The hotel was exactly what we needed: a clean, comfortable room in a good location (near the interstate) that served breakfast and allowed pets. The pet fee was $15, very modest. There was a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House across the street but the continental breakfast served in the hotel was good. The bed was comfortable, parking spaces were plentiful. The representative at the front desk was very friendly. We are passing through again in a few days and will stay there...

Location was great. Hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. What I didn’t like was the loud tin noise coming from under the bed everytime I moved in the bed. The keys to the room gave a lot of issues. Sometimes it work ‘ sometimes it took numerous tries to work. Drain in the bathroom sink needs drank. The toilet had an extra loud flush noise. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there and I would stay there again.

After seeing an 8.6 rating I was very hopeful that this hotel would be 8.6 amazing. It was not. The hotel had a horrible odor when I walked in. The stairwell smelled like pickles. The room was very small, not like it was pictured. There was no jetted tub as described in the amenities. The ice machine and soda machines didn't work. It was a huge disappointment after seeing the other reviews. I defiantly would have chosen a different hotel if I would have known.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The chair needs replacing but didn't detract from our overall good experience. The staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was very good. The location was very good, right off of the interstate and had a number of restaurants adjacent to the property, including Cracker Barrel. Walmart was 5 minutes away. Plenty of parking. The area was quiet, and we slept great.

Good stop for traveling with truck and 5th wheel. Good parking. Room was basic. A/C was loud. Clicked loudly every time it kicked in. Breakfast was good but needed gravy to go with biscuits . A bit spendy for a quick over night nap but it did the job.

Really enjoyed the outside seating area around the pool and very down to earth business and very comfortable environment. I didn’t catch her name but the lady who checked me in was very pleasant and easy to talk to made the whole check in process easy and she makes you feel very welcome.

The receptionist at the front desk was very nice and efficient. She was the highlight of the stay. After driving 7 hours, we just wanted to crawl in bed and rest. When we pulled back the “clean” covers, we discovered what looked like body hairs. We were so grossed out that we would have left to stay somewhere else if there had been any availability nearby. The housekeeper did come to change both sets of bedding (double bed room). There was rust in the tub, missing tile from the vanity counter, cracks in the sink, and the entire room just felt unclean. We did not sleep well, and will not return.

I requested a non-smoking room. The second floor had obviously previously been a smoking floor. The lobby was nice, but as soon as I stepped off the elevator onto the 2nd floor, you could smell the stale cigarette smoke. Even the room smelled like it. Glad I brought air freshener and had a vent clip in my car. The comforter had cigarette burns on it, and the shower rod was broken and sloped to where the curtain only covered the middle of the shower. I won’t stay at this location again.

Plain and simple, this room literally stunk. Like a blend of powerful bleach cleaners and mildew with a touch of raw sewage. Within fifteen minutes, I had a headache and a burning throat. Another twenty minutes, and I was nauseous. My appetite is not back to normal two days later. My partner suffered similar symptoms.

Had to wait for receptionist at check-in. She finally came but was not overly friendly. Apparently, the housekeeper had a bad day. When we got to our room, the TV was on, which was odd but not a big deal. There was an empty cup in the refrigerator; again odd, but not a big deal. The bed was made and the room was clean, but there was no toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom, and shampoo/conditioner bottles had been opened and apparently used. In addition, the soap bar had been taken out of the wrapper and had been used. There was used soap in the tub. We did tell someone and they gave us towels, soap and other supplies, but no one apologized for the problems. Otherwise, the room was roomy and comfortable and is in a good location, near several restaurants.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly. It was mostly clean but so worn that our sheets and pillow cases had holes in them. Sleeping cool is nice, but the air was stuck on 54* cold. It was freezing. I’ll probably skip this one next time. For this amount, there is better.

I have stayed here numerous times. I have always stayed on thr 1st floor and the rooms were updated. This visit I was on the 2nd floor and the room was not updated as nicely as the 1st floor rooms. Some updates, bath still outdated.

