A equipe é muito atenciosa, destaque para Luliana, Viviana e Júlia. Fizeram uma arrumação no quarto, e nos colocaram com vista para a avenida, pois avisei que estava comemorando aniversário de casamento! Muito gentis! Algo me incomodou muito que foi subir 26 lances de escada com 04 malas, quando eu pesquisei, relatava ter elevador, meu marido está com um problema no joelho e todo dia tínhamos que subir e descer, no momento do check in a recepcionista nos disse que poderia ser que até o check out o elevador estevusse funcionando, porém não funcionou e não vi ninguém consertando no período que lá estive. Acho uma falta de respeito informar que tem serviço de elevador e não ter. Pesquisei para não ter esse tipo de surpresa e infelizmente tive! E o pior pagando uma diária cara!! O café da manhã é simples, os ovos são cozidos e frios, tem bolos, pães, frios. A localização é boa, em uma avenida próxima a metrô.

This hotel is convenient to the rail station (we walked) and the metro. We also walked to Trevi fountain. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. It took me a second to figure out where it was because there is at least one other hotel in the same building and the sign is kind of small. Desk attendants were really nice and helpful. The elevator was down while we were there if that’s an issue for you. Cortina is just on the first level above ground level, and they offered to carry our bags (we declined). A great first experience in Rome!

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance from Trevi and Pantheon. They offered free experiences…we wanted to do the night tour of the Colosseum but we just didn’t have the time. Only downside was the elevator was out of order at the time of our visit. Fortunately, we didn’t have a lot of luggage this time around. We learned our lesson the last time we were in Italy so we pack light. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The lift was not working, we had 2 large suitcases (because my daughter was studying in Italy for 4 months and we were headed home), which were really hard to get up the stairs. Then, we tried going to bed at 10pm since we had an early flight - couldn't get to sleep because there was a lounge singer nearby (in the next room?!?!) that sounded like she was in the room with us. Not a great night of sleep. I'd pick another hotel next time - non va bene.

There were approximately 24 steps & no working elevator! Thankfully the staff provided some assistance when we were unable to navigate the steps with 2 heavy suitcases. Also our room was facing the street & we were kept awake with very loud street noise. The staff were very friendly, accommodating & offered assistance when requested.

Great location, terrible property. Lift had been broken for quite some time prior to our arrival date but the property never alerted us. We are in our 70’s and had to drag our bags up 22 stairs to get to the front desk. There was no one capable of assisting us. The front desk ladies were very kind and understanding but unable to lift our bags. Our room was advertised as “superior” for which we paid extra. After dragging our bags up 22 stairs, we found the room was anything but. Broken refrigerator, no wardrobe or closet space to hang your clothes, dead bedside electrical outlet, very dim lighting in entire room and worst of all the room is directly above an Irish pub that had nightly live entertainment. Very, very loud, noisy room. We expressed our concerns to the manager who only offered a 20% discount on a future stay! Unacceptable. Would never stay at this property again. Do not recommend at all.

Room was clean, and I loved that the AC unit worked properly! Shower was kind of small (but I'm kind of not small), and hot water was spotty at 6:00 am. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of service but thankfully Hotel Cortina is on the first floor. It's a convenient location in Rome and I would stay there again for a short stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the centre of the city very close to the railway station and downtown Rome but the biggest issue is that it is a small hotel located on the second floor n there was no elevator from getting the bags to the second floor - you have to take the stairs. The room was average - clean but no coffee machine in the room which to me is a big no. Moreover, the washroom n the shower are too small - I know rooms n washrooms are small in Europe but this was way too small.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cortina. It is really convenient for all the major sights, being only 15 mins walk from the Colosseum/Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps etc. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel is to a high standard however the condition of some of the facilities could do with an upgrade like the showers. Towels were threadbare and small, so bring your own if you are precious about that. The bed was comfortable and there is air con in the rooms. Breakfast was served 7-10:30am and consisted of pastries, ham, cheese, bread, cereals, fruit, juice, croissants etc. The decor of the hotel is not modern, but more traditional and charming. Overall I would recommend Hotel Cortina for its great location and friendly service.

The hotel provides ear plugs, however I brought my own gel ear plugs, and you will need them if you need silence to get to sleep. Staff at reception and at breakfast very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good In the junior suite, they provide coffee and tea making facilities, however the cups were never cleaned by the staff, and no replenishment of the tea and coffee once used.

The location of the hotel is super convenient — most of the sightseeing spots are within walking distance, and the train station is also quite close. The metro station is nearby as well. The hotel offers free tours, and I highly recommend them if you have enough time. We paid for breakfast, and I never regretted it — it was delicious and had a wide variety of options. A great thing is that there was always plenty of food; even if you came at the end, you still had all the choices available. I highly recommend adding breakfast, as it will save you both money and time. Absolutely recommend this place! If I return to Rome for vacation, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Nos encantó este hotel. está súper bien ubicado. Aunque está en un segundo piso y el elevador no funciona, cuando llegas todo vale la pena. El personal fue súper amable, muy atentas todas las señoritas de recepción y las del desayuno también. El desayuno está completo, rico y económico. La limpieza de la habitación estaba perfecta. El cuarto es pequeño pero en general así son la mayoría en Roma. Sin duda regresaríamos.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is easy to reach from the main station (Roma Termini). The rooms are regular and soundproofing should be better, but I have seldom met such a lovely and helpful staff.

