We had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and staff were great. They leave little chocolate santas on the bed when we come back from our walks around Venice every evening. It was a nice surprise to come back to our room on late Christmas eve night, we had a chilled bottle of Prosecco and glasses waiting for us. Then the next day, they left our room a box of pandoro. The breakfast was nice, there was a bottle of Prosecco for anybody who wanted a glass,. Our floor had a water and ice dispenser and some tea bags, There was also a shoe polisher which my husband loved using. We really loved our stay in hotel Ca' Pisani.

The top floor terrace was the best! Room and breakfast were top notch, felt like staying in someone's house. Close to the academia area and bridge in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants choices. Would definitely recommend and looking foward to returning.

This was a very unique, eclectic hotel in the Dosudoro neighborhood of Venice. For a truly enjoyable and satisfying stay, stay here. The service was impeccable. The morning Buffett breakfast was outstanding. It had a beautiful roof top terrace, sauna, and was within walking distance of many restaurants and museums and a short walk or Vaporetto ride to San Marco square. Staff provided information or could arrange tours for you if desired. I highly recommend.

hotel is clean and quiet. Most staff are very nice. Here's When we arrived after a long trip, we asked the receptionist whether the hotel was air conditioned & he replied that it was. In fact, the lobby area was reasonably cool. however our (two) rooms--and several other rooms on our floor--registered 27 Celsius--(80.6 F) way too hot. With another couple we complained and were told that the a/c was not working but would be repaired in the morning. One of us was offered a fan. Even with the fan the room was not comfortable and we did not have a good night's sleep. The next day the hotel was able to adjust the thermostat and the room then measured showed 24 Celsius (75.2 F). This is not cool, at least by American standards. The one room with a fan was better than the others but hardly comfortable give the extreme heat and humidity outside. To not sleep at all upon arrival was, to stay the least, distressing. An aggressive response was not We wrote complaining to Expedia; the management became defensive and accused us of lying. In fact, no one lied. We asked if the hotel was air conditioned and the manager said yes. And it was---on the lobby floor. But we were not informed that the upstairs a/c was not working and we were then too tired to change hotels. We should have been forewarned and given the option to change hotels. The other staff were nice and in fact someone left bottles of prosecco for us. But two nights of poor sleep could have been avoided.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week and we were very looked after by all the staff here. My boyfriend has a walking disability and the hotel provided a wheelchair for us just incase we needed it when walking around Venice which was very useful. All the staff are unbelievably friendly, chatty, welcoming and were always there if we needed anything or had any questions. The room we stayed in was immaculate, very clean, tidy and well presented, our room got cleaned maybe twice a day which we weren’t expecting but were very grateful for and the breakfast was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend, good location, polite staff, quiet and a pleasant location too, we wouldn’t change anything about our stay.

My stay was FANTASTIC! The renovation of the property is EXTREMELY sophisticated in terms of architectural details + design. I would like to acknowledge the quality/result of that protect because it’s quite unique in its style, elegance not in-your-face-lucury Service was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. Bedroom and bathroom were very beautiful and spotless. I was generously upgraded to a corner room with lots of light and tall ceilings. Grazie! Location is wonderful. Dorsoduro has major sights (my window looked right across to the Accademia) and the Ponte della Accademia is half a block away which will get you to San Marco sestiere in two seconds, as is the Vaporetto stop. So THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!

I would definitely stay at Ca’Pisani again! Hotel was in a convenient location, right next to the water ferry. We walked everywhere we went ! The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice sitting area on each floor. Rooms are fairly large. Staff were extremely helpful . Beware, there are blackout sheets in windows so you don’t have any idea when sun comes up which could cause you to oversleep. Prefer a top sheet and blanket instead of a comforter only. AC inadequate.

5 stars from us fantastic location and able to walk everywhere. Hotel staff couldn't have been any more helpful and made the stay an absolute pleasure. We stayed in the Junior suite and it was lovely and over a split level. Room was clean and maintained well. My only 2 points would be and these don't take away from the experience but just little things, not a fan of having to step in a bath for a shower, knees getting older and would prefer a shower unit and secondly there is switches everywhere, they all did something but lots of random flicking. That being said it was great location, great hotel and most importantly amazing staff.

Amazing gem of a hotel. Beautifully appointed room and common areas. Courteous and very helpful staff. Loved the art deco decors. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!!! Bathroom was a nice size and had all the amenities you would want. 20 minutes walking distance to San Marco Square or Rialto Bridge. Many restaurants and shops within close walking distance. Highly recommend!!!

Friendly staff. Great location near Accademia which was more quiet than San Marco or San Paolo. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complete with Canadian Maple Syrup... can't beat the real thing from home. Can't wait to return some day!

Service was excellent, from being met at the water taxi destination near the Accedemia bridge to the box breakfast they offered unbidden because of our early train. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

I would definitely stay at Ca’Pisani again! Hotel was in a convenient location, right next to the water ferry. We walked everywhere we went ! The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Great location near Accademia which was more quiet than San Marco or San Paolo. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complete with Canadian Maple Syrup... can't beat the real thing from home. Can't wait to return some day!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with two water taxi stops nearby but it is also an easy walk to the other areas of the city. There were some nice options for food and drink locally as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay was FANTASTIC! The renovation of the property is EXTREMELY sophisticated in terms of architectural details + design. I would like to acknowledge the quality/result of that protect because it’s quite unique in its style, elegance not in-your-face-lucury Service was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. Bedroom and bathroom were very beautiful and spotless. I was generously upgraded to a corner room with lots of light and tall ceilings. Grazie! Location is wonderful. Dorsoduro has major sights (my window looked right across to the Accademia) and the Ponte della Accademia is half a block away which will get you to San Marco sestiere in two seconds, as is the Vaporetto stop. So THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!

Overall we were not thrilled with Venice, but loved having this fabulous suite to retreat to. It was very quiet and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was not included and did not offer as much as I had experienced in other Italy hotels. The biggest bummer was the cost for the water taxi to the airport, such a trip off. Overall, Dorsoduro is a perfect part of Venice to stay!

The hotel was impressive, clean and super deco designed. We were welcomed in our room by prosecco chilled, and the turn down service and daily gifts were a pleasure. But the hotel was already expensive, and we did not expect a 56.00 Euro service charge to be added to our bill. We did query it, and the hotel officer offered to remove it, but also made it feel that the cleaning and servicing staff (who were doing a fantastic job) would somehow go short if we didn't sign and pay, Perhaps this is what happens in all hotels in Venice and I was naieve. I would have appreciated knowing in advance however. The coffee was fantastic and the bar staff excellent.

This was my third stay. The front desk staff is excellent. The location is also excellent —just steps from the Accadamia Bridge and the Museum, along with 3 different vaparetto lines. I didn’t have breakfast but in the past it was quite good. The rooms could use some refreshing but it is good value. Will return.
