I booked this hotel based on location and amenities. The lobby was very clean and well lit and the front desk employee was extremely pleasant. However, while were checking in, we were informed that the restaurant was closed temporarily which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor and everything was just dirty past the lobby. Elevator looked like it hadn’t been wiped down, hallway carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed ever. The room had peeling paint and dirty carpet. The bathroom had dust and maybe construction debris? All over the floor and the baseboards and behind the toilet was just gross. It just generally looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I booked this hotel for a 2 day stay for the convenience to the highway, the restaurant/bar and a balcony. The only saving grace was the location and the free breakfast.

We had to cancel our room because of a power outage. Normally hotels are where you stay during a power outage but there were no backup generators to accommodate the stay. There were several disgruntled patrons that were stuck in the lobby and two people almost were stuck in the elevator. The staff were very apologetic and accommodating. But they were left without options. And it was very sad to watch them try to turn a bad situation into something good when they were left on their own with a lack of clear direction or resources from their management team. I will never stay there again. I was in a jetted tub room and was not able to use it because of the power outage. The continental breakfast was my first red flag. Just waffles and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. I expected better but at least they fed us.

In the Room, carpet smelled like dirty socks, bath room is dilapidated, Smoke alarm continued to peep, upon close inspection its over 24 years old. They are to be replaced every 10 years. Not 25. Also the wrong battery was used. More than likely the source of the constant peeping. TV did not function, remote control did not work and the battery cover was missing. Restaurant is under construction, yet the website does not say so. It claims its open. In room fridge smelled as well, unsure the last time it was cleaned. Overall, its disgusting. Would not recommend this stay to anyone.

The most disgusting place we've ever stayed. The hallway carpets are dark with dirt. The lobby gives an elegant feel until you see where the rooms are located—outdated decor, spider webs in the rooms, and hair in the bathroom showers. And the " green" lighting makes the rooms so dark. The balcony was covered with cigarette butts. I would not recommend this to anyone outside of people who abuse substances. It was an extremely scary place to be in.

Our room was not vacuumed and there was brown stuff smeared in the bathroom. Friends had to change their room twice and both were dirty. Their balcony had a crack pipe and cigarette butts littered around. The entire hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. We did not even stay. Booked another room down the road which was way better.

I booked a room at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The room had two double beds and one of them was broken. When I sat on the bed the other end flew up in the air. I was not able to use the bed. The tub was disgustingly dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was also hair and dirt on the perimeter of the tub. We also had several bugs in the room and one crawling on the broken bed. When I called and complained, the front desk told me they had no other rooms available so they couldn’t even move us to a different room and there was no other staff there so they couldn’t attempt to come fix the bed but he would leave a note for the manager. I complained to the manager and was given a 50% credit and 15% off my next stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and highly recommend finding a different hotel if you are tempted to book because of the cheaper rates.

The breakfast consisted of nothing but make your own waffles or English muffins, nothing of substance, there wasn't even fruit, nothing hot. The room was dirty, there was hair everywhere on the floor, in the corners, even in the towels. The room didn't appear to have been vaccumed, or wiped down, there was something sticky on the table. The a/c wasn't working correctly and was making loud noises. You could hear the neighbors next door.

The hotel was not very clean. We arrived on Friday Valentine’s Day to flower petals on the floor, no big deal. On Sunday those petals were still there, so it was clear no one had vacuumed the hallways. The bathroom tub leaked in our room so it was a constant dripping. The bathroom door had to be lifted in order to shut. The other visitors were extremely loud, smoking weed, playing music loud, and letting their kids run in the hallways at 4am.

The lobby is beautiful and the desk staff is friendly. Check in was very easy and efficient. That is where the good ends unfortunately. The property is older an one can tell at one time this was a top tier hotel. However the rooms were not clean. I spent the first moments in the room cleaning cob webs and dealing with spiders. The carpet was in dire need of cleaning. I found an empty sterile water container used for intravenous needles on the floor next to the bed. The hallways were also in need of a good cleaning. The bathroom had the rements of previous lodgers BM still in the toilet and the bath tub facet constantly dripped. The hotel is older but there is nothing a good deep cleaning could not fix. Beds and furniture in the rooms appear newer, so simply a deep clean and the hotel would be much more appealing.

