 15 min walk from Termini train station and about 5 from the Repubilca Metro station. Buffet breakfast available for 10e with a selection of breakfast items. Street can be noisy at night.

Check-in was a little slow and had to wait until the room was ready. Upon getting into the room, noticed that it was very old. When booking, the pictures are of the part of the hotel that is renovated so the rooms appeared to be modern and clean online. I booked a single room with a twin bed and the room that I got was old. The carpet was wet from the dripping water from the ceiling and air conditioning. This continued and was reported to management. I was told that it would dry but it never did and continued to drip water. The ceiling was cracked and paint peeling as well as the wallpaper. Management eventually did give me an upgrade to a room that looked like the pictures online. A room with three beds, spacious, clean and the AC worked fine without water dripping from the ceiling. This was appreciated and made up for the room that I initially received. The room swapping was disruptive to my stay however but management did what they could to remedy the situation so credit to them for that. I think they should indicate online that the single rooms are older as it felt misleading.

My stay in this Hotel was a total pleasure!! First of all the staff was super kind, helpful and friendly and really cared about my comfort. I want to thank Dennis at front desk for his attention, kindness and customer support!! The location is amazing: a block away from the subway station and close to great dining options, city center and shopping. The room and bathroom were super clean, updated, and a confortable bed to rest after a long day walking beautiful Roma! I highly recommend them!!

Equipe muito boa! Todos simpaticos e atenciosos. Fizeram toda a diferença na minha viagem, pois eu estava sozinha e eles me passaram muita segurança. Todos se fazendo entender em qualquer lingua. Mas o mais importante foi que me deixaram guardar as malas no hotel antes e depois dos checks para poder aproveitar melhor a cidade. A equipe realmente fez toda a diferença! Muito obrigada!!

We stayed for 4 nights had our room freshened up each day. The fridge was well stocked for an optional fee per item at reasonable prices!) We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and were very happy with the whole room and facilities! The guys on reception were super helpful and friendly and gave us a great recommendation on our first night for dinner near by (Hespresso) with 10% off the bill! The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to parts of Rome, we reached the areas of the Colosseo & Trevi Fountain within 15-20 minutes. We look forward to returning to Rome one day and will happily return here!

My room was extremely small, one of the smallest I ever slept in. The carpet in the room was old, stained, and dirty. The worst was the bathroom. In smelled of sewage so strong that I needed to breathe through the mouth to be able to use it. The challenge however was brushing my teeth. I had to brush them in the room, just rinse them over the horrible smelly sink, trying not to gag. I asked to be assigned another room, but the receptionist told me that the hotel was full. I spent 5 nights in those disgusting conditions. The Patria Hotel ruined my visit in Rome. Also the area Hotel Patria is located is noisy and looks unsafe at night. I could hear screams in the street every night. How could this hotel be rated “good”?

Thev staff was very flexible and allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel hours prior to check in at no additional charge since I arrive in Rome very early. I really appreciated that! Facilities all worked great and the location could not be better - lots of options nearby, great walkability, very close to Rome Termini.

Without question one of the best, if not the best, European hotels we have reserved through Hotels.com. Everything was 5-stars. The reception counter staff was as friendly and helpful as possible offering priceless local tips and always equipped with a ready answer or action to satisfy a query or request. The breakfast fare was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the easy-to-use Metro station was perfect. Hotel Patria is within walking distance of nearly every major site in Rome. Everything about it was superior. I would stay there anytime I visited Rome and can't recommend it highly enough.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and offered an upgraded room and also an early check in , at an extra cost which was well worth it . Dennis was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations, and he went above and beyond chatting with our taxi driver . Lovely comfortable beds and pillows , I recommend staying at Hotel Patria !

Hospedei-me por três diárias no Hotel Patria e no geral foi uma boa experiência. Equipe de funcionários simpática e prestativa. Boa localização a apenas 200m da estação República. Rua silenciosa a noite, embora a acústica dos quartos não fosse muito boa. Café da manhã muito bom, embora pudesse ter mais opções de frutas. Únicos pontos que deixaram a desejar foi em relação ao banheiro. O registro de acionamento do chuveiro funcionava mal, demorando muito tempo pra regular a melhor temperatura. O box empossava água. E a acessibilidade do quarto que fiquei, 5º andar, incluía um lance de escadas. Pra quem esta com muitas malas ou tem restrições de mobilidade pode ser difícil. No mais, considero que foi uma boa hospedagem.

Breakfast was included which was great, everything you would want was available from fresh fruit, yogurt, toast and condiments, to hot English style and coffee and tea. Also great location close to Roma Terminal and restaurants . Highly recommended.
