The roof top terrace is wonderful with an amazing view. A great place to relax and take in the atmosphere. The staff was great, accommodating and friendly. I was a little disappointed by the room itself, not a lot of space or place to open up luggage. The view from our window was a creepy back lane. The hotel itself was very strange.. stairs going up and down and all around.. there was no straight shot to your room. I have never experience anything like it. Definitely NOT a place for anyone with mobility issues. It was convenient to walk out the door on walk and have dining and shopping right there.

Located next to the Rialto Bridge, taxi stabd and water bus stop. Very convenient to walk to cafes, restaurants and San Marco square. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife forgot her meds when we checked out. We were already in Triste and called the hotel. The GM took charge, found the meds and put them in a safe place for our friends to retrieve as they were still in Venice. Thank you GM and staff.

The Hotel Rialto is in the perfect spot for walking and catching water transport to everything. The roof top terrace overlooking the Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal is the highlight of the hotel. It ia a peaceful spot away from tourists and we spent time there everyday. We got a room without a view and it was a little stuffy but clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the chocolate crescents at breakfast are the best.

The location was great and the views amazing only draw back the building is old and a maze of stairs and floors. The listing just said it had a lift but it doesn’t say that the lift doesn’t go to all floors. My husband walks with a cane and our room was on the third floor which the elevator doesn’t go to you have to get off on the 2nd and then walk 3 flights of stairs to the room. Not sure why 3 flights of stairs as when we checked in the concierge said it was 3 stairs! Not quite lol all-in-all it was a bit of a struggle but we made the best of it.

Little dated in decor but comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator did not work the entire 3 night stay even tho they said on check in it would be just the first day. We had to climb the stairs to 3rd floor each day!! Breakfast was very yummy

This is a lovely traditional Venetian Hotel. It's several buildings that have been knocked-through, so getting about inside is a bit of a maze. Room was very clean, nice shower and air conditioning. There is a little terrace where you can sit outside and overlook the main canal. Many pops to the local co op & take drinks up there. The hotel is right next to Rialto Bridge, and you can sit outside for breakfast watching the world go by past Rialto Bridge. Lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. This area is a very busy hot spot, but the hotel itself is quiet. Restaurants around Rialto Bridge and near St Marks Square are quite prices, but we like to wander to quieter spots where it's less busy and generally a little less expensive for food & drinks. Reception were very helpful in arranging our early morning River taxi for when we departed and it was a great way to end the holiday! Being picked up straight outside the hotel and being at the airport terminal within 20 minutes was amazing. It was 140 euros, but worth it in our opinion for the experience. A great hotel! We'd highly recommend.

Great location. Directly situated at Rialto Bridge. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good selecrion of food and drinks. It was nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast. We liked spending time on the sun terrace, which was always quiet, not many people seemed to sit up there. Had wifi access, but couldnt connect to it whilst on the sun terrace.

Great stay at the Rialto in Venice. Helpful, friendly staff, and a really good choice of breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful views from the roof terrace. Hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere and water transport right outside the hotel.

I stayed for three days, and it was an excellent choice for someone who came to Venice for the first time. The hotel is near the Vaporetto station and the famous bridge, which are perfect. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and looked recently refresred. The bathroom required a bit of manoeuvring inside, but it is a historical building. The breakfast was good, freshly prepared, and the coffee was excellent. I would say that the room TV is probably less important than speedy broadband nowadays, but that is just my personal opinion.

Room was tiny, windows opened up to dark alleyway. 70s decor. Bathroom smelled of sewer pipe constantly. Room 202 don’t go in it. Staff were very pleasant breakfast was fine just the room was totally a no no!!! Not impressed in the least.

This property was beyond dirty. Upon checking in, my room had brown smudges on the shower walls with black mold. They allowed me to switch rooms, and the following room was just as dirty. Black stains on the sheets and someone’s leftover contacts on the bedside table. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Its a pretty old hotel. Very good location, easy to get to from the train station. But the bathrooms were old, had a lot of mold in the shower area. There was a lot of disturbance from the streets, very noisy around 4 am in the morning. This hotel is definitely not worth the price.