The cleanliness of the property was atrocious.. you walk Into the front lobby and are greeted with pristine floors and everything is shiny and sparkling. However, once we checked in an actually made it upstairs to the third floor the carpet was dirty, and everything smelled like stale cigarettes. We get into our room, and the bathtub had old soap scum, there was nail polish stains all over the floor and hair under the sink. Going into the sleeping area, the carpets were so dirty that my daughter's blanket ended up getting stained just by her sitting on it. There is food, crumbs and dirt particles beside the bed, against the wall, beside the night stand and under the chair. Outside on the foot-wide balcony, there was a pop bottle full of old cigarette butts and garbage everywhere. Inch thick layer of dust coated the tops mirrors and picture frames. The chair had unrecognizable stains all over it. The staff were super friendly and great to deal with but oh man the cleaning needs to have more attention. The beds were thankfully clean and comfortable and we didnt see any signs of bugs. Probably wont ever stay there again. For a Wyndham, I would have expected better.

Stayed in the jetted tub room. We didn't realize until check in there was no balcony which sucked. Room was clean but a little older looking. Our TV didn't work however since he didn't get back til late, we didn't bother.

stayed here for me and my boyfriends anniversary. didn’t get anything special since it was just a night thing but it was pretty basic room. just expected more of a balcony. this balcony was..not even a balcony. also they state this one was a newly renovated, but seemed like it was renovated about 10 years ago. staff was great tho!

The bed was awful! Had to check out early because could not sleep in the bed. Very uncomfortable! Also the little balcony was very dirty

Lighting in the rooms wasn’t the greatest. And you could hear every noise imaginable. Doors slamming at 2 in the morning. How ever the staff was very polite and respectful . They was able to get us an early check in. I would stay here again.

Room wasn’t ready by check in time told me it would be another few hours after it said it would be ready by 3pm , didn’t receive a phone call until 3 hours later that the room was ready , it is was absolutely disgusting, there was pee on the toilet seat hair in the bath tub , and jacuzzi was sticky and dirty and didn’t want to use it and sit in someone’s filth , there was also sticky stuff on the tables and hair pins scattered all over the floor , seem like all they did was slap some sheets and pillows on

Nice lobby, but carpeting in the hallways was extremely dirty. Staff is not friendly (with some exceptions). Breakfast needs protein choices. Some days dining area was clean and organized, others not so much. I requested cleaning for my room, but they showed the next day, after I reminded them. The second night and third I couldn't sleep due to my noisy neighbors making noise passed 3:00am. Not a good experience overall.

I cannot say enough about the staff. They were welcoming, pleasant and professional. I got the impression they are under new ownership. I only have a couple of suggestions. Please change your coffee. It was really bad. Also offer liquid creamer and larger cups with lids that we can take back to our room. My husband stayed there later that week. I told him its our new go to when we are in the area. He suggested you should have some background music pumped into the breakfast area. He said you could hear a pin drop.

We had a late arrival just after midnight and had a reservation. The check in was unreasonably long. The only positive was the bed was clean and comfortable. The sink was not properly cleaned from the last guest that was there as there was toothpaste on the perimeter of the sink. The sink also did not have hot water. I would wear socks or flipflops as the carpeted floor and bathroom floor appeared sticky. In the morning I planned to have a cup of coffee in the room and discovered that the coffee maker was missing the holder that the coffee pod sits in. Our overall stay was very disappointing.

I run a trucking company, so we are always booking last minute overnight stays for our drivers. We booked and paid on line for this hotel. Upon arrival at 2 am, the desk clerk demanded a cash deposit from our driver for incidentals. He refused to accept his credit card and thus our driver was forced to leave, find an ATM to get the cash, and then return. The desk clerk was extremely rude and we have never encountered a demand for a cash only deposit before.

