Very dirty, dog feces everywhere outside, trash everywhere outside, unfriendly staff, 15 min for hot water, will never stay there again. Strange people staying there and cigarettes everywhere with dirty pool/ spa. Gross!!!

If you are traveling in with a watercraft, this place has excellent parking and is very close to the boat launch area.

Had staff come into room unannounced Had staff send random people to my room at midnight friday night trying to double book room while I already was checked in since Thursday with reservation till Sunday Pool was dirty with broken furniture inside pool

Room was not cleaned well & it had a smell to at, as did the entire place. Outside there was a perimeter of cigarette butts lining the walk ways & pool area. Hot tub heater didn't work. Staff was kind & friendly. But I choose the place for its low price, so I guess it's fair that you get what you pay for.

We had a great stay here! The room was very clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the parking was ample and free. We also noticed there’s plenty of space for trailers, which is a big plus. Another nice touch is that they sell ice on site — super convenient if you’re packing a cooler for the day. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and the place had been painted and had new carpet. Feels like they are trying to remodel without financial backing. Hot tub didn’t work, ice machine broken, housekeeping did not visit in 4 days. I hope they can keep improving it. I’m rooting for them.

Elevator wasn't working and the pressor area outside wasn't too good they could use a better yard keeper. But the ac was cold

With the understanding that it was Labor Day weekend and seemed to be very busy. Service was ok. Views were wonderful. Hallway carpets were very dirty and the walls were in need of paint. Beds and bedding seemed to be clean. No electrical outlets on either side of beds (only one multi plug box beside tv which seemed to overloaded). Bathroom was decent. Carpet in room had rather large holes in it (about 4 inches square) and burn holes. Only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth (for 3 nights stay) and no towels available for the pool. Garbage was never removed from our room for the duration of our stay. Pool was in need of cleaning. Overall we were thankful for a place to rest our head, but the typical maintenance was poor.

You can tell that this hotel has a ton of potential, but unfortunately not the upkeep. Elevator did not work, and we were on the 4th floor, only one boiler was working so the hot water was sporadic, door latch didn't quite latch and could be opened by pushing hard, even though it was locked. TV stand was broken, so TV was propped up on coffee cup lids. All in all, the place needs a makeover and management. But at least the view from the balcony was nice. LoL.

This place was filthy! Smelled. Hallways disgusting.

Room was not clean. Trash in trash can, bed messed up, dirty towel in barhroom.

The bedroom was dirty the floor and the comforter was dirty had blood on it. The showers were falling apart. The curtains were half gone window was uncovered

There was dog feces in our room on the floor. I’ll never stay here again. The halls smell like cigarettes, the shower barely works, dog feces on the floor. It’s not clean. Shows lack of management and lazy staff.

It advertises newly remodel, the carpet were so nasty and dirty cigarette butts we’re on the floor on the 3rd floor there was piss soaked sheets and towels in the hall that stayed for over 24 hours before someone cleaned it up the whole floor smelled of pee and my room had food and candy on the tables and floor bathroom had hair everywhere I will never stay there

This is the dirtiest property I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hallways are filled with laundry, trash, dogs, barking in almost every room, smell of urine, very shady people, this place should be shut down, it has to be a migrant camp or a safe area for homeless to do drugs in, check in for three people took over an hour went to the room witnessed all the above my key did not work thank God, I can only imagine what the room look like, pictures do not match property, we walked downstairs, asked for a refund and the host told us to deal with Expedia, waiting for a response from Expedia. Do not stay here.

The blinds on the patio had many broken or missing slats. When I went to use the coffee maker this morning it had a used pod for the coffee and a pill bottle with an unknown substance in it inside the coffee maker

This place is absolutely disgusting not at all what the pictures showed. I was amazed that such a run down place would even be allowed to still be in operation. I don’t care how cheap the price the amount of safety violations and cleanliness issues was astonishing.

Cockroach’s on headboard, shower, sink! When I seen them at three am I grabbed my things and left! I have photos but it’s not letting me upload them! I will never stay here again!

We like staying here because of the view of the lake. However the complaint we have is the outside property conditions doesn't look like anyone ever takes care of or clean the grounds or get rid of weeds and trash and cigarette butts. The other complaint we have is in the room bathrooms in every room we stayed in. The toilets are for children, they are extremely low to the floor and barely big enough to sit on to do your business.This time our bathroom was dirty, toothpaste on the wall the tubb had to be cleaned out before we could take a shower. Maybe it's about time for us to give up the lake view for our many trips to Lake Havasu. It's sad because this place is a great place to stay except for the grounds and maintenance of grounds and rooms.

