Veey clean and spacious king size room. Nice, simple breakfast included. Only 1 mile from the downtown strip. Clean pool and grilling area. Only complaint was the door to joining room was thin, and neighbors were coughing and talking clearly. Not in the hotel's control. Great place to stay for the cost. Nice dog-rest area too!

Obviously this is an older hotel, it was extremely well maintained and cleaned. I’ve paid much more for rooms and this by far exceeded any of those. The breakfast was nice also, waffles, cereal, juices, fresh coffee. Overall a very nice stay, only issue we had with anything is parking is very tight.

Room was exceptionally clean; service was freindly and helpful. I didnt eat breakfast, but the breakfast room was very clean and well organized. Parking was a little tight and difficult to maneuver in the parking lot. But overall, very nice hotel. I would stay again.

First time in Hot Springs and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was located near the main attractions so not too far of a drive from everything. Across the street there is an ice cream shop that serves food. Hotels front staff was very informative on things to do in Hot Springs. Breakfast in the morning was simple, good but filling and one less meal to worry about. The place was very clean and we were impressed based on other hotel experiences we have had. They have a pool but unfortunately we did not get to use. They have vending machines along with a laundry facility that costs $2.00 in quarters that we did use. Overall I would recommend staying and we would stay again.

The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near all the things in Hot Springs. The pool was refreshing and clean. The only complaint is the noise level from the nearby road and surrounding residences.

The parking lot could use some love, its slightly difficult to get a smaller car up the incline which butts up to their entrance doorway of the office. Due to the hill if someone was crossing you wouldnt see them in bwtween the cars lined up next to the small entry way. The walls are thin to these rooms as well so when someone has children in the next room thats all you hear over even the tv sadly.

Overall the property was fine and the room was clean on arrival. I checked out in the morning and everything was fine. When I got back home that evening, I noticed bed bug bites all over my legs. Please make sure to check your beds for bed bugs before handing the key to the customer. For this reason I give it 2 stars as it has caused me a great deal of discomfort for several days now.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable, but the bathtub was dirty. It had hairs and a pink residue that was possibly a bath bomb. There was also a tree roach in the folds of the shower curtain. But the oddest part of it was that when I went to the office and asked if I could get some bathroom cleaner, instead of an apology and an offer to come clean it, the lady at the desk just gave me the bathroom spray! I also was responsible for bringing it back.

This property had everything we needed. Rodeway's are usually very basic but this had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was very clean. It was much cleaner than the upscale hotel that family stayed at while visiting. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Hot Springs. Great place!

It was an older property but fully renovated. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. However, the bathroom smelled like urine. Very, very strong urine. Maybe the wax ring on the commode is deteriorated and that was were the smell was coming from? I don't know, but the smell was bad

I found everything from the laundry room to the pool to the room to be spotless. Very impressive. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The owners are on site and are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in the area.

This hotel is no frills but clean and you can tell its been remodeled. The service was great but on the downside, our neighbors were very loud and you can hear through the walls easily. Also, the mattress was very firm. Some people like this but i prefer something a bit softer

Air-condition was in energy saving mode. It turned off and on automatically. The thermostat was not user friendly. Overall the place is good, safe. The front desk employee was very friendly and she will help you if you need recommendation of places to visit.

disappointed relative to some pretty glowing reviews. unreliable climate control in our room. nearly worthless wifi, which despite being listed as an amenity, was not suitable for my wife to submit some work in the evening, or for my daughter to do schoolwork on a student app.

Real nice host and service. Rooms a good size and nice and clean. Only problem is the paper thin walls, sounds like the neighbours are in your room. It made for not much sleep. Breakfast was fine, coffee a bit thin. Angel’s Italian restaurant in town had a very good Chicken Alfredo.

WiFi was horrible. You can’t hook up to it or connect the tv to the WiFi. You can forget about watching any streaming service that needs WiFi. Hopefully you’re not on a business trip & need access to the internet.

Check-in was very pleasant! The nice lady working the desk was super friendly, and helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Room was just as depicted in photos; basics but very comfortable and clean. Price was very reasonable for the area! Great experience!!