An older motel, needs updating. Bathroom sink scratched in sink bowl. While brushing teeth the scratches looked like long hairs. Shower needs updating. Price should be cheaper until a remodel is done. For an overnight stay ok.

Almost spotless place (baseboards in the bathroom could use some attention). Only complaint about the room — the bed frame is a metal box that makes a sound like you are beating on the side of a huge, hollow metal container when you sit on the side of the bed. My breakfast bagel was stale. Coffee was weak.

We reserved a room and they put us in one where the fan on the heater was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv, let alone sleep. We asked for a different room, but they were full. We had to find someplace else at the end of a long day. Not happy.

Clean room, staff was nice and helpful. Bed was terrible, I had a backache for several days after stay. Also, the back entrance door worked after the first time. We always had to use the front door or prop the door open when we went out to car or for food.

The woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient when we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no coffee in the lobby prior to 0600. I would recommend this motel.

No person at front desk for over 15 minutes upon arrival. Came in eventually carrying large bags of food and wasn’t concerned one bit. Not friendly , very short , zero customer service skills combined with zero effort . The hotel itself was very adequate for a one other stay while traveling .

Convenient location, staff friendly. I actually left my wallet and extra pillows at location.Called the location , they found them, Drive 2-1/2 hours back and everything was there in a bag. Very trustworthy staff

Front desk person was pleasant, helpful and still enjoys doing her job after being employed there for 24 years. A rarity in this world. Property was clean and conveniently located just off I65. Close to several major restaurants with well lit parking area. Neighborhood appeared safe.

Surly checkin clerk acted like we were bothering her by checking in. Asked for an extra pillow. The answer was, "They are on backorder." She didn't know for how long. Half empty motel and absolutely no pillows to be had. Breakfast ok. Room ok. Property ok.

Crowd of drunk people blocking the exit, front desk workers had a conversation for about 10 minutes while we stood at the desk waiting to be checked in. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on, and they give you two pillows that would barely fit your head on them. The shower was head was hanging out of the wall. The entire hotel smelled like lemon cleaner and cigarettes. The “breakfast buffet” was empty by 7am, it opens at 6am. Outdated, not clean, not comfortable. Any good reviews you may see for this hotel are false.

Front desk person was pleasant, helpful and still enjoys doing her job after being employed there for 24 years. A rarity in this world. Property was clean and conveniently located just off I65. Close to several major restaurants with well lit parking area. Neighborhood appeared safe.

Nice one night stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great area convenient to restaurants and shopping. The continental breakfast was all gone by 7:30, but otherwise this is a nice hotel at a good price. We would stay again.

Though the property was clean, in a safe area and had a friendly staff, the amenities were lacking. Breakfast was less than expected, kitchen ran out of items, coffee was hit or miss and the hot need for certain instant breakfast cereals was warm at best. Lastly, given the properties location, one would think the property would maintain a pantry for guest to purchase items.

Almost spotless place (baseboards in the bathroom could use some attention). Only complaint about the room — the bed frame is a metal box that makes a sound like you are beating on the side of a huge, hollow metal container when you sit on the side of the bed. My breakfast bagel was stale. Coffee was weak.

Staff were friendly, quick with check-in, helpful. A little older building. Breakfast had a variety of foods, plentiful early. Vending machines got stuck, staff had no key to fix it.

Very hard bed. Pillows were mid. Clean room. No eggs or sausage at 8am. Quiet location considering close to the highway. Convenient location. Ice machine was in the hallway right outside our room dropping ice all night. Very noisy.

The room was clean enough. The room and hallways are just old and need refreshing. The lid on the toilet back was cracked. No tissues in the room, only the bathroom. The whole place looks and feels very tired and really needs an overhaul.

Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!

The mattress was set on a metal frame. I hit my knee on one of the brackets twice. The mattress was hard & the frame popped very loudly when I sat on the bed. The air conditioning was cold, though.
