pool was dirty and had algae growing on walls of pool, advised the front desk and she really didn't seem to care!! I bought some ice cream and put in fridge/freezer next morning it was all melted. fridge was poorly working....told the front desk about this and all she said I will see if maint. can check it out.....NO SORRY OR OFFERING TO COVER THE COST OF DAMAGED FOOD......DON'T STAY HERE....BUMS WALKING AROUND OUTSIDE ALL THE TIME....

I would not go back, it was OK, but they didn't diclose that the hottub wasn't working, the the desk person said they were waiting on a part. the owner/manager said they gave up on fixing it, but would not offer discount.

They remade the bed with dirty sheets. There was a lot of hair and even some food crumbs on it. They saw this for themselves. They changed the sheets for me. There was also hairs in the shower/bathtub. Is deeply concerning that they would remake a dirty bed. This was not a mistake. It was obviously done intentionally out of carelessness or laziness. But the maze who came and changed the bedding were very nice.

Run down property, room smelled like a dairy farm. Room was not clean, debris in bed, change on the floor, TV looked like Michael Scott's $200 plasma screen. Thin walls - you could clearly hear the dialogue of multiple tvs in other rooms. 0/10. Would sleep in the car before going back here.

First impression was that we made a mistake by booking here. The carpet in the lobby and hall going to the elevator was filthy and stained. There was a dirty mop bucket sitting along the wall, and the room doors looked like they should be in an institution. This property is very dated and not up to Quality’s standards.

Hall carpets were filthy and should have Ben replaced two years ago. Using floor fans to circulate air because of the humidity, it’s Yuma, there is no humidity! Breakfast was adequate but not up to what we normally receive at most Choice hotels. This particular Quality has gone downhill the last couple of years.

It was a nice hotel. It has a microwave,.mini fridge and coffee maker in the room which was a plus. It also had vending machines for snacks and drinks. Also walking distance to restaurants and fast food places around the hotel. The staff was very nice & accommodating & it has a free hot breakfast in the morning.

Perhaps the nicest "budget" motel at which I've ever stayed. King bed, desk, comfort chair, decent size refrigerator, microwave, nice big towels, and the room was spacious. It just said "quality." I'd definitely stay again.

Good location, close to most everything. Room was okay. Bed was not the must comfortable. Lots of pillows. Toilet was extra low, child size and not great for this senior with arthritic knees. TV was very small. Wifi was not secure and barely worked. Breakfast not very appealing.

We have stayed here two times in the last month and the staff here have always been friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near shopping, many restaurants, and a movie theater. When checking in we asked about a shuttle to the airport. Although one was not available the manager offered to personally drive us there! Wow! How kind! The breakfast options were typical hotel fare but the food was well maintained and the counters and tables were immaculate. We’re coming back to Yuma in a few months and we’ll certainly be staying here!

The manager and the cashier were both incredibly disrespectul and treated both my son and I rudely. On top of that, they charged me twice the amount I asked for. I am still trying to get my money back and although they acknowledge that the charge is unwanted, they refuse to give me back my money. I have to fix this through my bank as they want to keep my money. I do not reccomend this hotel at all, watch your pockets.

We had a terrible experience with the front desk woman she was very rude and unwilling to assist in any way. Also the breakfast staff was rude, we were in the middle of getting something from the buffet table and a woman came in front of us and said they were closed. Instead of just allowing my daughter to get a something to finish up, she took it away right in front of us.

Staff made us feel like friends when we checked in in the afternoon. The morning staff were also very personable and friendly. We needed a ride to the airport and the owner drove us there personally. Beyond staff hospitality our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also provided a very nice breakfast in the morning. Fare was typical of hotel breakfasts but the beverages were fresh and juices were full flavored (not watered down like you see in many places). There were plenty of breakfast options available and the facilities were clean. I thought these people were great representatives of Yuma. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

When I arrived a bit early the front desk was accommodating and found a room I could check into! Breakfast was full - eggs, sausage and waffles were just the beginning. Juices, cereals, bagels and more!!! And coffee in the room!!!! I'll stay here again!

Good location, close to most everything. Room was okay. Bed was not the must comfortable. Lots of pillows. Toilet was extra low, child size and not great for this senior with arthritic knees. TV was very small. Wifi was not secure and barely worked. Breakfast not very appealing.

Stayed one night on July 27th with my girlfriend and stepson on our way through Yuma. The hotel was fine. I booked for three nights, but wanted to leave a night earlier due to change in vacation plans. The hotel would not allow us to leave early and charged for the three nights which I believe was petty. Nothing to do in Yuma!!
