The room was nice and clean did not see a bar the pool was dirty could not swim the staff was friendly and helpful other than that I enjoyed my stay

The picture is not how the hotel look, We arrived and drove around the property first to see people handing outside with clothes baskets and chairs in front of the door. We had already book on Hotel.com so we went to check in and they informed us the was no breakfast in the morning then we got the key and went to the room it was very bad smell of mildew and the walls was dirty the towels was dirty the lamp shades was filthy the sheets on the bed had stained (blood or semon on it

The property as a whole seemed to be struggling. No AC in the lobby, No breakfast. Furniture was in disrepair. There was writing on the walls in the room. It was rough. The lady who checked me in wasn't rude, but wasn't especially friendly either. She didn't offer any explanation for the condition of the lobby or the lack of breakfast the website offered.

First night we arrived about 7:30pm. Showed papers of our reservation for 2 rooms one Accessible and one not. She said I only had one room in my name.Went round and around for twenty five minutes. I paid with PayPal for two rooms. Showed her the copy again where the money was paid. Then she says Oh here it is . I said again one has to be handicapped for my sister and her husband .She hands me keys for two rooms By this time its about 8:30. pm. we where tired. Got to the rooms both regular. My sister has special needs. She ended up sleeping in her wheelchair that night And didn't let me know till the next morning. Because she knew I had driven from Fla to Al Only had 2 hour sleep. After put our stuff in our rooms 9:30pm. All night long people making noise with door slams,talking loud outside and loud music. Still not much sleep for me. Next morning Amanda showed us another room for my Sister. Which we could live with. Had To move my sisters things again. To other side of hotel not next to my room like we had requested. Housekeeping were to make her bed up while me were away. But didn't do the room as Amanda had put in notes to get it done. We visited family . Didn't get back to my rooms 1:30am Had to go to front desk. To see about getting some linens for the couch sleeper. Another 2hours now. When I go to my room key would not work Now back I go to front desk. She said someone had change me to a one night stay. . A LOT MORE BAD STUFF HAPPENED . But no more space.
