J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et tout s’est bien passé. Il est très bien situé près du pont rialto et de la place St Marc, les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. Il y a une salle de fitness au dernier étage avec une jolie vue.

Perfect location to explore Venice. Close to Rialto and St Marks Square. We had a 4th floor room with canal view. Facilities inc walk in wardrobe. A bit of luxury! Coffee shop on site but no bar/restaurant. Staff super helpful in recommending places to eat.

This hotel was elegant, the rooms were spacious and well maintained, breakfast was wonderful and the hotel has a well equipped gym, which is very unusual in Venice. The location is central to Marc’s Square and Water Buses. We couldn’t have been more pleased. This property is highly recommended to discerning travelers.

This is a modern, efficient hotel in a very old city. If you like comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, and a very affordable and tasty breakfast, this is the place for you. However, there is no terrace at the Palace Bonvecchiati, as was advertised, and that was a little disappointing. But you couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay for 2-nights.
This is a modern, efficient hotel in a very old city. If you like comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, and a very affordable and tasty breakfast, this is the place for you. However, there is no terrace at the Palace Bonvecchiati, as was advertised, and that was a little disappointing. But you couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay for 2-nights.

Location of this hotel was great. They have a back dock on the water and can take a private water taxi from here directly to the train or airport. Once at the hotel everything in Venice is within walking distance. Breakfast had lots of options and staff was very good, hotel rooms were spacious and clean.

This hotel is accessible by water taxi, however our taxi didn’t do this and we had to drag our luggage quite a ways to the hotel. Leaving was a breeze with the front desk scheduling a taxi to pick us up at the drive up for the water taxi.

The property advertises that it has a restaurant and bar. It does not. They belong to a sister property 5 mins away which is a complete lie and an important factor for someone. It is just barely a 4 star. Female front staff v friendly. But very uninformed when responding to questions. Overall I would not recommend it.

Great location. Hotel has very good breakfast. The Palace Bonvecchiati did not have a restaurant or bar. The Hotel Bovecchiati did. But the Palace is a couple of blocks away. The Palace doesn't face the canals. Our room faced the alley way and trash containers. This was a disappointment.

This hotel was ideal for our two night stay in Venice. The staff were lovely, accommodating, and very helpful. The location was ideal; 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and a 10 minute walk the other direction to Piazza San Marco, with a ton of restaurants, shops, canals and charm in between. The room we stayed in could use a bit of updating; the carpet was threadbare in spots and there were no USB outlets at all.

Great place to stay in Venice. Staff was super helpful, hotel is spotless clean and polished. It is located close to everything in the heart of Venice. To and from airport would recommend a water boat, which is not the far more expensive water taxi.

We enjoyed staying at this palace. The rooms are nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable. Huge bath tub and great water pressure. There is no shower curtain so the floor gets a good size puddle when taking a shower. First room we had was 112. It was noisy in the early morning when they take out the trash. Second room we had was 259 and it was much quieter in the morning but a little noisy with the people talking on the foot path. Breakfast was very good. The proximity to San Marcos square is great. Close but relatively easy walk.

The location, staff, room and breakfast was really good. If I have mention something is the shower/tub in my room with no curtains or door which made the bathroom floor all wet and the faucet to fill the tube I’m the middle and every time I stepped back I ended up hitting it. Other than that everything was really good. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Worst shower I have seen in a hotel. Pipe was bent and shower sprayed on the wall with no way to adjust. No shower curtain so it also sprayed all over the floor. Antique hairdryer that barely worked. Amazing view of the trash dump area. Good news was the room was only $400. 😳

Very good hotel, in convenient location. Staff pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room smaller than expected but adequate for the time actually spent at the hotel as out and about all day.

Hotel was good location. The only fault is the windows should be double glazed so that the garbage can noise is not disturbing you from 5am in the morning which made our sleep terrible afterwards. Did complain but rooms offered otherwise were smaller and stuffy so staying in original room. Service at front desk by young lady was excellent she showed us rooms before we decided to take. Locstion was excellent fir walking in Venice to major attractions restaurants and bars.

