Housekeeping staff and lobby staff were all friendly, welcoming and kind. The property was nice with a complimentary breakfast and easy parking. The room was clean and so was the pool. It's close to downtown, the bay, the hospital and dining options. Pictures on the website are accurate. I'll stay here again.

The hotel room was cozy and very clean. We had lots of room and the staff checked on us to see if we needed anything.The pool isnt huge but we had lots of fun in it. The free breakfast was great and really good. They have little sitting areas outside with fans and nice furniture so you can relax and talk. They even have a washer and dryer on site. I definitely will be back we most definitely enjoyed our stay and the staff was so so nice. I think the guys name was Ivory that came to our room he made sure we have everything we needed.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away, close to home (we live in Gulf Breeze, FL) with a pool. Although the pool is small it was always clean. The free breakfast was out of this world. The stall was excellent EVERYONE went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We have already made reservations to come back.

Cute and quite place! Decent breakfast. Family of 4 (with 2 small children), stayed for 3 nights. Had plenty of room for all of our stuff including a travel size pack n play. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk up and down the upper balcony. Cute outside sitting areas as well. Water pressure for the shower was not exceptional but also not the worst I’ve experienced. Clean rooms and great room service. All hotel staff were super nice. They were renovating some rooms while we were there, but there was no construction noise that we noticed.

Liked the pergolas! The continental breakfast was nicely organized,beds were comfortable and overall a nice place for the money.Our family has stayed at a Key West before.We will definitely continue to seek out a Key West when the need arises!

The property was partly doing renovations. The section we stayed in including the lobby was fine. Our room had a sitting/smoking area with a fan and lights right outside our door. Very convenient since we had friends in the same hotel. Enjoyed breakfast each AM. We did miss having the convenience of sliding drawers to put clothes in, however, all was good!

Changed rooms because the first room smelled like pet urine. Second room smelled like smoke. The third room was better, but still had a a musty smell. We settled on the third room. Also, there are two outside smoking areas at each corner of the building. Those areas smell too. Previous ratings are greatly overstated. The only positive comment that I can make is the room was reasonably clean, but the smell trumps that!

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a quiet town at an affordable rate! The room was very clean , comfortable and perfect for our overnight stay! We got in really late but the staff was so friendly and made us feel at ease instantly. I highly recommend this hotel. ✨

Staff was great, and so was location The room however, was not up to par. Baseboards were very dirty, and so was the base around the tub. There was also some mold in the shower. Because of this, I would not stay there again.

Pros: Overall the room was mostly clean, spacious, upgraded, appears to have a nice breakfast, no signs of insects, and front desk staff was helpful and kins. Cons: The shade didnt fit well and the light from the outside shined theough into the room and also light from around the door. There were small black hairs all over bedsheets as if sheets were not changed. Lots of construction workers stay here. Do not recommend for female solo travelers.

The staff was kind. Our biggest complaint was that we quickly learned to not walk in the room barefoot because they arent mopping it and our feet were quickly filthy. The bed was well used and not so comfortable. It is an older facility but they are trying to make it nice.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was in a second floor room this visit. I was very impressed with the amount of lighting in the room. I also was surprised to see LVT flooring instead of carpet. That was definitely a great surprise. My husband said the bed was too hard but I disagree. I thought it was perfect.

Easy check in/out. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold offerings. Room 112 was recently updated and was very nice. Need to hire better painters the last painters in the bathroom got as much paint on the trim as the did on the walls.

Only complaint is the lights outside the window don’t turn off. We had to hang a blanket over the window to darken the room at night. But convenient location for downtown fairhope and the marina. Will stay again!

Great customer service! Property is clean and also offered a quality free hot breakfast which for a place of this size surprised us. We forgot an item in the room when we checked out and they immediately called us and set up shipping back to us. Would recommend!

I could not ask for anything more from my stay!! It was perfect. I stopped here for the night before traveling 8+ hours home and it was just me and my two babies. after checking in the front desk clerk noticed I was clearly struggling to get everything and carry my one year old as well, she came and grabbed a handful of my things and took it to my room without me even asking! She was truly a blessing! She was wonderful. So friendly and always smiled! I will get her name and I will make sure this place knows how much she was truly the sweetest. From check in to helping me, without me asking, getting my stuff to my room, she was excellent! Exactly what I needed for my single stay with two children under 3!

The staff was AMAZING at this property especially the cleaning staff, so polite and helpful. They made sure every morning I was all set and they were so friendly. Its hard to find a good hotel thats clean and has excellent customer service! Definitely can’t wait to go back when im in town again

It is the obvious the owner is passionate about running a quality motel. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast impressive. Great stay at a bargain price. The hotel feels like it is in the middle of a parking lot and is a distance from downtown, but this location likely helps keeps costs low. The location would not keep us away if we return to Fairhope. Thank you for a charming and comfortable stay.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and maintained. The free breakfast was sufficient with a lot of choices, including hot sausages, eggs, biscuits and bagals. My only complaint is that the entrance the hotel was difficult to find, especially at night.

I was considering staying at Hampton Inn when I noticed the great reviews for Key West Inn. As the rates were quite a bit lower, I crossed my fingers hoping that the reviews were accurate. Indeed, they were. Everything about this place is perfect. I also liked that it was conveniently located to shops, restaurants, beachfront parks, etc. I would go out of my way to stay again.

the hotel was located across the street from Thomas hospital and very convenient to visit a sick relative during our brief stay. the hotel staff was very friendlley and accomidating. Overall it was a good value and very convenient to local restaurants and attractions downtown.

This hotel is in the heart of everything. Once we checked in, we didn't need to move the car for anything. At least 3 or 4 great restaurants. My nail appointment was right next door. Even an awesome antique mall just an unbelievably great time. So relaxing

Surprisingly nice. I was a little skeptical when I booked it because it looked like a drive-up motel kind of place, but it's very clean and neat, in a good area of town, and the check-in clerk was super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable (NO CARPET, THANK GOODNESS...VINYL FLOORS IN THE ROOM), large TV, fridge & microwave. Also, the info on the booking site said it offers a free continental breakfast (which usually means some pre-packaged muffins) but this place offers a full hot breakfast! I really like this place.

We stayed 5 nights. The Inn is great our room was super clean and the Staff and desk folks are fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was included and was one of the best we have ever had. We will stay again when visiting the area. I would give it an extra star if I could Great place to stay!!👍

Everyone was very friendly. The room was so clean and smelled fresh. They had a nice breakfast, but the hot food was mostly gone by 9:00am. So, if you want breakfast, go early. 😊