Great view and convenient to get to. Walking distance from the London Bridge. Top floors have the best view but aren’t renovated yet.

Was a easy check in and the staff fixed the room after the first on had no cooling. Room was ok but nothing special like i thought i was getting from online. Bathroom shower wall was peeling at the top and no fire detector. Very disappointed that my husband couldn't use his CPAP machine because no plug near his bed. Tv didnt work.

Large room with lots of amenities, such as coffee and fridge and microwave and good TV. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable common area. Easy to load in and out. Great location.

The 4th floor hallways smelled like mildew. Bathroom also smelled. Beds are not queens. They are fulls. But its their version of queens as the clerk told me. The place just looks really old

the pull and push sign from the pool was written with a sharpie, the tv was small and only had one channel available, half of the anchor man’s face on tv was showing, there was trash under the bed and the fridge has left over beer from previous visitors The only lady on staff was friendly and they did have a balcony with the lake view

The pool was nice . Very noisy in room , form AC around. Noise from plomming like someone has the wather running all night. The internet was not bery good. Location is very good down too the lake.

The room was decent size with a fridge. The bed and pillows are the absolute worst ever. They do not clean and replace the towels daily. The WiFi does not work.

I have been staying here for years annually for a business trip. This year was horrible and I will not be back. The front desk clerk was snippy at check in. The room had broken blinds, a multiplug was overloaded and looked unsafe and the shower curtain had something on it that looked like boogers. There was mold in the bathroom and the handicap rail was broken. Then to top the entire stay off, There was a fire in the hotel. The elevator motor overloaded and the fire alarm went off. There was no alarm in our room, and we did not know it was a fire alarm. 10 min after hearing an odd noise, we thought was the elevator stuck, we went to the hall to see firemen. 4 fire engines! We had to step over the fire hose! No a single peep from the staff. I'm handicapped, and had to struggle to go down a flight of stairs. No staff ever checked or called to see if we needed assistance. No staff came outside to tell anyone it was safe to return. Did not offer a downstairs room, but brushed past me as I was struggling to climb the stairs back to the room. I'm so sad that my favorite hotel become such a neglected mess. The staff needs training in emergencies & customer service. We will not be returning next year, nor recommend this place to anyone. A big chain like Motel 6 should do better.

The staff went out of their way to make this a good stay. I don’t usually have special requests, but I did this time. I needed to do laundry and requested a room on the same floor, which was accommodated. Then I also needed more pillows. The front desk and Housekeeping was most accommodating.

Front desk was so unprofessional and rude.

The staff is great from April to Jen and everyone else they really make it feel like home.

Absolutely horrible service! Key cards for the room never worked! I got call 3 times first thing in the morning saying I need to shut my dog up cause it was waking the whole floor up, I didn’t have a dog! My friends got switched rooms on the second day and when they went to go to their room after being on the lake all day the door was open and room was trashed! They said they don’t have a maid to get it ready for them so they had to sleep on the floor in my room. Then they said well we have to review it in order to get a refund!!! They never apologized for anything. Will never stay there again it’s an absolute dump.

1 star because my stay was non existent. I booked through Expedia a month in advance. About a week before checking in, i had to cancel 1 of our 3 nights. This change was made before the cut off date that if was passed there was a penalty. I called the hotel to verify my booking change and mid conversation the hotels phone went dead. Their phone is still dead nearly 2 weeks later. When i went to check in, the hotel said that Expedia had overbooked the rooms. One of the ladies said there was a cancelation that i could have, but there were 2 groups of us staying there and my guess was if my reservation was overbooked then our second groups was too. Sure enough. I let our other group stay in the only room left in the hotel and my group went to stay somewhere else. My trip, staying somewhere else is over now, but checking my card on file that i booked the overbooked room with has been charged. I've been told to contact Expedia but they say to contact the hotel, who's phone number is still not working. I've stayed here a ton of times for the past 3 years and have not had any problems except for keys getting demagnified. Which is not a big deal. Getting charged a no show fee for trying to check in to an overbooked room, however, is a big deal. Not to mention the pain in the a.. of having to find somewhere else to stay on a Labor Day weekend. I'll update my review once (if) i get refunded.