Conveniently located near route 75. Lobby is nice and looks recently updated. First room we were given was cleaned but had previous backpacks left. This room was nice and had wood floors and was clean. The front desk was helpful and gave us a new room since it was unclear whether the people would come back despite being checked out. Hallways were decently clean but could have definitely used a vacuuming. The new room had a leaking bath tap that would not stop dripping and brown stains on the ceiling. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast is included which is nice. There was waffle iron, cereal (fruit loops and raisin bran only)+ milk, juice, sausage/egg/cheese in the fridge and yoplait yogurt. Ample parking in the front.

Check-in was quick, simple, and easy. People at the front desk are very helpful. Comfort was okay - you're getting what you're paying for. This place gets the job done. Breakfast was offered, but when I went to check it out, there was not much to be found. The juice machine was not working, the refrigerator appeared empty, and the waffle machine was down. Again, you are getting what you paid for. Overall - not bad. Thanks for the economical stay!

Overall it was a pleasant stay friendly staff there is a restaurant in the hotel ($15 hamburger $30 pork chops) but luckily there's plenty of places around to eat at. The Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired You're only choice was waffles(only one waffle machine so you had to wait in line for some time) and cereal coffee or juice.

Only had a unopenable view to a small smoking area outside the pool which was not really in view. And i saw reviews saying how good breakfast was. Very little offerings in a continental breakfast. Juice was warm. Syrup dispenser had almost no syrup. Waffle and microwavable breakfast sandwich only hot item. Price was reasonable, bed was comfortable. Guess thats all i needed.

The lobby was beautiful however the remainder of the hotel was outdated. My room had laminate flooring which I liked however it did not seem to be clean. The breakfast was probably the worst I’ve seen not much being offered and the table linens were very dirty. I realize that this may be expected when linens are being used however I was there shortly after breakfast started.

This hotel was decent for the price. The air freshener in the lobby is unbelievably strong and probably used to mask some of the not so pleasant smells from the rest of the building. As mentioned in other reviews, there was no hot water for over half of our stay which was an inconvenience. We dropped something and had to move the night stand & bed a bit to retrieve it. It was absolutely filthy behind them…condom wrapper, fake nail, so much dust, hair & crumbs! Other than that the room was clean. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall by a wire, the AC made a weird noise, the tub tap dripped constantly, breakfast choices were super limited and not very good. But for the price, the room was clean & comfortable & staff were very nice.

The flush in the toilet is very noisy. Everytime I flushed it’a noise is equal to train engine. Water in the sink was draining very slow. Breakfast is below average. I expected the scramble eggs and pancakes to be served, instead of frozen egg and sausage sandwiches. Fruit juice had too much sugars.

They still can do better I had ordered something from Walmart to be delivered to my room or left at the desk. Somehow the order.got delayed and I wouldn't be avaliable to recieve my order. I asked if they could have them forward it to my home but yhe said no we don't do that. So I informed the stafg member to have just take it back. They had no idea how to help me, I've done this at sevrrsl motels when something snags in transit, they would take my info to either forward my items or resend the item. I even told them id leave more than enough to cover postage but this placed just flat out said NO!!

The entrance was deceiving. It was clean and newly updated. As soon as I entered the hallway I knew we should have stayed somewhere else. We took the stairs because the elevator looked ancient. It was filled with cigarette/marijuana smell. Our room was dated but clean, the bathroom floor was sticky. All night long we smelled cigarette/marijuana smoke about every 20 minutes filling our room with stench, difficult to breathe. Other guests slammed doors until 4 am. I could hear a woman yelling until about 3:30am, I couldn’t tell if she was having a mental health crisis or if she was fighting with a guy. Our tv didn’t work so I couldn’t drown out the noise. I notified front desk through chat with no response. I told the front desk staff the next morning and he apologized but there was no effort to compensate our stay. He asked why we didn’t contact the front desk but I told him we were afraid to leave our room. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughters. We just wanted a good night sleep after a long day before driving home 4 hours away. I’ll never stay there again
