We had our car with us, and the hotel was perfectly located for getting to and from the Garage San Marco. We loved the interior, it felt like authentic Venice. The breakfast was very good: good coffee, excellent pastries, and eggs made to order. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very nice and fits with the charm of Venice. A bit dated and no elevator lift, but beautiful in a classic way. Staff is exceptional and very helpful and nice.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Saint Lucia train station. We took the train to and from our cruise ship to get to Venice. It was a wonderful quaint hotel beautifully decorated. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was awesome. The only minor problem with the hotel was it took five flights of stairs to get to our room, the staff helped us with our luggage. We had to walk five flights and we’re not spring chickens anymore. If I was younger, I would stay there again but as I’m heading for my 70s I don’t think I could do it again.

Hotel is located on the high 3rd floor, 48 steps (no elevator). The room was clean, but the smallest i have ever see, 2 feet around queen size bed. No furniture, only one plastic stool as night stand. Breakfast was good. 10 min walk from train station, 8 min walk from bus plaza.

Super easy to get to (and easy to find!) from Marco Polo Airport by public transportation. We bought a 24-hr pass with the transfer from airport to Venezia (32 euros/pp) and made use of this pass. Hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the bus. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff at reception. He offered to help carry our heavy luggage up the steps; get ready to walk-- there are a LOT of stairs! Afterwards, he showed us our rooms (exactly as pictured!), and even suggested some places to visit that was close by. We only stayed for 1 day, and had to make it to our cruise ship departing from Ravenna the next morning (and the same staff even told us how to get to the ship transfer meet location "People Mover - Tronchetto Station"). We were able to use our existing 24-hr pass for that, as well as the city's Vaporetto (water taxi) to get around. -- Our room: we were 4 people (two couples)-- and booked the suite with 2 bathrooms. Room itself is very spacious, and has that Venetian charm. There are not that many plugs in the room, especially where the kettle is. Breakfast was fabulous!! You book a time in advance for the breakfast, so it doesn't get too crowded and you get a table. Didn't expect it to be that good. There were fresh viennoiseries, cheeses, bread, fruit.. Coffee and juices were scrumptuous. Great start to the day! My mom LOVED the croissants Would definitely stay here if we visit Venice in the future. Thank you!!

Two nights in Venice with family (a boy 12 yo). The Hotel is close to the train station, less than 10 minutes walking. Old characteristic style, clean and quiet. Great breakfast every morning. Plenty of restaurant in the area. The only downside are the steep stairs, if you have to bring one or several heavy luggages can be painful.

As others have said, the stairs are very steep! You’ll have to go up a couple short flights to get to the lobby, then another fairly short flight to your room. Having to take a dog out several times a day, it got old. I’m not sure we would have cared as much without a dog, but we never go into Venice with large suitcases. We recommend our guests bring a small suitcase or backpack for only what they require in Venice. The parking is not onsite as is stated, although very close. Maybe a 5-10 minute walk. It is also not €30. It’s 20% off with the hotel voucher, so when we went, it was €36/night. It’s my least favorite place to park, though. We were on the 8th (top floor) and the car was so parked in that my husband had to crawl in from the tailgate! All things considered, it’s not likely a place we would stay again. We prefer to be closer to San Marco Square.

Palazzo Odoni is a quaint hotel in an older building. The rooms are lovely and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the parking garages at Piazzale Roma. The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only negative thing was checking-in. The door was locked when we arrived with no clear instructions as to how to enter. Once inside the outer door, there is a door and a flight of stairs in front of you with no signs telling you where to go. I chose the door and found an employee who told me that reception was upstairs. We then had to carry our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs (66 steps) to our room. Having said that, the room and service we received was worth it.

Property is excellent in a perfect location to catch a train but not in the main drag of tourist. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely come back here it was perfect for our family of four. Staff was great and very helpful.

We stayed here for one night after coming back to Venice to fly home after spending some time in Croatia. I’d definitely recommend staying on this side of the station/bus terminal when staying in Venice. It was a lot quieter which was a nice change compared to the start of our trip when we stayed on the other side of the train station. Although it really depends on what you need access to. If you are only going from the airport to Venice & back, then this side of town will be ideal for wheeling your luggage around. However if you end up using the train station you might want to stay closer to the station like we did - just be prepared for more crowds. The accommodations at this hotel were quiet, spacious, clean & stylistically a beautiful representation of Venician, Italian flare. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious with a great staff to assist us. I’d definitely consider staying here again. Good walking distance to plentiful food options, felt very safe. Something to consider, there is no elevator & you will have to go up a flight of stairs to check in. But the staff was very helpful & offered assistance if we needed it.

We have travelled worldwide and never received such a warm welcome as when Antonio checked us in at the Palazzo Odoni. Our immaculate room far exceeded our expectations. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choice. Eggs were prepared to guest's preference. All the staff were amazing. Perfect hotel.

Truly recommend this hotel. We had a junior suite and it’s was really unique and beautiful with a own balcony. Stuff was friendly and the breakfast was so delicious. When we come back to Venice, this is our choice again for sure.

I loved my stay! Room was charming, cool and quiet. Check in was very friendly with a nice map with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was delicious-especially the cappuccino and fresh bread. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and helpful!!

Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff was nice enough, the breakfast was good. Cons: There was a ridiculous amount of stairs which we had no idea about. On the way back down, we would run into people struggling their way upstairs. Also the rooms were very lackluster and nothing like the pictures online. Felt a little duped by this.

