This hotel is currently under construction! The front desk staff when checking in was super friendly and accommodating but the elevator was out of service, the fitness center and breakfast was also not being offered during our stay! Watch your reservation as we booked under the impression those amenities were available to us and included in our price. The hotel room itself was clean & comfortable!

Property was fine, convenient location. Being under construction meant the elevator and some hall areas were tattered and dusty.

It will be really nice... Will be. The Troy Inn and Suites or 'Hotel Indigio' as the invoices said, is under a huge renovation. The 4th floor is the only open floor for guests. There is one working elevator in the whole building for guests so we had to walk a ways to our room. There are no ice machines for guests. You have to venture down to the front desk and they will get it from the bar or kitchen. You have to figure everything out on your own because there is no information in the room. The wifi didn't work in our room. The room was really nice. The bathroom had a fancy toilet with all the features, but it didn't work. The staff were nice, but had no answer for any questions/issues other than that there's nothing they can do about the wifi and the ice machine was leaking... All of them? The pool area was temporarily closed, conveniently, like every other hotel feature. The price was good and they were pet friendly, but either be open for business with a full feature experience, or don't.

The Inn was nice enough especially for the price. The construction was making things a little off, would have liked to use the Hot tub but it was out of commission because of construction and I didn't have my own vehicle so the offer to go to lifetime fitness wasn't an option for me. Elevator was the only obvious dirty part and I'm assuming it was because of construction. Otherwise it was a great deal.

When we were checking in, we were told the hotel was under renovations. Pool was unavailable but did get a voucher for a visit to the local gym to use their pool. Somewhat disappointed that I did not know at the time of booking.

When booking this site we chose this property due to high ratings, hot tub, and requested and paid additional for breakfast. We arrived for prepaid, non-refundable booking to find the property under renovations with no pool, hot tub or breakfast. The staff was friendly and offered a pass to a local Lifetime fitness for pool etc at a different location and offered a five $ voucher for a specific restaurant toward breakfast at a different location. Neither worked for our planned trip. The property was visibly under construction and therefore not clean. The in room coffee maker was full of construction dust where the water goes. No discount for the conditions was offered. Definitely a case of false advertising. Not impressed.

Easy check in, room was nice and clean, pool was nice but cold. Otherwise a great stay.

Our first room was a little run down and the bed was full of hair. We got a room change and the second room was terrible, weird stains on all the furniture, random stuff splattered on the wall, and dirty towels. Only positive about this room was the bed only had three hairs in the sheets. Ivin at the front desk was great and that is the only reason I am giving this place a 2 overall. Other than that, the whole hotel was under construction, the construction started promptly at 8am, everything was a mess, and none of the amenities listed are available. They offered a pass to lifetime fitness near by, but be warned there is a chance lifetime fitness won’t accept the pass. Until they complete their renovations I would recommend staying anywhere else.

This hotel false advertises in pictures of a buffet breakfast available. Thank goodness there’s a Tim Horton’s down the street. No pool, the entire hotel is under renovation which apparently has been long ongoing. It says it’s an IHG property but that’s a stretch. My daughter was scared as the pillowcase had an old bloodstain on it. It was clean but she was terrified. The bathroom was nice . The bed had a very light comforter on it but it worked as the AC wasn’t super powerful. I couldn’t cancel and we definitely didn’t get a good deal. It was a nice area and extremely quiet.

The room was clean and I liked the setup. Parking was easy. Inside of the elevator looked a little rough but other than that I was pretty happy with my stay. Cleanliness being the highest of my priority. I was really happy that the room was so clean. It had even been vacuumed. 😃 I stay in hotels quite a bit and that's something that housekeepers are not doing anymore is vacuuming 😕

The entire hotel is currently under renovation, so there is ample noise in the morning and evenings. The bed wasn't super comfortable and the walls are very thin. I could hear several people in the adjoined rooms coughing and talking most of the night. The room was clean despite all of the construction going on above and around the room. The staff were super nice and accommodating. I personally wouldn't consider staying again until after all of the major renovations are completed.

Property is renovating so continental breakfast was not available. Some construction noises could be heard. No guide for the TV. Limited channels. Bathroom light blew out. Sheets not changed by housekeeping after the first night. Key didn't work the next day and had to get new ones.

The hotel is undergoing a complete remodel however this was not noted at the time of booking. Amenities were very limited and the rooms lacked simple conveniences like pen, paper, and a tv channel guide

Over all very good. The gentleman in the front is very helpful, pleasant personality, friendly, and eager yo help. The room is very clean and spacious.

I received an email from the Drury Inn stating I could get a discount of $20.00 using the promotion "Splash", I booked a room for 2 nights 1-27-25 with check out 1-29-25. When we arrived the name was Troy Inn and ICH. We went in and asked what happened to the Drury Inn and she said it was bought out. Asked if there was still a jacuzzi and she said no and there was no pool, happy hour, dinner or breakfast. Said there was a fitness center 2 1/2 miles away. We weren't going to drive to a strange place, undress in their locker room, go into the jacuzzi, then go back into the locker room to change back into our street clothes then get in a cold car, go back to the hotel where there was nothing to do. This was totally unacceptable. We gave back the room keys, said we were not staying and to cancel our reservation. I called M.C. and told them that this reservation was fraudulent and to cancel my card. They said my charges were $275.00 plus $100.00. My reservation with the Drury Inn was a total of $168.42. The $275.00 $100.00 was not what I agreed to in my email.

