Tout était top. Il mérite bien son nom de Palace Grand Hôtel. Personnel accueillant même à 22h, il fait super bon dans tout l’hôtel, de grandes fenêtres dans la chambre avec une super vue. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, il y avait du choix, les chambres sont bien spacieuses et propre. Il y a qu’un seul petit ascenseur pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel, donc franchement on attend beaucoup. Par contre grosse déception concernant le spa. Nous avons pris cet hôtel entre autres pour avoir la possibilité d’aller au spa, il est indiqué nulle part sur le site que le spa est en supplément ne serait-ce que l’accès. C’est que une fois sur place que nous apprenons que pour simplement accéder au spa, il faut payer 20 € par personne.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine romantische und stilvolle Eleganz. Der Zuweg zum Hotel ist schon bereits ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal vor Ort sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat jedoch nur einen Außenpool, der bereits ab Ende September geschlossen war. Die Sauna im Innenbereich muss man für einen relativ hohen Preis für 2 Stunden(40 € für zwei Personen ) extra buchen. Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich keinen Balkon, was sehr schade ist denn gerade in den Abendstunden ist die Sicht vom Zimmer auf den See einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Am ersten Abend waren wir im Hotel essen. Das Essen war recht teuer und auf dem Teller sehr überschaubar. Grundsätzlich aber nicht schlecht. Die Getränke konnten an der Bar für ein, für europäische Verhältnisse normalen Betrag, käuflich erworben werden In unserem Aufenthalt inbegriffen, war das Frühstück. Dieses war sehr reichhaltig. Da wir mit unserem Rund verreist waren, konnte dieser jedoch nicht in den Frühstücksraum und wir mussten in einem separaten Raum frühstücken. Das war leider etwas schade. Grundsätzlich gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit im Außenbereich zu frühstücken. Dies hätten wir gerne noch in Anspruch genommen, da das Wetter das noch zugelassen hat.

Great staff and beautiful property. Gorgeous lake views. Most of the outdoor property has been renovated. Caffe and restaurant staff is outstanding and super helpful to us. Unfortunately the hotel was full due to olympic team for rowing competitions and we got a very old room with dirty yellow paint and poorly maintained green carpet on the 4th floor. This hotel has lots of potential byt I highly recommend the manager or maintenance team to give a fresh coat of paint to the room and the stairs area.

We love the surroundings of the hotel and the Christmas decorations were awesome, creating the holiday vibes. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant served excellent food - breakfast and dinner. One thing that can be improved will be the condition of the hotel. Being an establishment with many years of history, the place do look dated and the room allocated to us had a broken toilet. The staff was kind enough to extend us another room beside so that we can access the toilet.

Hotel all’interno di una villa storica bellissima e con vista altrettanto bella ma pecca di servizi e confort. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di molta manutenzione( porte con serrature semi rotte, docce malfunzionanti…), investirei nel rimodernizzare un po’ le camere e un altra nota dolente è che non c’è un minimo di insoronizzazione! Si sente veramente ogni Minimo rumore provengs da corridoio o da altre camere!

My room on the 4th floor, especially the bathroom, was in urgent need of remodelling. The road leading to the hotel on top of a hill is full of bumps. The restaurant food was delicious but the chief waiter came along in an arrogant way. Breakfast servic was good.

Girls at the front desk were so helpful. Our sauna wasn’t working so they gave us free access to the spa and also comped some drinks for us which was very much appreciated. My husband especially was uncomfortable with the flat, hard pillows so that really needs addressing. We also didn’t care for the food in the restaurant especially at those prices. Breakfast was very nice though. We enjoyed our views from our room and the spaciousness of our room.

This Hotel is Wonderful. We stayed here in May 2022 and came back July 17-23, 2024. Beautiful Hotel with Old World Charm. Fabulous Dinner Restaurant & Breakfast. Lovely grounds. My husband and sister-in-law both went to the SPA and it was GREAT - they each enjoyed a massage. The manager of the hotel Max is a great asset to the hotel. He is very personable and available to assist you. It was a pleasure speaking with him. Claudia at the front desk went above and beyond as well as all of the other staff at the front desk. Not exactly what we expected from an accomodation bearing the name grand hotel, meaning excellent service, prestine cuisine, small gestures. Among a list of issues for us, to name a few, the unfriendly service on the phone, the special set menu that simple was a choice of the a la carte, would not let us recommend this hotel. The view though is fabulous and the location is special, so if you only care about those two maybe this is for you nevertheless, just bear in mind you have to go by car or take a taxi.

The room that they gave us was below par was not what we paid for did not have a Lakeview did not have a porch and was in desperate need of updating. We went down to the front desk asked for a different room they told us that was impossible. We then spoke to someone else at the front desk, and she gave us a room that she called an upgraded room, which was the room that we actually booked and paid for. I would write the service at the front desk to be poor and unresponsive until a different person came to help us. The bar was terrific. The bartender was fantastic and friendly and made spectacular drinks. We enjoyed the evening very much and enjoyed the room that T hey switched us to very much.

I truly enjoyed my stay - from staff to amenities . I want to come back! Please note that it is a small town so finding lots of restaurants open late will be hard and using Uber to go to the airport (or anywhere) will be nearly impossible. Ask front desk for planning and assistance with this.

Ce magnifique palace de 1913 est très bien entretenu et couru : il était complet début octobre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est copieux, d'excellente qualité et rare par sa générosité en Italie. Cet hôtel est un lieu confortable et élégant à prix modéré donc très recommandé. Il est éloigné du centre-ville (environ 30 minutes à pied), ce qui peut convenir aux clients qui recherchent la tranquillité et moins à ceux qui recherchent les facilités proches.
