GreenTree Inn was a great stay. While I was expecting breakfast, as the website mentions it, I was not expecting eggs, sausage, and potatos during breakfast. That was a pleasant delicious surprise! Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Instead of the typical shuttle service GreenTree utilizes Uber (at no cost to the guest) for transportation to and from the airport.

The rooms were okay beds were not the best the cleanliness was not good the was a pair of dirty socks right at the end of the bed, TV remotes and TV's did not work right. They really should upgrade there security cameras and get security guys and fix the fence that is around the area. My truck got broken into and my work tools stolen. The manager only sent me a skit of the edited videos of my tools getting stolen. Other than that it was ok

When I checked into the hotel, the person checking in was extremely nice and welcoming however, that was the only positive of the stay at the hotel. The room I got was very dirty. It had stains all over the carpet. The bathroom tub was clogged so when I took a shower, it was pretty much a bath, and it was not very hygienic. Also, in the morning the electricity went out in the area, which I know is not the hotel‘s fault But it just kind of added to the horrible stay. The elevator was also not in good condition and it just is a very rundown hotel. The the hotel gym has no free weights only a couple of treadmills and the machine which is the weight machine is very old and awkward and looks like it’s about to break. I would say if anyone is looking to stay here just spend a little bit more money and stay at an actually well runner and managed hotel that focuses on cleanliness

Not at all happy with this property. It was so dirty in the room. Towels had yellow spots on them and the sheets were also dirty. We had a 3 day reservation but left after the first night. We got in very late so we had to sleep there. Checked out early. Went through Travelocity so we contacted them about getting a refund for the additional 2 days. Hotel would was contacted several times and did NOT grant me a refund. Very disappointed considering they were able to rent out my room to another customer and could recoup the cost. Will never stay with them again.

Really nice that they arrange an Uber from the airport for you—super seamless getting to the property. The hotel is rundown, hallway floors dirty unvacuumed, got to the room and pulled one of the queen sheets back to find dirty socks at the bottom of the bed.

Super dirty rooms. Carpets in the room was full of stains. Leaky faucets kept us up. Windows were so dirty you can’t see out of them. Area is also very sketchy. The pictures online make it look way better.

Our room was huge with a kitchenette, dining table, couch, desk and 2 queen beds. Living area was partially separated from beds with a wood screen. It was clean and easy to find. However the hot tub didn't work, and the person who checked me in made the incoming calls a higher priority than finishing her business with me standing there at her counter. She was very nice otherwise. I would definitely stay there again.

The manager on duty was very helpful but had no assistance when folks were checking in. Our TV did not work nor did the WiFi connect. We asked to change rooms which we did. The room we were given had issues with the shower water not draining quickly. Trade one problem for another.

Room was very spacious, larger than I needed or expected. But, it was very outdated, no ironing board. I tried for two days to get an ironing board but never received one. The couch had a large rip in the arm. The refrigerator was extremely small. The pics make it look much nicer than it is. The staff was friendly and overall, the hotel was ok, but not as nice as the budget Holiday Inn Expresses I frequently stay at when traveling. For the price, the hotel meets a need, but I will look for a nicer hotel during my next trip to Phoenix.

We had an adjoining room with people we didn’t know which wouldn’t have been a problem except it was the meeting place for them and a bunch of other people for a couple hours. Very thin walls! The room faced the main road which was also very noisy and someone had a poor dog barking in the parking lot for much of the night. The bathtub didn’t drain well and the shower water adjuster was broken making it difficult to regulate the hot water. Breakfast had good choices but many things were gone by 8 am. The good thing was that the hotel was located near several places to eat and they arranged for an Uber to take us to the airport which was right on time.

