Next to it is the hot tub, perfect for unwinding, as well as a lovely garden and a furnished porch where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or extend your evenings. Exterior stairs lead to the first floor, where a spacious terrace with beautiful mountain views awaits. The interior retains the charm of traditional Mallorcan architecture while combining it with comfortable, bright and functional rooms. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room equipped with a sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning. The dining area, which opens onto the kitchen, has a table, chairs and a bench. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and all the utensils needed to prepare your favourite dishes during your stay. A guest toilet completes this floor. The property also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. On the first floor, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom on this floor has a shower. A cot and high chair can also be provided for guests travelling with a baby. The house is ideally located for those wishing to discover the most authentic side of Mallorca. Campanet offers a peaceful atmosphere, with supermarkets, bars and local restaurants just a short walk away. Nearby, you can visit natural attractions such as the Campanet Caves or Ses Fonts Ufanes, and if you prefer to enjoy the sea, the coast is only a 20-minute drive away. The property is also very well located for visiting Alcúdia, Pollença and the impressive Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hot tub is available free of charge from 1 April to 31 October. From June to September, the water is kept at ambient temperature. In April, May and October, the hot tub will be heated, although the temperature will never exceed 30°C. To retain the heat, it is important to keep the hot tub covered with the thermal cover whenever it is not in use. For safety reasons and due to restrictions on the use of fire in the area during the months of greatest risk, the barbecue will be unavailable from June to October.
