Great location - only two bridges from train station, extremely helpful when you carry lots of luggage! All instructions are clear before check-in. Room has everything you need, staff even prepared a little pet area!

The location was perfect for us. It was close by to some wonderful restaurants on Fondamenta de la Misericordia. The staff were easy to reach and always willing to help. The AC never got the temp in the room below 21 which wasn’t ideal. The room is small and there are limited places for clothing if you have brought a lot or you’re staying for a while. Smart features mentioned on the website don’t work

A wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights in Venice before flying to Scotland. Also walkable to the Alilaguna stop to Marco Polo Airport! Very close to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
