Candlewood Suites Hot Springs by IHG

Great first visit, this time the bed had a ver low spot, and the internet on the tv did not work, so no streaming. The front desk tried to help, but to ko avail. When I pay $170 a night for a room, I should not deal with these

Everything was okay , but my pillow cases were covered with some kind of blue ink or some ink marks on two of the pillows. It also was some stain on the curtains. Other than that it was good.

This hotel was very clean, staff were very upbeat and friendly, and location was perfect for us. We stayed 2 nights. We had a kitchenette. Full fridge, stovetop, microwave above stove, toaster, blender, coffee pot, dishes, and utensils. It’s an extended stay hotel so it was furnished with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we visit Hot Springs!

Just very nice place well nice rooms

Very welcoming to pets, Very clean, and incredible staff made our stay everything we wanted. The only thing that could've made it better would’ve been a pool. Amazing place to stay definitely will come back if in the area.
