Excellent stay, clean and spacious rooms… safe and quiet area outside of Montgomery… it was very inexpensive, and bonus is that dogs stay free and have lots of green space around for them! Highly recommend this older property that seems very well run by owners and staff

We aren't picky people, if a place is neat and clean we're usually good. Our problem was we reserved a king bed and only had a queen. (I measured). We're not small people, it makes a difference. Pillows were flat pancakes, and no ice available.

It was old but clean. No extras at all. I bar of soap at shower with shampoo & conditioner combo. Husband asked for my conditioner because of quality of combo. No coffee pot. Free breakfast so skimpy we opted to go out.

Pet friendly is not a good selling point when I have to listen to loud barking at 5 AM. Otherwise, awesome hotel visit. I will try once more, if dogs barking I will never schedule again.

The beds & room were comfortable, clean. The bath tub needs work. There is a mat inside the tub that needs to be redone. There were no amenities. No luggage rack, no hangers for the closet, no coffee pot. They came in while we were out and emptied the trashcans and replaced towels. Did not make beds. It was an okay place to stay but I will probably chose different hotel next time.

This room was nasty. Had not been cleaned in a while. Dirty walls and floors. Dust and items left from previous guests behind tv and dresser. Random balloon, sunflower seed and toilet paper wrapper on floors. Manager at front was completely unconcerned. I was afraid to sleep on the linens. Thankfully had a blanket with me that I slept on top of. Absolutely disgusting!!!

People outside our #218 room on balcony noisy and bawdy until 12 pm. We felt unsafe in our room. Bathroom floors dirty. All floors dirty. Signs of bugs and human excrement in floor. Undersheets stained. Top covers smelled unfresh. I took pictures of floors.

The room was a wreck and didn’t look like it was cleaned, as the room still smelled of pot smoke. Lastly, there was mold on the AC unit and in the shower… Horrible.

It was run down and some what dirty. Dust all over, dirty floor, and to top that off I had to ask for micro oven that was in working order. Then three quarters thru my stay the toilet stopped working. Will stay there again ? " A BIG NO".

Find somewhere else. The room was literally filthy and smelled of cigarettes and urine. We stopped really late at night and were too tired to move rooms or find another place. Also calling what was out in the morning “Breakfast” is a stretch.

This was such an awful place. They did not even attempt to clean these rooms. There was dirt all over the bathrooms. The bed sheets weren’t clean. I can’t even explain how bad it was. We just laid on top of the blankets and stayed until day break and left. If there would’ve been anywhere else to go we would’ve. We stayed there 5 yrs. Ago and it was completely different. I don’t know what the difference is but they need to change it back. Never again!!

Don’t go here!! My family and I were ready for bed and turned down the sheets to find they were not washed. In fact, there was left over food and grass from the previous people in one bed. The floors were dirty, there was use coffee pods left in the coffee maker, and some filth on the doorway to the bathroom. We called the front desk to ask for new bedsheets, and she said the cleaning lady had left, and took the key to linen closet with her, so there was nothing to do. I asked for another room, and she said there were none. I requested a refund because we were going to find another place, but because I bought through Expedia, she couldn’t refund. She expected my family to sleep in filth. My husband took pictures, and showed them to the front desk lady, and she then gave us another room, this time clean. Next morning, we went to the breakfast room, and the milk was spoiled sour, and the cream cheese packets that say “keep refrigerated” were left on the counter under a heat lamp. They were warm and gross smelling when we opened them. The bagels were hard and stale. When I tried telling the lady behind the desk (who was too busy to greet us because she was on her phone), she told me that they take them out in the morning, and refrigerate afterwards, even though the label states to keep refrigerated. They sat out for the remainder of our breakfast under the heat lamp, and milk didn’t get changed out because she went right back phone. Terrible service!! Extremely dirty!! Avoid!!

The room smelled like sewage. The hair dryer did not work. There was about 20 people being loud in the parking lot between 12 am and 2am. Car horns blowing doors slammi g and just loud voices laughing and yelling. The management said they told them to quiet down but they did not. I finally called the police myself. Will not book again!

