Excellent hotel with friendly staff, only 5 mins walk to Sanur beach. Ideal hotel prior to catching a ferry to Nusa Lembongan.

We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. We were told it was normal, that the sun heats up the pool. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it had to be a plumbing issue since the water was so warm even in the evening after an outing and the next morning at 6am, it was still warm! But that morning around 7-8am, I’d walk past another pool on the beach walk and stuck my hand in—- also warm. Imagine 85-88° days and looking forward to a cool pool at the hotel on your return—- not possible here. I personally don’t understand why if this normal, why hasn’t this been addressed? Why can’t they pump cold water into the pool? The worst part was upon leaving, I was told they would not return my remaining night instead of apologizing for an issue we’d complained about since day 1 and returning my money. It is quite selfish of this business to not inform guests of this potential issue and then also keep your money. We also had the issue of a smelly bathroom which emates from the toilet bowl due to plumbing. This issue was immediately addressed by them pouring a chemical down the toilet and cleaned. The room was cleaned daily, towels also changed daily and staff was nice besides.

Vi var her en nat inden afgang til Nusa Lembongan. Tog super godt imod os og værelset var fint, lille terrasse og lige ud til poolen. Dejlig seng og alt fungerede fint.

Nice place but unfortunately I had booked 2 weeks there but construction work was so noisy I had to leave after 2 days management was good and refunded my money be happy to go back there