The hotel itself is one of the cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed in; and I've stayed in many, but the grumpy old lady, in the front office, with the VERY heavy accent, was one of the rudest hotel staff that I've ever come across. She would raise her shoulders high, close her eyes, tilt her head back, and sigh sharply in an exasperated manner, like a 12 yr old child, everytime we asked her to repeat herself (her accent is very heavy and difficult to understand.) It was one of the most childish displays by an adult that I've ever seen; or her muttering under her breath in her own language because my husband wanted to use the bathroom in the lobby and she had to come around the counter and unlock it. Just because of her, I would not stay again. No proteins offered at breakfast. Try the little hamburger stand across the road. It's great.

Hotel is not in a nice part of time. Arrived at the hotel at 8pm, booked at noon, and they said they could not find our reservation, then said they were overbooked. Myself and the person in front of me were just out of luck. Also said they could not refund us the room price, that we had to contact Travelocity. I couldn’t cancel my booking online, so had to call Travelocity. I had to go through the long automated system then sit on hold while the representative called the hotel to confirm the fault being theirs before being able to get a refund. Travelocity offered no discount or credit toward my new (more expensive) booking for my trouble. With the 30 mins my husband stood in line at the first hotel, booking a second hotel, and 33 mins on the phone with customer service, it was over an hour long ordeal at 8 at night after a 7 hour drive.

Receptionist gave very detailed directions for navigating around Hot Springs and gave recommendations for areas to see. Super friendly! The stay included a nice breakfast with convenient hours every morning. Clean, safe and affordable place to stay!

I believe it was Carol who checked me in and let me just say that she knows how to provide excellent hospitality. It was like having a personal concierage giving me ideas of where to go and what to do. She assured me they don't put up with any riff raff, that it was safe there as well. The rooms look like they were recently paid and the furniture was new. It was squeaky clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We needed to stay an hour later than checkout and they were super nice and helpful about it and it was no problem. Room was very clean and comfortable. This is an older motel. The room was in excellent condition for its age. It was very clean. The area didn’t feel safe. There was an abandoned vehicle with flat tires and a window knocked out sitting right in front of our room. Someone came in the evening and tried to get it going but wasn’t successful. It was still there in the morning. It was noisy until about midnight. Breakfast was standard Choice Hotels fare.

I stayed here two nights while visiting the area for the first time. Looks like the rooms have been renovated in recent years. It's your typical no-frills lodging of decent quality. The biggest drawback is the location. It's on the east edge of town and there's not much of anything over here. In particular, most of the restaurants are at the south end of town.

it was a great location, and the lady at check-in was very kind and knowledgeable. we have season passes to magic springs and plan to stay here on future trips because of the cleanliness and convenience of magic springs as well as downtown.

We loved this little hotel. The property was excellent for the price and was well kept. The staff was exceptional and the very helpful. They even pointed us to free tickets to an attraction. The hotel is in a prime location located near downtown Hot Springs where we could easily get to the center of town for all the fun!

Had a great stay here. Front desk staff was very helpful during check-in and gave us excellent suggestions on how to best explore the town and the National Park. The room we stayed in was updated and met our expectations. The motel was 80% full when we stayed but it was quiet. Free basic breakfast in the morning.

Enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable hotel. Check in and staff were very friendly. Eco-friendly with cleaning room only if you requested it. And a nice refreshing pool on site. Being a vegetarian and gluten-free there were no real options for breakfast they provided.

Was good for a short stay. Bed was comfortable but pillows were mush. Breakfast was just a waffle machine and cereal so nothing to rave about. Overall a decent place to stay

The staff was friendly and it was clean enough. The shampoo was empty, which you wouldn't notice until you're in the shower since it's attached to the wall. It would have been nice to have had protein available for breakfast. Overall, though, it was an ok place to spend the night.

Main issue with our stay was the staff. I went to try and get extra towels was rudely told that I had to bring in my dirty ones. It would have been more convenient to be told this at check-in so I didn't have to make an unnecessary trip back to my room. Ran out of toilet paper and was rudely asked "Do you not have any in your room. The lady working the front in the evening discovered I was a smoker and told me "You didn't tell me you were a smoker I would have put you in a different room. She never asked me if I was a smoker and I wasn't aware someone who smokes outside has to disclose that. When I told her I was respectful and would not be smoking near the building. Staff could definitely use some training in customer service.

Pros: quiet rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, helpful staff, clean pool, reasonable breakfast, excellent location, updated interiors, fridge, microwave Cons: the towels were thin and didn't look clean, only one trash can, bathroom was hot because it needs air from the AC across the room, no tissues, AC isn't on when you first get into the room We've stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms, and it was fine.
