GetAways at Havasu Dunes Resort

LOVED staying at WorldMark Havasu Dunes! My family of 5 went for 2 nights and stayed in the 2 bedroom. I was very impressed with the property and amenities. It was like our own private condo very nice set up each bedroom had closing doors and a proper set up. 2 baths was great and the pull out sofa in the living room was also comfy and convenient. The full kitchen was very handy as well. Our outdoor patio had corn hole to play and further up the path there was a little mini golf set up. Very fun if it’s not too hot out. The pool/jacuzzi/bbq area was also nice. Front desk reception was very sweet super informative and very attentive to anything we needed or asked for. Each room had a car port under it with shade and very easy access to the car. Location is amazing couple minutes to the lake and London bridge. We will definitely be back.

Great stay, easy Uber to town for dinner & drinks, and awesome to have kitchenette for breakfast & lunch. Views of dunes was nice to sit and watch sunset colors at outside table & chairs, bedroom at back so not too noisy with traffic noise. Also, short drive to Sara park to hike crack canyon. Hot tub was very close & perfect for cool desert night!

Check in was great and stay was also great pools and saunas were all wonderful just what we wanyed

We had 2 body washes and no shampoo in the shower , not realizing until I was wet and couldn’t go get a shampoo. Loved the sunset! Very close to everything Lake Havasu has to offer. Pool and hot tub were excellent, but on the last day , only 2 jets in hot tube were working? A putting green , a free laundry, and free parking are great. A little road traffic noise, but didn’t disrupt our sleep. We are hoping to book for a longer stay next year! Great place to get away from the frigid northern Climate. Staff is so helpful and courteous.

The place was nice. Only small concerns was wasn’t aware that there were no onsite parking if you had a trailer. They did provide offsite parking but that meant every day I had to connect the trailer and then reconnect it when I got out of the water. As far as cleanliness, all was great except the floors were a little dirty. If you got out of the shower and didn’t have shoes on, your feet were black in a short amount of time.

Staff were very nice and professional. Property was very nice, clean and updated. We enjoyed the pool area as well and even did some bbqing on there nice clean bbq’s. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit out.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. Rooms were clean, attractive and well appointed. King bed was very comfortable. Property was not directly on the lake so needed to drive to beaches, restaurants etc. Pool was small and unshaded basically rendering it useless in 110+ temps. Would recommend a stay but not during the summer months.

The place was only about 1/3 full, yet they put us in front of a broken pool and hot tub with the pavement all torn up. Not the view I was hoping for. Also, the garbage disposal was broken.

Cozy unit and loved the covered parking!!! In the desert heat, it felt like a luxury to have a cooler car.

Its a hit every single time we go. I am very particular, i go into a rental/resort and clean top to bottom before i even sit my bag down. This place makes sure every room is spotless. I travel tons, this place is one of two places i ever come in and relax immediately. Staff is great too!!

The bungalows were very clean and neat. There was parking near my room. Front desk was very helpful

Great location! Loved the front balcony! Unit was clean. Carpet in the bedroom needed to be replaced and had an odor. Refrigerator was freezing the food. We would definitely stay again, just a few minor suggestions!

Our first stay, and it was very positive. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The property and the room were clean and well maintained. We had a view of the lake, and a short drive to get into town/shops/restaurants. It was a great value for the price.

The exterior and grounds are nice, our room seemed clean, and had the advertised amenities but was very bare bones and plain. Parking is very tight, but that wasn't a problem. The major disappointments that would keep me from ever returning are these: The awful, intolerable smell in our unit. I think it is some kind of heavy cleaner and I don't know if they were trying to cover another smell, but it was incredibly potent and was impossible to ignore. It kept me up at night. We flew home yesterday and it has penitrated all my belongings so now I have to wash even the clothes I didn't wear, and my toiletry bags etc. I hope it dissipates from my suitcase because I can't stand it. We were given an accessible unit which we did not choose when we selected our room. I would have probably passed on this hotel had I known that was the only option. The shower didn't have a proper shower head, only a handheld which had insufficient flow and was too low to stand under and hard to attach at an angle usable while hands free. The unit should have both a handheld option and a regular head if able-bodied people are to be placed in there. Our door latch didn't work properly and had to be wiggled, jiggled and rattled and eventually would unlock. It was stressful to deal with every time we wanted to come in. Staff said you just have to finagle it, but it really needs repaired, and from what we gathered, our unit wasn't the only one with the issue.

I have stayed there many times. The main floors were very dirty. the unit was mainly picked up and clean. I will continue to stay there.