Significantly run down but clean and functional. We had forward rooms with a view of the canal.The prime location and view was offset by extreme activity out front and noise due to a very busy water taxi station directly in front of hotel. Expect early hour noise due to morning deliveries and business activity.

Perfect location right next to Rialto bridge. Staff friendly. Breakfast included was okay at best. Shower constantly changed temperature from freezing to scalding hot without touching anything. Made it extremely difficult to shower at all. Fairly clean room. Bit outdated and wardrobe door didn’t shut. Someone was also able to get into our room whilst we were in there with a different room key not sure how

Conveniently located next to the Rialto bridge on the main canal. Our room had windows overlooking the grand canal. A little noisy at night but that was expected and really didn’t bother us. The room was spacious and decorated heavily in Venetian style which we loved. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby as well as easily assessable water transportation. Easy walk to museums. Staff was professional and courteous. Would stay here again.

Although this property is expensive, the location in Venice is outstanding. The rooms are small and bathroom doesn’t have the room for one’s personal things, and the chest drawers are difficult to pull out, but one overlooks such issues. The staff is great and helpful and totally understands English.

No balcony in the Balcony View room.. it’s 3 windows against the wall with shutters that open.. really isn’t much of a wide view. No heat. Extra blankets saved us. Tv didn’t work. Wifi was functional for texts and small streaming but horrible for calling. Shower is pretty small, hot water fluctuates ALOT. Water pressure is decent.

The reception people were professionals, except one of them (Shift NOV 7 around 11:40 AM), super rude, extremelly unprofessional. Not with me, but with a couple that just arrived. The wife is horrible. If you depend on the wifi just don't stay there.

This was a mini honeymoon break in a so called luxury hotel in prime location in Venice. I booked the honeymoon suite, the most expensive room in the hotel. I emailed ahead to tell them the stay was a honeymoon. I expected chocolates or a bottle of wine in the room but the hotels way to celebrate us spending our honeymoon with them was to shape a towel into a heart shape on the bed. The reception staff were all sullen and at times rude. The check in welcome was cold and unfriendly. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. We ate at the hotel on our first night. Really poor pasta and lasagne that we sent back to the kitchen as it was cold in the middle. I would not go back to this hotel and would never recommend it to friends or family. Apart from the location, I have nothing positive to say

My family and I felt like royalty in this hotel! The staff was excellent. Very helpful with all our questions such as directions to/ from a site. Etc. They helped with our luggage to our room and watched it for us on the day we left, so we could have breakfast. Even though the restaurant is not associated with your hotel. Rest assured because they too were excellent the food, the staff. Etc. This only helps spread the goodness of the Name Hotel Rialto. Hope to see you in the future!

This hotel is directly next to the Rialto Bridge. So expect it to be a little noisy at night…especially with the windows open. Regardless, we loved it & would book again. The hotel is clean & has a great staff with impeccable service. And so convenient to lots of shops & restaurants. And there’s a vaporetto station about 100 feet from the hotel…no need to navigate the streets with luggage.

Localização do hotel é muito boa, em frente a ponte Rialto e ao lado da estação do vaporetto, facilitando muito a chegada com as malas. Pessoal da recepção muito simpático e atencioso, nos deram um mapa e explicaram os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O hotel é antigo (já esperado para Veneza), porém tudo estava sempre bem limpo. Fica a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada da praça de São Marcos, muito comércio e restaurantes na região.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff - just extremely noisy. Not because of revellers, because of the shops and traders who are up shouting at 5am. And pigeons! Also, avoid the restaurant. Total tourist trap with multiple errors in their favor on the bill. And the food was barely average.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was traditional and beautiful. Our room (121) was amazing with views over the canal and Rialto Bridge. Yes, a bit noisy on a Friday night when the well deserved locals had a few drinks but the general hub of the canal and atmosphere was well worth it. Breakfast was more than adequate. We never needed lunch. Meal in the Rialto Restaurant was very nice. The terrace was very nice for an afternoon drink. We'd definitely stay again.