Excellent stay at Palazzo Odoni! Very kind and helpful staff! Accommodations were lovely and we especially enjoyed the location! Nice quiet area, close to train station and Roma Piazelle which made it convenient. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

First of all, service is above and beyond for this property! One should not expect this all the time but we arrived a couple of hours earlier than our check in time but they let us have the room. Then the front desk guy (i apologize for not remembering the name) gave us the rundown of recommendation for our stay on the island; transportation, places to visit, restaurants to go to, transport to back to airport, etc. Our stay came with breakfast but we needed to leave for the airport before they opened the dining area. So what did they do for us? They packed our breakfast so we could enjoy them in the airport while we waited for our flight, and enjoyed them we did! They packed us fresh, warm, crispy with fluffy inside croissants (not frozen crap), juice packs, yogurts, and apples! The room was good size with charming decor, clean, and plenty of water pressure for the shower! A couple of small drawbacks; one is the stairs leading up to the hotel, but the hotel crew will be there to assist you hauling them up. Two, the exterior was being renovated during our stay, they had a bunch of scaffolding on the exterior. However, i don't doubt this will improve the curb appeal once they are done. Location is about 15 minutes walk from train station. If you are traveling with multiple luggages do yourself a favor and pay 20 euros for a porter. You don't have to use the them if you are going to or from the bus/taxi area. We are coming back to this property!

Super easy to get to (and easy to find!) from Marco Polo Airport by public transportation. We bought a 24-hr pass with the transfer from airport to Venezia (32 euros/pp) and made use of this pass. Hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the bus. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff at reception. He offered to help carry our heavy luggage up the steps; get ready to walk-- there are a LOT of stairs! Afterwards, he showed us our rooms (exactly as pictured!), and even suggested some places to visit that was close by. We only stayed for 1 day, and had to make it to our cruise ship departing from Ravenna the next morning (and the same staff even told us how to get to the ship transfer meet location "People Mover - Tronchetto Station"). We were able to use our existing 24-hr pass for that, as well as the city's Vaporetto (water taxi) to get around. -- Our room: we were 4 people (two couples)-- and booked the suite with 2 bathrooms. Room itself is very spacious, and has that Venetian charm. There are not that many plugs in the room, especially where the kettle is. Breakfast was fabulous!! You book a time in advance for the breakfast, so it doesn't get too crowded and you get a table. Didn't expect it to be that good. There were fresh viennoiseries, cheeses, bread, fruit.. Coffee and juices were scrumptuous. Great start to the day! My mom LOVED the croissants Would definitely stay here if we visit Venice in the future. Thank you!!

I loved my stay! Room was charming, cool and quiet. Check in was very friendly with a nice map with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was delicious-especially the cappuccino and fresh bread. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and helpful!!

Staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating. We needed a water taxi for our departure date and they arranged everything instead of us spending time doing it. We had to leave early before breakfast so they packed us a Togo bag. Breakfast is way above expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was up stairs which is all Venice and they are more than happy to carry bags for you. Love our stay there!!!!!!

This was my first time in Venice. The hotel amd the staff were amazing. Always friendly and helpful. I mainly interacted with Antonio. He was the nicest man and went out of his way to help us with any question we had. He even arranged for us to have a breakfat to go since we had to leave before the start of breakfast. I would return to this hotel everytime i got the chance to go to Venice.

We had our car with us, and the hotel was perfectly located for getting to and from the Garage San Marco. We loved the interior, it felt like authentic Venice. The breakfast was very good: good coffee, excellent pastries, and eggs made to order. Would definitely stay here again.

Op loopafstand van het trein- en busstation. Erg handig met koffers. Mooi statig gebouw. Niet echt modern maar wel helemaal in de sfeer van Venetië. Wij hadden een suite. Erg ruim met een grote bank en groot bed. Op loopafstand van alle bijzondere dingen. Maar wel in een relatief rustig deel van Venetië. Lekker eten en drinken was erg dichtbij. Ontbijt was ook prima! Aanrader dus.

We loved our stay at Palazzo Odoni. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and they even offered to make us a breakfast to go on a morning that we had to leave early for a tour. Highly recommend this location, which is close to train station and easily walkable to good restaurants, the sites, and good gelaterias!

Palazzo Odoni was an ideal location for our 2 weeks stay in Venezia. Stairs were NO problem at all for us. Room was large, bright, and quaintly Venetian- so lovely to hear the church bells every morning starting at 8 AM. Team of lovely staff, esp. Carmella - sweet, gentle lady in charge of breakfast. Freshly baked bread every morning - the aroma wafting through the palazzo. Eggs and other main items made to order. Individual plates of assorted meats; assorted cheeses, assorted fruits; cherry tomatoes with mozzarella cheese with fresh basil - tomatoes were the sweetest we’ve ever eaten anywhere. Cappuccino, cafe Americano, latte, hot chocolate, espresso all made to order and really delich. Breakfast room very pretty but small so you must choose a time on check-in to avoid overcrowding and that system works very well as long as you are not late or too early. We had no problems with this at all. Other staff were equally helpful, friendly, and very professional- Antonio, Justin, Errol, and Alberto. We did not use the water taxis at all - leisurely walking and finding our way down small alley ways which all of a sudden pop open into large centers with restaurants, shops, pharm, groceries (Coop, Conad, Despero) - groceries interesting to explore and buy your fruits and whatever else to store in room mini-fridge Pastry shops galore. We discovered one with exceptional freshly baked assorted pastries that the locals frequent. Cicchetti is a must - find local one away from tourists.

I loved my stay! Room was charming, cool and quiet. Check in was very friendly with a nice map with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was delicious-especially the cappuccino and fresh bread. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and helpful!!

This was my first time in Venice. The hotel amd the staff were amazing. Always friendly and helpful. I mainly interacted with Antonio. He was the nicest man and went out of his way to help us with any question we had. He even arranged for us to have a breakfat to go since we had to leave before the start of breakfast. I would return to this hotel everytime i got the chance to go to Venice.