Room was dirty and they wouldn’t do snoring about it until two days later

Property and staff were great. Nice and clean. We wanted a view of the lake which was great but the highway was very noisy!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool, even though the temperature was quite warm. Room and bed was very nice and comfortable. The biggest problem during our stay was the lack of Internet connection. I wasn’t able to sign, after following the instructions. We stayed 2 weekends in a row and the internet wasn’t available either time.

Half kitchen was more like 1/4 kitchen. No counter are. Unusable. Mini fridge was si,e of a toaster. Small bathroom/toilet area.

Quality’s property and great value. Stay frequently! Only challenge area is a weak Wi-Fi bandwidth.

Excellent location in Havasu. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. We stayed in the 1 bedroom room that had a full kitchen. We will def stay here again on our future visits. The one bedroom suites have two personal parking stalls underneath the unit but beware of driving a big vehicle as it is two single stalls with a column in the middle so it would be rather tough to get a big truck/vehicle in there. Thankfully I decided to drive my midsize SUV.

Well, it's clean and bed is very comfy. Bathroom nicely updated. Kitchen and LR kinda dated though.

This was a nice place to stay but the room I booked (King 1 bedroom) thru Expedia ended up not being available (even though Expedia took the reservation and full payment in advance). The property called me to tell.me the room i reserved wasnt available so they moved me to a Queen 1 bedroom. When i asked about getting a refund for the price difference, since the room they gave me was less expensive than the one i was given and they said i had to talk to Expedia aboit that. I contacted Expedia and was told they were working on it and would contact me after they heard back from the property but as of today, I still havent heard anything. The room was clean but the bedroom was very small so therefore cramped and barely any room to move around the room, especially when a 2nd person was also in the bedroom. I requested a room with a river view and while this was nice, the busy road between the property and the river was very distracting as the constant road noise from cars at high speeds made it far from relaxing and peaceful. It was very noisy all day and night! There was a sofa in the room but it wasnt comfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes due to its style. We ended up watching tv from bed instead of the living room so we could be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with items to prepare easy meals if we wanted to (pots, pans, spices, dishes, dish soap, coffee, etc...)

My only complaints are the wi-fi and the bed was soft and lumpy. We never had a problem streaming from our phones to the television before. With Wyndham you expect a quality bed!

We came in latebut they were able to accommodate us. The room was little smaller than we thought. The fridge was a mini fridge instead of a full size. But overall happy w the room

When we arrived we were told there was no booking, the front desk staff advised they tried to get hold of us but no call or email was received. The mobile phone signal was poor and we needed to arrange alternative accommodation, I asked if I could use the phone and was told there was no outside line. I asked if I could use the WiFi , I was told there is no WiFi as I wasn't a guest. The WorldMArk Havasu Dunes blamed Expedia/ but we had a confirmed booking and an itinerary number. We were very disappointed as we had travelled a long way only to be met by totally unhelpful staff at the front desk. If this was the welcome from the WorldMark Wyndham thank goodness they cancelled our booking.

Clean resort close to I95 and another 3 lane road, therefore very noisy. Suite clean and comfy. Bath and kitchen tiny with only a small fridge. Laundry self service complimentary. 3 small pools with adjacent barbecue area. Downside was the Wi-Fi and guest service. Had an issue with the internet connection and had to contact the guest services several times. The manager on site was very opinionated and refused to help. We ended up with no access.

Its more like a home away from home than a hotel! The rooms are clean, and feel private. Front desk Sara is incredible! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hooked us up with a lake view and a room right by the pool. We travel to Lake Havasu often and i can promise you, we'll be back!

Our reservations were cancelled without notice, it took almost 2 hours to get my money back from Hotels. We weren't aware of the cancellation until we showed up to check in.

Rude staff and non-existence service. No clean towels, or housekeeping during our 4 day stay. No one at check out in the morning. Nice facility, but poor mgmt.

The room was very nice and the staff was awesome we arrived late and there was someone to assist us the manager in the front office was very welcoming and we will definitely be back

Great location and clean! Only problem we had was there was not a pack n play or portable crib available. Upon check-in, the clerk told us they would deliver it and set it inside of the door as we were going out. Never delivered or communicated that there was not one available. I reached out and was told there was not one available until our checkout date. We were counting on having one we had an infant and a toddler, and it was a challenge.

Good place to stay but car is necessay

Nice well maintained vintage place. Very friendly staff. A central location to the bridge & main streets districts BUT the highway noise is very high most hours.

My husband and I would definitely stay here again!! It was a home away from home. Comfortable, nice location. Wasn't within walking distance to restaurants and shopping but a very short driving distance to the London Bridge and shopping, restaurants.

2nd time staying here. Great views of the lake. Quiet area great stay definitely will stay here agai