Was denied check in for hours finally later around midnight a lady finally realized her new agent failed to notice my room was paid for in advance using rewards and did not do something proper. I did not like how my partner was treated and told go take it up with Expedia when it had nothing to do with Expedia it was the fact an agent was not properly trained or did not fully remember her job. Room was neat but tub was dirty . Balcony was ok it was good enough for the 6 of sleep we got

Another good stay! The hotel itself is not fancy at all, needs a remodel, which I believe they have done on some floors. But the staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, just old. Can’t beat the location for the price.

The front desk staff were very nice. Particularly when I checked in. I had quite a few questions about the location around the property and she was very helpful. I asked about a Chinese restaurant I had seen online. She said it was her favorite place. I went and it was great. So happy she said it was a good place. She also helped me figure out a later check out and called to see what she could do for me. She just went above any expectations. I appreciated that so much.

The hotel is right by the beach park, so that's nice. Can walk to the canal area, or $7 Uber if you're dressed up. For the price it's a good place to stay.

i like that the room had a balcony. I didnt like that there was not breakfast. There was pleny of room for it.

Wifi doesn't work in room. Clean and Staff very friendly! Also, the kitchen doesn't have dishes. Full Frig, Mic, Stove and Dishwasher.

Pool was not clean, website says they offer breakfast which they only have coffee available

It was nice ,,but it was no utensils in the kitchen suite like they said in the amenities. Dog friendly I didn't like it because you can hear the dogs barking.

They’re a hotel not a motel, so you’re not able to park by your room although I was able to park so I could view my truck from the room. I was very pleased to get ground floor and my room had a kitchen no mini fridge like most rooms have these days. Appropriate size refrigerator w/ a real freezer, so ice cream would’ve been gotten if I was staying longer than one night. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. Fortunately I had a sauté pan that I had picked up at an estate sale purchased weeks ago and it was under my seat in my car and Safeway Market is close by to drive to. They do allow pets, so my critter is welcome and it’s always nice to see others with their animals I’m a real animal lover. Easy and close access to the Channel and inexpensive for being on the island. Nice views of the lake from the upper floors there’s 4. Was able to check in early on Sunday for a little extra charge making it possible to attend a morning church service. All in all it was a great experience and next time I’ll stay longer.

We did read the previous reviews about this place before we stayed, so we knew what we were getting into. We stayed 5 nights over Labor Day Weekend. Here\'s the basics of our stay: Goods: *Staff was very friendly & tried to be helpful with issues. *Pool was clean everyday. *Our King Kitchenette Room was spacious. It had a 2 Burner Cooktop, Microwave, Fridge & Dishwasher. Everything worked as it should. *The Sheets & Mattress were very clean. *The proximity to the Beach & Swimming area of the Channel was the best! We walked there easily & saved on Parking. *They are pet friendly. Bads: *Their Website states "fully functional kitchenettes" but in fact, they are not at all. No Pots, Pans, Plates, or Utensils of any kind. When I went to the Desk, they did rummage thru "a shared bunch of stuff" they had in a back room. I was handed 1 Pan & 2 Plates. That\'s it. We visited the Dollar Tree to buy everything else needed to cook our meals. *Our Bathroom Sink was clogged from the minute we got there. Front Desk said the Maintenance Man wouldn\'t be able to take a look at it until after the weekend. We bought Drain-O at the Store & tried flushing with hot water, but it remained clogged. We had to use the Sink in the Kitchenette. *2 Towels. That\'s it. & The Front Desk stated that Rooms are only cleaned once a week during long stays. *The Mattress is hard as a rock. Paper thin. *No Working Ice Machine onsite. They require you to purchase bags of Ice from the Front Desk. *No Onsite Laundry, a

The staff waa good. Polite and helpful. The 4th floor had a wierd smell like old ranch. The bath towels were the size of hand towels. The wash cloth was a cleaning rag. Water went through the shower curtain all over the floor. They're we no breakfast, which was not mentioned when i asked the day before check in they said they're was. It was an ok stay...not horrible.

The ice maker was NOT WORKING , but you could purchase ice for coolers up front . I only wanted to fill my water bottles. There was also No continental breakfast but the back of our door stated otherwise . The price was a bit high for the room as well . Property looks as if it’s going tru upgrades , we’ll see next time we come back in town .
