We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. We were traveling with our adult children and had three rooms, two of which they allowed us to occupy early when we arrived early at 10:30. Great location. Close to everything, but just far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Being on a canal allowed the water taxis to pick up and drop off at the font door...a major bonus. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and reasonably updated (without losing the venetian feel). Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit.

Great location, only 5 minutes or so from St Marks square. Has a canal drop off if you come in/out by taxi. Drinks available in the courtyard. Staff really helpful for leaving bags and arranging a water taxi back to the airport. As everywhere in venice, really easy to get to anywhere.

This gorgeous property was in the heart of the downtown area. Close to everything, everywhere, but not right in front where the boats come in so it's a little quieter. Private water taxi is available to bring you to and from the property if needed. We stayed in the king suite with a canal view and it was amazing! 10/10 will stay here again!

We loved our stay. The staff were extraordinary, very helpful in making us feel comfortable in a brand new and very different city. Special shout out to Asst Manager Daniele Marzocchi. The breakfast room was lovely, with a nice selection of foods and a view of the canal dei Grecie.The lobby and courtyard where drinks are served is lovely, our room was large and beautifully furnished. It's in a great neighborhood, just a few minutes from St. Mark's but much quieter and hipper.

9/21に1泊しました。エグゼクティブカナルスイートはかなり広く、インテリアはクラシックなゴージャス感がありました。ホテル前の小運河や隣のレストランを見下ろしてベネチアらしい景色が見えました。エレベーターもあります。満室の様でしたが、夜部屋も静かでした。朝食はシンプル、でも外で食べても同じくらいの値段です。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれ、水上タクシーを時間指定で頼んでくれました。そして何より、私が最後の最後にレインコートを忘れてしまい、電車で気がついて連絡したら、すぐ対応してくれ、UPSで日本に送る手配をしてくれました。(もちろん有料、カード払いにて) さりげなく行き届いたホテルだと思います。

The staff was very kind and offered suggestions for bars and places to go. They set us up with a water taxi for a day trip to Murano and back to the airport. My only complaint would be that our room was rather warm with no way to cool it down besides opening a window. We were on the canal so it was rather noisy with the window open. Otherwise our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, the court yard was beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.

The stay in liassidi Palace Hotel is well located, pretty close to city attractions. This hotel needs an upgrade. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, me and my wife had problems to sleep in that bed. The shower door was in really bad shape, there was mold growing in the corner of the shower pan. The small fridge make a noise . Ac don't work properly or doesn't work . No hair dryer.

Not great! We love the location..our second visit to the hotel. The coffee maker had an old pod left in it! The shower door feel off and the shower holder upper was broken. We reported this at 7pm and were told a colleague would go up and fix it. This did not happen…so that same night we advised again and were to.d someone would be up at 8am. We arose at 7am and waited! It was fixed during the day as we did go out! We were not happy campers. We will stay there again..there were other issues but ….

Beautiful little hotel, very clean. Our room had an amazing view onto the canal. Very convenient, just a few minutes walk from St. Mark’s Sqare and water bus stations. We had a suite, it was very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, however not a great selection of fruit or veggies. Meat products served were all pork, and being that people from all over the world visit Venice, they should be more inclusive and offer chicken, beef or turkey cold cuts or sausages. If the breakfast is not included in the room, it is not worth spending 20 Euros pp for it. All in all we would stay again!

The front staff were quite disrespectful. The room they provided for us was also a mess. Light sockets and switches weren’t working. The blinds were broken and wouldn’t close. The fridge didn’t work. Their elevator was having a hard time. Until they fix a lot of things, I’d say save your money on this place.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit non pas dans l’hôtel mais dans son annexe, qui n’est pas rattachée directement à l’hôtel, mais sur la rive d’en face (style appartement). À nôtre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis et menés vers notre chambre au 1er étage. Chambre correcte avec literie confortable. Néanmoins, isolation phonique pas optimale, nous entendions le bois craquer à chaque pas de la personne du dessus. Ajoutons que les volets et rideaux n’occultent vraiment pas assez. Enfin, malgré une vue sur le canal assurée dans le descriptif de la chambre, les parasols perpétuellement ouvert du restaurant du dessous ne permettent pas d’en profiter pleinement.

What a wonderful stay. Our room had a balcony overlooking a canal, which was amazing. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The hotel was ideally suited for walking to shopping and eating. A water taxi picked us up right from the lobby! Will definitely stay here again.

When we first checked in they said our room was across the canal /bridge but they had a room available right there so we were able to check out each room and went with the convenience of the hotel one. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Estuve en un departamento en un edificio anexo, es a 2 calles de la recepción, muy moderno por dentro muy amplio y sobretodo muy limpio. Es el mejor lugar en Venecia, su ubicación está excelente y llegas en el taxi hasta la puerta del hotel, lo más valioso es la atención, súper amables!!!! Te dan recomendaciones y están atentos en todo momento Daniela y GianLuigi en recepción son lo más valioso del hotel!!!!
