Great location, within 5 minutes walk to train station. Clean, welcoming nice staff, breakfast was included, reasonable size room. Really appreciated the early check in as the room was available. There is no lift so if your room are in level 1 or 2, prepare for carrying your luggage 1 or two flights of stairs each around 17 steps. The front desk is manned till 2 pm. There are lots of noise’s from outside traveling to the rooms at night, from people outside till late hours say 12-1 (am). However you may just need to use ear plugs. Easy distance to Vaporreto. Good 30 minutes walk to st Marco.

Great stay for one night, easy to check in great location to stay with a 3 year old. No lift so a bit of walking up to the room but good sized rooms with AC. Very nice service.

A short walk to the train station and the grand canal but in a very quiet street - we heard no outside noise at all. Our room was on the top (3rd floor) and there is no lift, so be aware that you might need to climb stairs.The room was very well decorated, clean, air-conditioned and had an en-suite shower room. St. Mark's square is a very easy and enjoyable 30 min walk from the hotel or you can take the river bus from stop outside the train station. The hotel serves a basic but good breakfast and there is both inside and outside seating in a small courtyard. Had a great stay. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great - a few mins walk to the train station and lots of restaurant choices a short walk away. Breakfast was simple but very much appreciated and was replenished regularly - also there is a little outdoor seating area which was really nice. No elevator - we were on the 4th floor - good exercise :) The staff was fabulous - We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet and they held our luggage and even put it in our room for us. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was very nice and very convenient since it is only five minutes away walking from the main train station. The only problem there is no elevator and it can be difficult yo go the the rooms considering you have your baggage. However very nice stay and would go back again!

Cute little place, easy walk from the train. Checked in past 2pm with no issue, room was a decent size, bathroom was bigger than expected, everything was simple and clean. Staff was friendly and in the morning I had breakfast on the back patio which was lovely!

Very good cost/benefit . Very near to the train station , rooms have enough space and its worth the price compared to other hotels in Venice. Unfortunately they are with a AC problem in this summer but provided a fan to each room and theres a sign saying that. The reception works for not much time (from 9 till 14) but they provide a memo with all the information you need. Not advised for those with heavy bags because that are stairs to get to the room.

Excellent location a few minutes from the train station. It felt safe walking nearby even at night. The staff was delightful and helpful. Breakfast is simple and there is a cute patio area for sitting. Plus , there is a wonderful restaurant named Il Vagone within 100 feet that we can highly recommend (others agree, it gets 4.5 on Yelp).

A Hospedagem fica bem localizada, próximo a Estação Santa Lucia, cerca de 10 minutos caminhando com malas, ideal para quem viaja de trem pela Itália, como foi o nosso caso. A hospedagem não possue elevadores, e para acessar todos os quartos necessita subir escadas, o que dificulta um pouco a acessibilidade, para nós isso não foi um empecilho. O café da manhã, não possui tanta diversidade, mas dá para se alimentar bem. A limpeza do quartos e roupa de cama e banho foram excelentes. A rua da hospedagem possue vários restaurantes com preços muito bons e comida boa. Em linhas gerais a Hospedagem apresenta um bom custo×beneficio, recomendo para quem não tiver problemas com escadas.

This hotel is really close to Sta Lucia train station, actv dock & lots of restaurant around the area, hotel is very clean & cozy, bathroom is big, comfortable bed, big closet that fits luggages, nice staff, very friendly. I will definetly stay here again if i come back to venice.

There were some problems maintenance problems with the hot water, shower drain draining too slow and backing up. All were fixed while we were there. But should have been fixed prior to our arrival.

Really good property on a quiet street, convenient and close to the train/bus station. The staff was kind, and I appreciated they let me sneak into breakfast early so I could eat breakfast before my busy tour days. Only downside, which I was prepared for because it was the dead of summer in Venice, is the air conditioning wasn't working well. They provided fans in every room and did what they could. Would book again.

Hotel soweit ok aber unser Zimmer war nur zum Übernachten geeignet. Obersterer Stock, 2 Dachfenster, Seitenfenster mit Unterkante 1,7 m Kein Stuhl außer unnützem Schaukelstuhl. Bett und Bad iO.

We visited Venice in July. It was so hot and humidity outside. The property didn’t have a proper air conditioning. They said it is broken and they are trying to fix it. The room was ho. It was hot even with the given fan.

Very close to the train station and bus station. They allowed us to leave baggage before check in. Very friendly staff and courteous with request.

We had a wonderful stay here! From the second we walked through the door, the employees here were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were able to get us to our room earlier, as well as accommodate to the fact we had an early check out by leaving some breakfast in our room. Very thoughtful! Breakfast was abundant and delicious! We would definitely recommend staying here. Price to stay was affordable, too!

Had a great stay. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great - a few mins walk to the train station and lots of restaurant choices a short walk away. Breakfast was simple but very much appreciated and was replenished regularly - also there is a little outdoor seating area which was really nice. No elevator - we were on the 4th floor - good exercise :) The staff was fabulous - We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet and they held our luggage and even put it in our room for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location a few minutes from the train station. It felt safe walking nearby even at night. The staff was delightful and helpful. Breakfast is simple and there is a cute patio area for sitting. Plus , there is a wonderful restaurant named Il Vagone within 100 feet that we can highly recommend (others agree, it gets 4.5 on Yelp).

A short walk to the train station and the grand canal but in a very quiet street - we heard no outside noise at all. Our room was on the top (3rd floor) and there is no lift, so be aware that you might need to climb stairs.The room was very well decorated, clean, air-conditioned and had an en-suite shower room. St. Mark's square is a very easy and enjoyable 30 min walk from the hotel or you can take the river bus from stop outside the train station. The hotel serves a basic but good breakfast and there is both inside and outside seating in a small courtyard. The only issue is that the breakfast serving area is a little small and can easily become crowded if more than 2 people are trying to get breakfast at the same time. A small issue, the rest of the hotel is very recommended.

Cute little place, easy walk from the train. Checked in past 2pm with no issue, room was a decent size, bathroom was bigger than expected, everything was simple and clean. Staff was friendly and in the morning I had breakfast on the back patio which was lovely!

A Hospedagem fica bem localizada, próximo a Estação Santa Lucia, cerca de 10 minutos caminhando com malas, ideal para quem viaja de trem pela Itália, como foi o nosso caso. O café da manhã, não possui tanta diversidade, mas dá para se alimentar bem. A limpeza do quartos e roupa de cama e banho foram excelentes. A rua da hospedagem possue vários restaurantes com preços muito bons e comida boa. Em linhas gerais a Hospedagem apresenta um bom custo×beneficio, recomendo para quem não tiver problemas com escadas.
