We had a wonderful stay in Venice! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the modern bathroom was a great touch. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location was excellent, right by the train station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with transportation needs and communication with our cruise ship. They had a special machine to fill water bottles. The hotel is right next to the “i”, information booth for Venice and we got amazing concert tickets there. The hotel had a nice city map that they gave out too. No complaints!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a terrible experience and nowhere near the standard we expected. The room and bathroom were in unacceptable condition. There was black mold in the bathroom, no proper shower curtain, a cracked floor, and significant water staining on the fabric-covered walls. The air-conditioning unit was also leaking water onto the wall, adding to the already obvious signs of moisture and poor maintenance. The condition of the room was not simply “old Venetian charm.” It felt poorly maintained and in need of serious renovation and attention to basic cleanliness and upkeep. The service made the experience even worse. When we asked for coffee just five minutes before breakfast was scheduled to begin, we were told to go around the corner and get one ourselves. We also encountered stale bread at breakfast and experienced inappropriate and uncomfortable comments from a front-desk staff member. Overall, the combination of the poor condition of the room, mold and water damage, inadequate breakfast, and unprofessional treatment from staff made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. There are many other places to stay in Venice that deserve your money and should provide a much better level of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality.