Staff went above and beyond their duties. Landed in Phoenix around 9am, we knew check in wasn’t until 3pm I called the property explained our situation staff sent uber to pick us up and they kept breakfast going beyond regular hours for us then after eating set us up at the pool until our room was ready for us. Friendly, clean and the price was unbeatable….. thank you staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star service

Landed in Phoenix around 9am, we knew check in wasn’t until 3pm I called the property explained our situation staff sent uber to pick us up and they kept breakfast going beyond regular hours for us then after eating set us up at the pool until our room was ready for us. Friendly, clean and the price was unbeatable….. thank you staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star service

Yvonne at the front desk not only hung up on my face due to her incompetence of the check out process, she was rude AF. I called back and she ignored the calls several times just to pick up and hung up on my face. I even requested the manager prior to her becoming defensive and hanging up on my face and the manager NEVER followed up. Just rude and disrespectful behavior is all I can remember. Kid was stung during the time in the pool. Unavoidable because the pool area is INFESTED with bees!!!! Infested yet they proceeded to act dumbfounded. How do you work at the property but don’t leave your post to tend to room request or ensure the back property door isn’t propped open that requires a key to enter? Do not stay here. I repeat avoid here you’ll be glad you did. They are claiming to be three plus Star? No comment on food. The room swelled like dirty laundry or molded like when the laundry is left we too long!!!

The staff was excellent. Very kind and helpful. Stored food that wouldn't fit in the room's refrigerator; provided extra bags we needed; had no problem allowing us to stay an extra 1/2 hour due to illness.

No one answers front desk, house cleaning or reservations at hotel. When told them at front desk they just shrugged it off and wouldn’t answer why no one answered. No answer at hotel to get shuttle from airport. Had to take Uber to hotel. Television didn’t work and when went down to tell them , they gave another remote that also didn’t work. Only get weather channel. Told they would take to airport, but only a certain airport. Booked with them because they said they would pickup from airport and back. Extremely misleading. Never will stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typical of most Hotel's choices. You have to ask for towel replacements or housekeeping which it says on web site. We stayed a week. Did not need housekeeping.

We did not feel like we could walk around outside of the hotel itself. We didn't feel comfortable parking our car in the back near our room. We parked near the front entrance. Nothing happened, there were just people at the businesses next door that made us feel very uncomfortable.

The hotel is alright. No 5 star but is decent. The surroundings are a bit sketchy. To many homeless walking around. Phenix overall is a bit sketchy with so many drug addicts and homelessness.

GreenTree Inn was a great stay. While I was expecting breakfast, as the website mentions it, I was not expecting eggs, sausage, and potatos during breakfast. That was a pleasant delicious surprise! Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Instead of the typical shuttle service GreenTree utilizes Uber (at no cost to the guest) for transportation to and from the airport.

The only good thing about the hotel was the service provided to and from the hotel to the airport. The hotel smelled, the elevator was broken, the a/c was very loud and the bathroom towels appeared dirty. Breakfast area was not clean, dark and not a good selection.

The staff was great, always friendly and willing to help with anything! The breakfast did not have any fruit or meat (except on Sunday...weird) Also, there was no light at the desk in the room.

The pillows were a bit flat, and the hallways didn't have AC but the room itself was decent. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles and some bagels. No eggs or sausage or stuff like that, at least when I stayed.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and it has really gone downhill. The pool is green and looks dirty and poorly maintained. Both washers in the laundry room are broken, and I was told they have been broken for a while. So there are currently no working washers for guests. The gym is in terrible shape. Multiple pieces of equipment are broken, and honestly, I didn’t feel safe using it. It was also 91 degrees inside the gym, which made it completely unreasonable to exercise in. It’s frustrating because I’ve stayed here before and it was not like this. The basic amenities are either broken, unusable, or not being maintained. At least the rooms are clean and cold.

Green Tree is a brand I've enjoyed at other locations more than this particular one. A little run down but decent for the price. Unfortunately I wanted an evening to relax and enjoy TV, but no TV was to be had. I was given a line about their system rebooting and nothing else. Never had TV at all that night or next morning in the whole place. Weird to think about what a long reboot that was. I'm thinking somebody didn't pay the bill..,.