This was a good hotel experience in Venice. The location is ideal! It is within a five minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. We added the breakfast buffet. Good value. The air conditioning was sublime! We were there in late July with 100 degree temps! The rooms are a bit dated, but they are large. Our view was an alley. But, I would stay here again if I returned to Venice.

While the location and canal view were initially appealing, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the room we were assigned had a broken air conditioning unit that persisted throughout our stay. When we raised this issue with the concierge, we were advised to open the windows to allow fresh air in. However, not only did this fail to mitigate the heat, but it also led to an even more distressing problem: a mosquito infestation in our room. It is important to mention that we were not warned about the possibility of mosquitoes entering the room, nor were we offered any alternatives to address the odor. Additionally, the placement of the garbage pick-up area right outside our windows further exacerbated the experience. Tolles Hotel. Super Service, vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice, oder das Küchenpersonal. Alle total nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Und ein tolles Frühstück. Das Beste, was ich bis dato in Italien genießen durfte!!! Nicht nur Zwieback, Croissants und Plätzchen, sondern Rührei, Brötchen, frischer Obstsalat, Joghurts, Marmeladen, frisches Obst usw. Und ein super Kaffee! Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war nicht so prickelnd, da man direkt auf das nächste Haus in ca. 1,5 m Entfernung geschaut hat, aber so geht es den Einheimischen ja auch. Es ist halt alles etwas enger in Venedig! Nur leider viel zu viele Menschen!

The property was excellent but we got ripped by front desk staff because he said the only way to Trieste was by private driver. We spent 861.00 from Venice to Trieste to take our ship the next day. We found out after there was a train and a much lower rate to the ship from the airport.

Excellent service and location for our first visit to Venice. Be warned if you accept the free taxi trip to Murano you will be swept off on arrival to a factory glass making tour and hard sell on buying something, pretty expensive items too!

The perfect place to stay for your first trip to Venice! Brilliant location in the middle of the main attractions and among some great restaurants and bars. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back without any hesitation!

Une jolie attention pour mon anniversaire, une bouteille de Prosecco à notre retour de promenade dans notre chambre. L emplacement de l hôtel est très central donc pratique et étrangement au calme.

Location of this hotel was great. They have a back dock on the water and can take a private water taxi from here directly to the train or airport. Once at the hotel everything in Venice is within walking distance. Breakfast had lots of options and staff was very good, hotel rooms were spacious and clean.

Hotel was good location. The only fault is the windows should be double glazed so that the garbage can noise is not disturbing you from 5am in the morning which made our sleep terrible afterwards. Did complain but rooms offered otherwise were smaller and stuffy so staying in original room. Service at front desk by young lady was excellent she showed us rooms before we decided to take. Locstion was excellent fir walking in Venice to major attractions restaurants and bars.

Hotel was in good location for St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was good and went on until 11 am which was good as we had a couple of late nights. Room didn’t have a tea or coffee maker but on request we were supplied with a kettle and cups which was good. Overall staff very friendly and nicely modernised location. The room did not have a view but overall very nice.

Excellent location — close to many restaurants, shopping as well as the Grand Canal. Looked to us as one of the nicest hotels in that neighborhood. Very happy with the choice and would not hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.

Excelente el hotel y la ubicación!! En Venecia es difícil llegar a los hoteles, este esta muy facil de la estacion Rialto derecho a 3 minutos, muy recomendable!!

Great hotel, ideal location as inbetween st marks square and the rialto bridge. Lobby can smell a bit, i guess of the canals. Room was spacious, loved the addition of bath robes, slippers and toiletries along with the mini fridge stocked with water. Breakfast was ok, but not personally a fan of a continental and i didnt like the hot food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Be prepared to pay a lot for transfers. We arranged ours with the hotel and i got quoted €183, i assumed this was for the entire to and from journey but it wasnt until check out thay we found out it was one way so we needed to pay another €150 euros for a water taxi back to the airport, so overall the transfer cost more than the hotel and flgihts combined. Quotes online were cheaper so advise to book before you travel. Overall a lovely stay in a nice hotel. Be prepared to walk miles! Lovely time of the yesr to visit too.

Reachable by water tax is a big plus. Location is also close to St Marks. We were here in 2006 and the place was relatively new then. But the hotel has aged gracefully.
