GreenTree Inn Prescott Valley

Staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms we stay in are always very clean. We enjoy the breakfast in the morning the coffee is strong just how we love it to be we will stay at green tree again next visit out there.

When selecting a room on hotels.com, it gave room options for standard room or pet friendly. Having animal allergies, I chose the standard room. I open my room door to be greeted by 3 cockroachs (1 alive 2 dead) and clearly a pet friendly room from all the visible pet hair all over the floor. When I told the front desk this they just told me I booked a pet friendly room. Not sure if that was an error on how hotels.com sent over the reservation? Either way, I got moved to the non-pet Friendly section of the hotel and the room was a lot cleaner. Breakfast was good however the staff was open mouth coughing all over the food and I did end up getting sick the next day.

I really liked the set up in the room. There was a nice table with two chairs to use for eating in the room or doing computer work. I liked that there was a combo shower and bath tub. There was a nice TV with choices, a refrigerator and a microwave.
