This property has the perfect location for all things in the St. Mark’s Square area. Very quiet and safe. The front door is always locked and there is someone at either reception area on the first or fourth floors. We had a suite on the fourth floor. There is an elevator. Great breakfast! Good coffee! Only 19 rooms total.

hay que subir muchas escaleras no servia el elevador y nunca hubo personal en recepcion para comunicarte con alguien en el hotel tenias que subir cuatro pisos desde la recepcion, en el desayuno no habia personal menos variedad en alimentos, las mesas estabn tiradas y no encontrabas a nadie que te ayudara con eso asi que serás tu quien apile los platos de otros para poder sentarte a comer pan con mermelada

Room requested was 2 twins. Attendant offered linens for me to separate and remake beds, requested he do while we were out. Came back to beds 6 inches apart. Each bed had one sheet per bed and the full comforter over both beds, I got two more sheets and spreads out of the closet. One of the biggest problems is the facility is listed as having an elevator, this is true for the upper floors but not the first above ground level, approximately 12 -14 stairs, could be a deal breaker for many and you would not know till you got there. Also the second night a crazy person was out in the street at 3am for about an hour, throwing things, yelling, hitting walls and buildings with a metal pipe. Screaming and yelling at anyone going by. Told manager the next morning and he said other had told the night clerk and he failed to call police. The night manager was a very young kid but kind person, he is the same one that remade the bed, he was very nice but needed much more training before being let to himself. The breakfast was nice and the dinning area nice in the top floor loft. The location was a 3 minute walk to St. Marks Square after you figured the path.

In einer sehr zentralen Lage erreicht man über ein wunderschönes Treppenhaus die Rezeption mit sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer war „italienisch“ und sehr schön. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Stayed with them for 3 nights. The lift was down when I was there by both my check in staff and check out staff helped me with my bags to get down while I have a nerve injury in my arm travelling solo. The breakfast staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean.

Staff rather cold and not particularly helpful, but hotel is very clean and well appointed. Typical 3-star. Room very spacious but bathroom tiny, no shelf to place your toiletries anywhere. Attractive and functional. View of brick wall. Close to Piazza San Marco. Many dining options nearby. Warning to the mobility-impaired: even though there is a lift (elevator) there are many steps to and from it.

Staff housekeeping mostly consisted of Filipinos which is why they are very clean. However, the room we got was a bit dusty and feels stuffy. The shower door is broken but we didn’t complain so our fault 😅. The were accommodating to our requests (extra blankets). Although the manager did tell us that housekeeping ends at 2pm. You can leave your luggage even after check out to stroll around the area. There is also a convenience store beside the hotel which is great. You can also see a gondola service right as you walk out the doors. Breakfast was good as well (mostly breads). Overall, the hotel is quite good for its price.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Vom Markusplatz sind es nur 5 Minuten bis dort hin. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Preis-Leistungverhältis sehr gut.

Ganz schlimmes Hotel. Bad sowas von klein dass wenn man auf Klo Sitzt und sich abwischen möchte musst unter der Dusche. Zimmer sehr sehr dunkel, und ein versifteter Teppischboden. Ekelhaft. Für den Preis und doch zu teuer. Duschtüren kaputt Bad sofort überflutet

The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to water buses and tons of great restaurants right outside the door. The room itself could definitely use a refresh, but you don’t go to Venice to stay in your hotel room. Would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, all 3 that we encountered. Great problem solvers. The item I would change is the room mattresses. Half of our party liked them and half did not. Very firm.

This property was okay and clean, but it is not a 4 star property. The furniture was very dated, lots of mis-matched furniture in bedroom, bathroom had a large crack in the sink, but shower was nice. We asked for 2 twin beds, they just took out the middle piece that made it a king. The room was very spacious and the area to shops and attractions was great.

Location is superb, so easy to get to all main attractions. Our room was really spacious, beds were comfortable and shower was good. The reception desk were helpful on check in. Breakfast was a nice selection. Would recommend

Great place to stay in the center of Venice. Easy to get to from the vaporetto and convenient to the main tourist attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. We would stay here again.

The hotel was quirky, but very much in tune with what was expected in Venice. It was on a canal, so was a bit noisy with people yelling right outside on the water and across from the other buildings during times to sleep. The desk was not manned often and it was a bit confusing for checking in and out.The breakfast provided was very basic. The location was ideal.

One of the biggest problems is the facility is listed as having an elevator, this is true for the upper floors but not the first above ground level, approximately 12 -14 stairs, could be a deal breaker for many and you would not know till you got there. Also the second night a crazy person was out in the street at 3am for about an hour, throwing things, yelling, hitting walls and buildings with a metal pipe. Screaming and yelling at anyone going by. Told manager the next morning and he said other had told the night clerk and he failed to call police. The night manager was a very young kid but kind person, he is the same one that remade the bed, he was very nice but needed much more training before being let to himself. The breakfast was nice and the dinning area nice in the top floor loft. The location was a 3 minute walk to St. Marks Square after you figured the path.

O quarto é espaçoso e muito bem localizado. Só com o aspecto bastante velho as paredes mofadas. O café da manhã bastante simples e o destaque vai para a funcionária que parece odiar atender. Nunca estava no ambiente e tínhamos que esperar ela chegar para pedir o café. Se não gosta de servir, uma simples garrafa de café no buffet já resolveria o problema dela.

Location and breakfast are the highlights. Service wasn’t great as we tried to find someone to answer some transportation questions and went to the reception desk 4 times in 2 hours but never found anyone. Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable.

Hotel is very close to St. Mark's Basilica, Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs and Rialto Bridge. Hotel staff are very helpful. I highly recommend ristorante Al Conte Pescaor (steak and seafood) and Ca' Dolfin (seafood). Go to the Academia Bridge in the afternoon to take beautiful photos of the Grand Canal.

Location, good price excellent service. Staff speaks English well and to help me figure out public transportation to my next destination as well as find different things around the city. That said, breakfast was underwhelmed and the beds are very firm. So if you’re not looking to eat in the city or need a soft bed, that may be something to consider. Overall incredible value and I’d definitely come here again!

This property has the perfect location for all things in the St. Mark’s Square area. Very quiet and safe. The front door is always locked and there is someone at either reception area on the first or fourth floors. We had a suite on the fourth floor. There is an elevator. Great breakfast! Good coffee! Only 19 rooms total.

The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to water buses and tons of great restaurants right outside the door. The room itself could definitely use a refresh, but you don’t go to Venice to stay in your hotel room. Would absolutely stay there again.

A lovely hotel within walking distance of St Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge and ferry service with great restaurants and shops around it. Quiet, excellent service and I would recommend it 100 %. A wonderful experience!

リアルト橋からスーツケースを引いて5.6分で無理なく歩けます。サンマルコ広場まで3分くらいで立地が非常に良い 隣にスーパーがあるのも良い 朝食の品数は多くはないけど美味しくて非常に満足しました。 またベネチアに来る機会があれば利用したいです

Absolutely delightful hotel in every way possible. The rooms were comfortable, pretty, spotlessly clean and the new TV meant that I could watch international news channels - not always possible in Italian hotels. The breakfast was lovely - a tray of delights including warm apricot croissants, cake, coffee, and the usual continental fare. The hotel manager was friendly, charming and happy to assist in any way he could. And the location couldn't be better! I would not hesitate to return!

My room was so clean and the front desk staff was very kind. The manager, Nicolas Vianello, was extremely nice and helpful with all my questions about finding the good restaurants and easy routes to the places. He made calls for me and he greeted his guests with his beautiful smiles. Therefore, I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel.
