The hotel has a great location and the staff is very friendly. Everything is clean and there is air-condition in the rooms ( nice when it is so hot)! Our best recommations.

Basically I was robbed. It was my fault that i messed up the days since I scheduled it one week after but I was in the hotel that day and it was clearly a mistake. There was not a goodwill solve the issue and instead just the greed to keep the money. Inwould have understand of the reservarion was near but it was t and they had plenty of time to have another booking for those days. Not even considered a lower fee or charge wanted to keep it all. Meanwhile the only good person was the night receptionist that tries to help us and even found us another hotel for that night. The management was really insensitive and the hotel tonbe honest seemed old and poor condition. This happened to us three or four times in the last five years and this was the only hotel that didn’t try to help or to find a balanced and fair solution. Next time think twice before being greedy and unpleasant
