Nice hotel room for an overnight stay on a roadtrip. No pool but I knew that when I booked it. The only issue was the breakfast staff was just sitting in the breakfast area drinking coffee and staring at my family while we got our breakfast. It was weird and uncomfortable!

this property is right off the interstate. lots of noise traffic. no swimming pool. appears to be an older building with limited frills. need hooks in bathroom for towels.

Check in was very nice, very friendly and prompt. Went up stairs for ice “fire door” on 2nd floor was stuck open due to uneven floor, major safety issue. Breakfast was ok, employees seemed too busy gossiping with each other to acknowledge me saying good morning. When I returned my hotel key, 2 different employees briefly stopped talking to look at me, then returned to their conversation without a word to me. Room only had 3 or 4 tissues in the box and toilet paper was almost empty without a back up roll. Lots of paper and plastic at breakfast, not eco-friendly.

Thankfully, we were on the first floor. The elevator was out of service; ice was on the second floor. This place was 10 stars compared to the last place we stayed. Overall very pleased with our room and the staff we encountered. It was a quiet stay and we got a good nights rest. The breakfast isn't anything exceptional, but 100 times better than no breakfast!

I was very pleased with the customer service. Both people I dealt with at the front desk were very polite. Breakfast was great as well!! The property was clean. The only issue I had was that the microwave in my room wasn't working, but I let the lady at the desk know at checkout for the next guests.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Gym was well air conditioned and had useful equipment. My only criticism is that the weight stack on the machine was missing plates. However, it was still usable. It also had disinfectant wipes available to wipe down equipment after using and a water bottle filler located just outside the gym.

The property is convenient to interstate and could be a good stay, our room was right above the entrance which had the smoking area beside it, not sure if that was why room was smelly, try and get a room on the back it would be better

Check in was easy & friendly. We arrived near midnight and thankfully we had 2 beds because one of them had dried blood on the cover sheet & the sheet appears to have been slept on as it looked dirty. We do not smoke nor have pets, however they warned us if we had either they would keep our security deposit. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, the entire 3rd floor reeked of marijuania. I went back down for ice & let the hostess know. (Different person than check in). She said “oh we will check it out.” It’s easy right off the ext of interstate but in turn the traffic is very noisy. Over all it served it’s purpose for the 7 hours we had to shower, sleep & eat. But I expected more with a 9.0 trip advisor score. Breakfast was good. The potatoes were great & my husband always loves when he can make a hot waffle.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pretty new for renovation. Only negative I would say is the televisions apparently in the entire building have a very specific sensor that you have to point the remote at. Not a problem at all, but it took a minute to figure out. Call front desk to see if it was the batteries and she explained the situation. Then I was able to tweak it a bit.anyway, overall really great value for the area. I would’ve paid at least $50 more to go across the street. And had the same room and experience.

Our first stay was just okay, we had a room on the lower floor, room was kinda of small & the toilet must have been made for midgets, it could not have been much more than a foot off the floor, very difficult for someone 6' 1" to navigate, if there is a next time, I will request a different room because there was a lot of noise in the hall & above us. One more item, the morning breakfast was Not Good at all, our return trip stay we went to IHOP.

Great hotel! You will not be disappointed. The hotel room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We will be back. We felt safe checking in late at night. You might have to park in the back, but you can get your key card at check in and then find a place to park and access a close locked door that is convenient with your key card. No problems. If you want a nice place to stay, this is it. The beds were comfortable too! Stay here.

Really clean. Older lady checked us in. A couple small children running behind counter, just being kids, but found it unprofessional and distracting. Seemed like grandma was babysitting. Google maps had us turning wrong way on exit, then it was hard to see entrance to get into hotel once we turned around.
