The hotel is older but has been totally updated. We always like parking by our room since we travel with a car load. The bed was comfortable, staff nice, the bathroom was small, but the room is large. The breakfast was good. We will make this a regular stop in the future.

I was charged a $100 deposit for a non-smoking room, which won't be returned for 5 business days. However, one of the comforters had a cigarette burn. The bathroom had hair strands on the walls, and mildew seeped out from the edges around the bathtub. The TV had no service. It's the worst hotel experience ever. I will never stay here again and recommend anyone contemplating staying at this Best Western Catalina location seriously refrain from doing so.

The room was very small. The lighting was terrible the bathroom light connected to a mirror above sink , could not use bathroom without lighting entire room up at night . Periodically throughout stay a smell of sewage would come through vent in bathroom .. Only two bath towels two wash cloth and one hand towel for room . The dispensing soaps in shower hardly worked . The traffic on Main Street made it hard to sleep . The continental breakfast was terrible . Over all it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and one of the most expensive . It was terrible

While staff was friendly and accommodating and most of the room was updated, the bathroom door was literally taped together and the beds advertised as 2 queens were definitely 2 full sized mattresses.

We had a problem with the air conditioner & were promptly moved into a different, convenient room; much appreciated. Breakfast was nice; enough variety & hot foods were warmed, cold kept cold. Everything else was decent. It’s close to family, too, so we will return.

Very clean, very good service, very affordable. No more than 5 minutes from the 2 places i was going. Restaurants with in walking distance. Will be using again when I go back in a few weeks.

The (big) street intersection close to the property is under construction so it is a mess, but the property was a solid place to spend the night while traveling. The grounds were nicer than most Best Westerns, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the manager was nice. We were not expecting anything fancy. It was a good value and we would stay there again.

More of a Motel feel, but was very clean, comfy bed, decent breakfast, and 55-65 inch tv in bedroom. Negative thing would be accessing the place from the busy road and having to do a U-turn to access.
