Stayed 3 nights

I just checked out from staying at red roof inn in hartselle Alabama. I am very unsatisfied with my stay. The room towels were always dirty and stained. The bedroom sheets didn't get changed even though we asked. Came back to the hotel room to water all over the floor from flooding because of rain leaking out through the ac unit. The front desk employee was rude and unapologetic. Claimed she didn’t know about my request to change the sheets, when she was the person I spoke with in the morning about the request. She told me to my face I did not ask. My boyfriend was with me for both conversations and saw me asking her. Bed sheets were stained as well and were upon arrival to the hotel which is why we asked for them to be changed. When I showed her pictures of the stained sheets she claimed the stain was on the mattress not the sheets. The stain was obviously on multiple layers of fabric. Customer service was 0/10. The room also smelled like pee and musky. It was disgusting. I am very unsatisfied.

Hotel advertised a swimming pool and a hot Buffett breakfast. Neither were available Our bedrooms smelled musky while the hallways smelled like old vomit. Our beds were stiff as a board and pillows too. Their coffee was terrible, would not recommend. However the 1 staff member was friendly
