Would have slept much better without the traffic noise. Also had minimal parking, so had to walk anywhere we needed to go or taxi anywhere. Not ideal. Everyone was friendly so if you can sleep thru the noise, and dont need to worry about parking, its ideal to be close to main roads.

Rooms were nice and clean..Over all great experience. Only reason i gave 4 stars is the parking. You have to park across the street in Dennys if you have a big vehicle. Forget about when all the school teams come up in the short buses and double park backwards

The price was right and the location was right. Nice staff and clean. The property isn’t very nice for dogs as all sharp rocks that were hard to clean up after your dog. To be a dog friendly hotel they need a location that dogs will want to use and owners can clean up after.

Check in was great! Staff super nice. 1st night no tv. Both of the staff could not get it hooked up, assured us they would notify maintenance and have it fixed by the next night. Offered to try and get us a discount. 2nd night, still no tv. Called the office and she knew nothing about it. Eventually a maintenance person came and had to replace the tv. She offered to try and discount our stay. When I told her I booked thru Hotels.com she said I would have to contact them. That night was horrendous with all the noise from above. They partied super loud until 3AM! The only good we had was the hot tub and the original check in clerk. (He was great, as was his relief).

They texted me the morning that I was to arrive to ask if there was anything I needed. When I checked in, they sent me another text to make sure I didn’t need anything. There is on site laundry. They have a little marketplace in the lobby that has snacks and microwavable meals and refrigerated items and beer and seltzer and ice cream and little toiletries. And that’s open 24 hours a day. I will definitely stay there again The next time I go to Prescott Valley.

The room reminded me of a hotel six there were mosquitoes in the room flies in the room. We stayed downstairs. There was a trashcan right in front of our room full of bees. The room itself was dark size. It was disgusting never again.

The room was clean, but there was a very strange odor. There was places in the carpet, where it was wet, and my feet got filthy if I was barefoot. The stairwells were filthy, rails steps, cement, outside, dog poop in parking lot.

The television Roku system was terrible. We could not get a local station or any basic channels. The wi-fi was not good as the reception was so bad, we had to go outside to speak on our cell phones. We wanted to move the second day and could not get a refund. The hotel was NOT flexible

Curtains don’t quite close all the way for privacy. Shower insert creaks loudly! Windows are thin and doors are not flush leaving gap and room not very insulated and able to hear ever car drive by.

Loved the location. It was a lot more afforable than hotels downtown Prescott, near all kinds of restaurants and shopping.The windows opened with screens (important for my husband). Loved the fridge and microwave in the room, HOWEVER, the roaring air conditioner was impossible to use while trying to sleep.

The stay was good. The bed and room were comfortable. The girl that helped us check in was impatient and wasn’t very hospitable. She over talked me, as we checked in simply by me asking a question about my other family members possibly getting a room next to ours. She was very uncomfortable to talk to.

I will start off with the breakfast. That's a big thing for us. They had biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, donuts/muffins, bagels, toast and of course waffles. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable compared to other cheap hotels I've stayed at! When they cleaned the room, they lined up all my kids stuffed animals which was such a suprise and made them so happy. Friendly staff. The pool was small but not a deal breaker. Overall a nice comfortable place.