This hotel was in a perfect location. It was within walking distance of the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Check in process was great. Everyone was friendly and spoke English which was fantastic for us. I'm giving it a 4 because the noise from the bar below was quite loud several nights. Also the water for the shower would go really cold quite quickly.

The other one would be the bed and pillows were a bit firm, but some may like that.

It is in a fabulous location, walkable to a lot of attractions, and very close to the Metro and Roma Termini station. Wi-Fi worked the whole time. The water in the shower was a bit difficult to maintain heat wise, and the stall was small, but that’s my only complaint.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the centre of the city very close to the railway station and downtown Rome but the biggest issue is that it is a small hotel located on the second floor n there was no elevator from getting the bags to the second floor - you have to take the stairs. The room was average - clean but no coffee machine in the room which to me is a big no. Moreover, the washroom n the shower are too small - I know rooms n washrooms are small in Europe but this was way too small.

We were welcomed by Andrea on arrival. he was Very helpful and gave good tips on where to eat and things to do. The hotel and room Very clean and comfortable. Great location from Termini station. Great coffee shops near by. The hotel is on Via Naziinale which gave great access links to attractions. Simon and Angelo on reception were great and loved to chat. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome

Great location, terrible property. Lift had been broken for quite some time prior to our arrival date but the property never alerted us. We are in our 70’s and had to drag our bags up 22 stairs to get to the front desk. There was no one capable of assisting us. The front desk ladies were very kind and understanding but unable to lift our bags. Our room was advertised as “superior” for which we paid extra. After dragging our bags up 22 stairs, we found the room was anything but. Broken refrigerator, no wardrobe or closet space to hang your clothes, dead bedside electrical outlet, very dim lighting in entire room and worst of all the room is directly above an Irish pub that had nightly live entertainment. Very, very loud, noisy room. We expressed our concerns to the manager who only offered a 20% discount on a future stay! Unacceptable. Would never stay at this property again. Do not recommend at all.

This place is super friendly and has a great location. You can go to the train, metro, and bus stations in a few blocks walking. The main attractions are all within walking distance. The only downside is that the hotel is closed to a bar, and you can hear people downstairs and in the hallways from your room.

My stay at Hotel Cortina was amazing!!! The staff were all incredible and always willing to help in anyway. I always felt very safe here. The hotel is centrally located and on a busy street. It was always easy to find my way back too and an easy walk to landmarks around the city. Most of the big ones are about a 25-30 minute walk but it is beautiful in every direction!! There a lot of cute restaurants on this street and shopping as well. It was also in very close proximity to Termini Station if you plan on taking the train into Rome. I would absolutely come back here again on my next trip to Rome. I couldn't reccomend them enough!

This hotel was in a perfect location. It was within walking distance of the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Check in process was great. Everyone was friendly and spoke English which was fantastic for us. I'm giving it a 4 because the noise from the bar below was quite loud several nights. Also the water for the shower would go really cold quite quickly.

Incredibly friendly staff both at reception and breakfast who were more than willing to help us out when we needed it (e.g. providing a fan for the room, making sure we were attended to at breakfast and giving local recommendations). The breakfast was an Italian spread that we both enjoyed thoroughly with enough variety for a picky eater. The room was clean and well decorated and we barely heard any noise from outside with the window closed. The room size was comfortable and functioned perfectly for sleeping and the odd pit stop. The location was good with a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro or around 20 to 40 minutes to all of the main attractions such as the Colosseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. There was also a fantastic gelato shop right outside for those late night cravings and many shops down the same road. The only negative was the lack of soundproofing in some parts as we could clearly hear breakfast being set up (around 6:30AM) and some heavy construction noises from an adjacent building.

Room very noisy, as we were above and Irish bar and on the outside facing the street. The hotel provides ear plugs, however I brought my own gel ear plugs, and you will need them if you need silence to get to sleep. Staff at reception and at breakfast very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good In the junior suite, they provide coffee and tea making facilities, however the cups were never cleaned by the staff, and no replenishment of the tea and coffee once used.

A Shameless Cash Grab Above a Noisy Pub If you enjoy trying to sleep inside a booming pub and being extorted for a room that is already empty, this is the place for you. Be warned: this hotel is situated directly above a loud pub, guaranteeing the rowdy crowd will be the soundtrack to your misery. But that assumes you can even get inside. The entry instructions were completely useless. When we arrived at the upper floor entrance and rang the hotel for help, we were entirely ignored. A Shameless Cash Grab Above a Noisy Pub If you enjoy trying to sleep inside a booming pub and being extorted for a room that is already empty, this is the place for you. Be warned: this hotel is situated directly above a loud pub, guaranteeing the rowdy crowd will be the soundtrack to your misery. But that assumes you can even get inside. The entry instructions were completely useless. When we arrived at the upper floor entrance and rang the hotel for help, we were entirely ignored. We were stranded and only managed to access the building because a random courier happened to be delivering packages and let us slip in behind him. The room was lovely the only problem was the noise from the Irish Pub below which lasted on the Saturday night until 2am. The breakfast was served round the corner at another hotel due to maintenance but that wasnt a problem.