I was locked out of my room from midnight until almost 5am because i couldn't get a room key made because there was noone there even answering the phone. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights 6 months in advance...Red Roof Inn called me on my cell phone and canceled my stay with them 2 hrs before I was to arrive. I live 5 hrs away so we were on the road. Since there was no vacancy in any other place in Prattville, they sent us to another hotel 1 exit away and it was the worst place I've ever stayed. It was filthy and broken down and surrounding area appeared to be unsafe. Will never book here again!

When I got to the hotel there was a sign saying they will be back in 10 minutes I needed to check in I waited for 30 minutes no one came. I called the hotel directly someone answer the phone. I asked for there anybody at the front desk they say they just left 5 minutes ago. I explained to them that's not true I've been waiting for 30 he came with an attitude I asked for two keys for my room he asked me before I do I need two keys I said because I want them he gave them to me he told me to get out and go to my room I explained to him that you don't speak to me in that manner he threatened to call the police on me for asking for room keys really. The room the life mold or something in the ceiling see picture below

The stay was not horrible for a budget hotel however if you are going to say the breakfast is included from 6a-9a and we go at 8:10 just to have a rude staff lady tell us she don't have time and we can go buy our own breakfast is really upsetting. if it were not for her we would rate this hotel; much higher... plenty of the Latina staff told us that she is always like that with employees and customers but nothing seems to be done about it.

The stay was not horrible for a budget hotel however if you are going to say the breakfast is included from 6a-9a and we go at 8:10 just to have a rude staff lady tell us she don't have time and we can go buy our own breakfast is really upsetting. if it were not for her we would rate this hotel; much higher... plenty of the Latina staff told us that she is always like that with employees and customers but nothing seems to be done about it.

I will not let my wife go outside by herself there. There is/were/was some sketchy people in the area/staying there and others. I walked my wife down to the car, and noticed another couple w/kids- wife look over @me and she nodded her head to me knowing I was watching out as was her husband for was for each other. IT felt unsafe.

Decent place to stay for the night. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Only thing that bothered me was they kept the lobby locked, even through breakfast hours. If nobody was at the front desk you didn’t get in. Not very friendly.

Clean room, no trash can, toilet didn’t flush properly. Cold coffee @7am continental breakfast . I was basically looking for a bed with a pillow after a long drive and Redroof fit the bill.

It was a decent hotel for a rally my co-workers and I attend. At first, the receptionist couldn’t find my booking but they did. Their breakfast consisted of you making your own waffle, bread for the small toaster. I was surprise they didn’t have more than apple juice.

in a really good location, right next to a gas station and many restaurants. Could have been cleaner the bed sheets were on the dirty/stained side. the waffles though were some of the worst I have ever tasted I think the mix might be watered down or something...otherwise it was a decent stay for just one night

The safety latch on the door was broken. The bathtub was nasty. There was extensive damage to the tub and the owners glues down a mat to try and cover the damage. We could still see the nasty brown streaks. There was hair from previous people in the sink, on the counter and in the tub. Breakfast was toast, English muffin and coffee. No fruit, juice or milk. The waffle maker was broken.

It was old but clean. No extras at all. I bar of soap at shower with shampoo & conditioner combo. Husband asked for my conditioner because of quality of combo. No coffee pot. Free breakfast so skimpy we opted to go out.

The stay was not horrible for a budget hotel however if you are going to say the breakfast is included from 6a-9a and we go at 8:10 just to have a rude staff lady tell us she don't have time and we can go buy our own breakfast is really upsetting. if it were not for her we would rate this hotel; much higher... plenty of the Latina staff told us that she is always like that with employees and customers but nothing seems to be done about it.

Again, the hotel was old and in need of some repairs.. there was some paint dripping on the inside bathroom door. As I was stepping into the shower, the shower floor had some soap scum on it and I slipped and cut my shin on something.. the place stunk from its old age..

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Fuzzy mold on the ceiling drunk men on the outside of our room stubbing around. Our curtains were falling apart. The doors and walls were covered in dirt. Beds were not made. All in all a disgusting place to stay. Not worth the money no matter what.