I have stayed at Troy Inn & Suites at least five times now. The first two times were before the remodeling and my stays were exceptional. Since remodeling began my stays have been mediocre at best. The most recent stay was the worst. First, due to the remodeling there is no breakfast, no gym on site, and no pool. Second, there was a "mechanical" burning smell on the elevator. Third, there was construction dust/debris in the hallway carpet. It's ridiculous how long this remodeling is taking! In addition to the inconveniences caused by the remode, I was given a room that had an adjoining room. I didn't notice until 11pm. Although staff was very accomodating and assigned me a new room it was still very inconvenient. The location is great, staff is great, but I just refuse to pay the going rate for a hotel stay and deal with all of that.

My first night at the property there were drunk guests outside my hotel door in the hallway being loud.I contacted front desk. Clerk said GM was on way to take care of it.2 and a half hours later. Asked for room change-none available. Asked for refund. General Manager Maher Bacall won't return messages, calls, or email. Thoroughly Disgusted.

The room looked like someone was in it prior to us getting there. We went to the lobby and no one was there. I emailed them and let them know we were leaving. I contacted expedia to get a refund. They told us know one at the hotel was answering the phone but they would get us a refund within. This hotel denied a refund. I did not even stay in the hotel...

While the staff was accommodating when you asked for help and many of them were quite friendly, personable, and talkative, quite often they lacked the professionalism I’m knowledgeable of from previous hotel front desk employment -no mention, let alone apologies in advance, of renovation construction noise/mess at check-in -asking me for my room number when seeking assistance at front desk; ALWAYS look at computer folio with guest’s last name to ensure their privacy/safety -just an overall apologetic tone for when amenities and/or facilities weren’t up to par, and there were quite a few…starting w/room door handle not properly functioning and therefore blocking me from entering my room at my 1am arrival. Yes, front desk personnel came and helped me to enter, but after having to traverse all the way back to the front desk from my distant room accompanied with an attitude like you’ve bothered him for assistance, like you were moronic for not figuring it out on your own, should NEVER be experienced from a guest. And when the head housekeeper mentions having problems w/the door on a previous occasion, it’s very disconcerting! A guest should never be assigned to a room that has not been properly serviced by maintenance staff for an essential feature! -staff should be continuously enhancing the facilities. Mainly I’m referring to litter laying about. A piece was obvious in the main hallway from main elevator to my room. Staff failed to pick it up after multiple passings

The staff was rude overall! Offered a late check in, but non English speaking housekeepers started knocking at 9:30am and continued until I left… EARLY! The hotel charged me CC because they said payment declined from Expedia’s CC. Charged my CC for the room without telling me. The disrespectful GM Matter raised his voice at me multiple times, and the front desk clerk repeatedly hung up the phones stating she was busy and they were understaffed! NEVER stay or book a room or suite there again unless you want a problem!

This hotel sits in the middle of a large parking lot in the curve of a freeway. It's surprisingly quiet and still has green space to walk a dog. It's not terribly walkable but does have shopping and restaurants quite close by. We were on a long road trip and spending time with local family. For our trip, this hotel was just what we needed.

The place was under construction, so at first I was put off by that. It also had an old, dated Las Vegas feel to the hotel...even a hint of a smoky smell at first, but eventually became blind to it. But after my first of 3 nights, the place really kinda grew on me. For being under construction, it was very quiet and calm. The staff (reception and housekeeping) was very friendly. Because it was under construction, it was not fully booked and there was ample parking, close to multiple entry points. The room itself was exceptionally clean and exceptionally large for the competitively low rate. It had a microwave and a fridge, a separate bedroom and living room...all I needed. Plenty toiletries: body wash, shampoo, conditioner. The bed was clean and rather comfortable; I slept quite well. Honestly, from the initial looks of it, I had low expectations, but was ultimately pleased with my stay. It's not luxury, but it was exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations for the price. I expect it will be really nice after renpvations are completed. It's also conveniently close to a wide range of restaurants from fast food, fast casual, and fine dining. Dont expect luxury for a low rate, but it offered good value for the money.

Easy to access from the highway, and close to a lot of great restaurants and stores in Troy!

Easy access to I-75.

Conveniently located near downtown but not in the heart of the congestion. Staff were very professional and cordial.

Please reach out to me…I did not stay at this location. I was under remodel and t paid 45 dollars upfront for breakfast and upon check was notified it was a grab and go. Will you please provide a refund?

Property advertised free breakfast but upon arrival found out that the property DIDN'T even have a restaurant. Wouldnt have booked this property if I had known that. It was a major inconvenience, The property offered nothing to offset the issue but Expedia took care of it. Thanks again to Expedia for handling a problem that the hotel should have handled.

Excellent and helpful staff! Rooms are comfortable and beautiful, almost elegant. Location is convenient. My only criticism—they use cheap coffee at breakfast. It’s a short step above dishwater.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The hot tub & pool area were good. They offered an evening meal and breakfast. We were happy with this as it was convenient in addition to being tasty. Would recommend this hotel to others.

I was unaware this property was about to undergo renovations so when we pulled up it looked a little spooky. Once we got inside, my opinion changed a bit. The lobby was clean, the staff was nice and the room was clean and comfy. There were also a lot of families there too…and the French toast sticks for breakfast were a plus! I would stay again, AFTER renovations are complete.
