The hotel and rooms were very nice. The parking charge was not appreciated since I was already staying at the hotel. Why they don't have a system in place that collects the license plate for the vehicle and records it for occupancy in the lot when lesser valued places do so it's beyond me. But, it is what it is I reckon.

The property and staff are excellent. Clean. Gorgeous and comfy pool area. Friendly staff. Easy shuttle service. Convenient to public transportation, though no good food options in walking distance and their buffet is overpriced. The homeless drugged teen population in Phoenix is sad and highly visible around the property though this has no bearing on the property itself which is excellent.

Nice place. Short on parking. Not close to stores. The pool was out of action the whole time we were there. My brother was there for 2 weeks. No pool . The pool and jacuzzi was the one reason we both booked here. If we had been told before hand, we would have gone somewhere else.

Staff was very friendly. Room was dusty, lamp and remote conto hadn't been cleaned in a while. Shower had black stains on the floor, we didn't want to use it. Elevators were very dirty. Mattress was terrible you could feel the springs.

Didn’t realize it was not an actual inside hotel as each door is outside. Bathroom shower floor was dirty and the ceiling you can tell it was leaking. Hotel is outdated. I won’t stay here again. It was not my double tree expectations as other doubletree that I have stayed at before

Hotel stay was decent. Had to call for housekeeping to constantly bring new towels after numerous failed attempts to clean our room and restock. Had to call front desk several times. The last straw was calling for new towels and waiting just for no one to come and bring them after being told they were coming up with some.

On the first night, I requested an extra blanket and sheet set around 6 or 7 PM, but nothing was delivered. After going out for food and returning around 11 PM, I still had not received them. I finally went to the front desk, only to find out that they had forgotten my request and the staff had gone home for the night. On Sunday, I called again for extra towels and faced a similar situation. After waiting a long time, I called back only to be told that the front desk had forgotten my room number right after we hung up. The customer service was disappointing. On a positive note, the maintenance staff member at Caesars was fantastic and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He was the only reason I didn’t rate this hotel a zero. He truly made a difference. Overall, the room was decent for the price, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. However, the area could use renovations; the bathroom felt dirty, the walls were grimy, and we even noticed blood on the curtains, which was quite off-putting. I wouldn’t stay there again, but I suggest giving Caesar a raise for his outstanding service.

We got a great nights rest. Very comfy bed. The staff were fantastic. They were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was ok. I would not be happy spending $26 per person, which is the advertised price. Typical hotel breakfast that is usually included for free….but you can get an omelet made to order. The pictures do make it look nicer than it is though. The building seems to be quite old. Most of the landscaping is sparse, but we are in the desert.

I enjoyed my time there. But the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. I think I’m allergic to your sheets. I developed rash on my neck and arms. You might want to consider changing the type of detergent you use on the sheets and pillowcases.

The only problem I had with my room was the sofa bed. The sheets were stained and did not look clean, and the bed was very uncomfortable, needs a better, firmer mattress. Overall, a nice room, clean room.

DON'T STAY HERE IN SUMMER!! The air conditioning system is VERY OLD and VERY NOISY. It would be impossible to sleep having to run the AC 24/7 during the 120 degree summers in Phoenix. We could barely have a conversation when it was on.

The only thing is the lady at the front her name was Jennifer when checked in was not very friendly I felt that I had to know everything when I never been there before. Especially the parking she said scan code it tells u everything that’s it. Talk to your staff about being more friendly

Reservation canceled for my 5 night stay for my family if 7. We were cancelled because they overbooked the hotel. No one apologized, attitudes nasty, no accommodation of accountability was extended. Sent to a sister location that was not as nice. Don’t forget they charged my card one night hotel stay as if I canceled. Took 4 days to get the payment reversed. My family was displaced and not fairly accommodated for our inconvenience. Staff was not apologetic or even nice, sympathetic for that matter. Total disaster.

On the first night, I requested an extra blanket and sheet set around 6 or 7 PM, but nothing was delivered. After going out for food and returning around 11 PM, I still had not received them. I finally went to the front desk, only to find out that they had forgotten my request and the staff had gone home for the night. On Sunday, I called again for extra towels and faced a similar situation. After waiting a long time, I called back only to be told that the front desk had forgotten my room number right after we hung up. The customer service was disappointing. On a positive note, the maintenance staff member at Caesars was fantastic and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He was the only reason I didn’t rate this hotel a zero. He truly made a difference. Overall, the room was decent for the price, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. However, the area could use renovations; the bathroom felt dirty, the walls were grimy, and we even noticed blood on the curtains, which was quite off-putting. I wouldn’t stay there again, but I suggest giving Caesar a raise for his outstanding service.

If you need to stay in PHX near the airport this is a great choice, however, after dark I would stay at the property. But that is with any hotel in the area. Hotel itself is great. nice pool, nice outdoor sitting areas, hotel shuttle. Everything you need.

Property itself was great. The area had limited to no cheaper food and things to do all required uber. Sketchy area around hotel. Driver to the airport the morning we left was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Started a verbal argument with a passenger while other groups were present. At times I was afraid for my wife and ai safety since the driver and person arguing were threatening each other.

We got a great nights rest. Very comfy bed. The staff were fantastic. They were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was ok. I would not be happy spending $26 per person, which is the advertised price. Typical hotel breakfast that is usually included for free….but you can get an omelet made to order. The pictures do make it look nicer than it is though. The building seems to be quite old. Most of the landscaping is sparse, but we are in the desert.

The bed was very comfortable and they had cookies and lemonade. But they never had towels at the pool, ice machine was broken, had to call about the tv, refrigerator and asked multiple times for them to clean the room! Was not notified that the restaurant no longer was opened for lunch!

Lovely place, we enjoyed our stay including breakfast in the restaurant on premises. We also bought pain killer at their convenience store. The only negative is that the elevator nearest our room was out of order, no big deal, there was another, we just had to walk a little further.

We loved this location! Elevators are a little crazy, but managable, we wish we had more time to enjoy the amenitites here. Perhaps next time. The pool was beautiful and the fitness center was amazing. We only stayed one night but the dinner was the most delicious fish taco I have ever had.
