hallways and breakfast area was dirty. Property does not have an airport shuttle inspire of listing airport in property name. Seems to be a site for community housing. There is a reason this is the least expensive in the airport area.

Place did not live up to rating or proximity to the Airport as it was still an $18 ride and hotel had no shuttle. Asked for a quite room and was given 325 but ended up with tennant across the hall that wanted to turn up music and crank the base. After second call they had him move or leave, not sure which. Window in room would not close all the way. no shampoo in the bathroom.

Relatively inexpensive place to stay in Alameda. Room was dated, window’s didn’t open well; elevator broken. Fine for a basic place to sleep that was more convenient than staying in Oakland.

The property was adequate. The room had an iron but no ironing board. I called for one and the front desk took care of it right away. They were great but they seemed understaffed. The room was very basic. Stayed here for proximity to airport and cost, but what I saved in the room cost I spent in Uber fees. A hotel airport shuttle would’ve been amazing. Seemed like a safe area though.

The level of cleanliness is underrated. We asked for someone to come to our room and take a mop to remove all the sticky substances on the floors and whomever came in did such a poor job that it made zero difference if they had actually redone the floors. The third floor smelled like nothing but weed which was horrible.

Rooms were large and clean, which was nice - outdated, but sufficient. The kitchen in your room doesn’t come with anything, and all pots and pans are handed out on a first come/first serve basis (we didn’t have pots and pans available to us until the 2nd night). ‘Breakfast’ consists of coffee/hot water (tea, hot chocolate) and cereal bars/muffins. There’s no bathroom other than the one in your room. We had an overall good stay (we were here for 3 nights), and the hotel served what we needed it to be.

Nobody at the front desk whenever I passed, required to use after hours number during normal hours. No dishes or cooking supplies, had to ask specifically for them which again was a pain because there was nobody at the front desk. Room smelled like stale cat piss, trash under bed but otherwise was clean. Bed comfortable. No resistance equipment in gym. Laundry room was functional and clean. Bare minimum continental breakfast, no fruit or protein and no dishes to eat cereal in. Slow WiFi, available fast WiFi for purchase. No shampoo or conditioner. Overall not bad but so disappointed when I pay more than bare minimum price and get bare minimum amenities/service

3 persons - only had bedding for main bed. Should have had extra for pull out. it was so uncomfortable 3rd person just slept on couch. Surprised there were no amenites other than towels and soap. Complaiint was no address on building to find it!

Was a great stay but room 336 needs maintenance. Both sinks and shower had very slow draining. Taking a shower the water was past my ankles before i got out. And the seal for the tube to the floor needs redone. Water getting under the floor.

Not much to like. Elevator sounded like it was going to fail at any moment. Sofa foldout bed worn out and broken. Cigarette burns on the carpet, first room smelled like smoke. Everything in rooms outdated and falling apart.

The staff and parking were great. The hotel hall smelled off. The rooms are spacious but damage. Our sofa had homes in it and the desk chair had cuts all over it. We brought our dog and he had lots of space to walk around outside. But people don’t pick up after their dogs so there is poop all over. Some of it has been there a very long time.

Needed a one night stay for an early flight out the next day. It is close to the airport but that is about all it has. The first room we were given was a smoking room. We switched to a non smoking room which was better but the carpet needs to be removed. Super old and dirty. Ripped next to tile in the bathroom. The entire night we were awake hearing the people above us jump and run around. Would not recommend this hotel.

They advertise full kitchens, but no dishes or cookware or silverware to be found... had to ask to even get a couple of bowls to make oatmeal. No lounge area or chairs to sit in lobby and the room with the grab and go breakfast was locked. Wouldn't stay again.

Would not recommend this hotel at all. The front desk service was poor. The room itself looked rundown. We did not have more than a couple of towels left for us when we asked for extra blankets and pillows. at the front desk, the front desk person did not seem motivated to get anything for us. The sofa bed mattress was disgustingly, dirty, and worn out. Did not feel safe in the hotel because at 4 am heard someone near our door yelling profanities. will never stay at an Extended StayAmerica ever again.

We arrived at 1 am and were waiting in the lobby being ignored until I yelled for someone. The young kid that came out did not look anything like an employee that should be greeting at a hotel. He was very unprofessional and basically Just handed us keys and turned and walked away without even directing us where our room was. When we got to the room it reaked Of smoke so bad and there were blood stains on the carpets. This was the dirtiest most ghetto place I’ve ever been. I called down to ask about the smoke and he just said I’ll leave my manager a note and hung up. There were people up all night with kids and people knocking on the door all night long. I’m sure there were drugs going in and out of that room. We felt so unsafe that we grabbed our stuff and left at 6 am! Never have I ever been so disgusted in my life. There’s no way the manager or owners don’t know about this nasty room.

Employee at check in seemed in-different and rushed a standard amenity speech which was hard to understand because he rushed through it. We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was trash and food all over the room and bed was not made. We were able to return to the desk and we received another room. The second room was better. However, the bathroom door would not latch.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The management was unresponsive, and while the staff were kind, there clearly weren’t enough of them to properly handle housekeeping. hotel was quiet and appeared safe/secure. however, it seemed virtually unstaffed to us. there was rarely ever anyone at the front desk, and we never heard housekeeping. the woman who checked us in was jittery and erratic and seemed to me like she was on something. the lobby also reeked of weed upon arrival, but that was the only time we smelled it. they offer “breakfast” but it’s only nutrigrain bars and prepackaged mini muffins. there was also a suspicious dark red stain outside of our door that didn’t bode well. no shampoo or conditioner so PLEASE plan to bring your own. no extra bedding for the pullout bed despite the fact that they knew we had multiple people booking the room. overall poor service and amenities, but the room was clean and we were able to stay our four nights here peacefully so it averages out into being just okay.

The location near the Oakland Airport was excellent for the price. It was easy to get to and return my rental car in the morning. Some amenities like shampoo were lacking. There were no places to eat nearby. The desk attendant had other things to do and was not always there. I was concerned to find a rock wedged under one of the outside entry doors apparently to keep the door open. But overall I was happy with my one night stay at Extended Stay Oakland Airport.

The property was adequate. The room had an iron but no ironing board. I called for one and the front desk took care of it right away. They were great but they seemed understaffed. The room was very basic. Stayed here for proximity to airport and cost, but what I saved in the room cost I spent in Uber fees. A hotel airport shuttle would’ve been amazing. Seemed like a safe area though.

The sound insulation in the room this 2nd time was horrible. I was kept up all night by the airplanes taking off and landing constantly, even at 3am. The a/c / heater was located right next to the bed and was equally as noisy. The other issue was the hotel advertising their "Free breakfast." It was pretty slim. Just coffee, packaged muffins, and microwavable oatmeal. No fruit, no yogurt, no juice or milk, no dry cereal, and certainly no eggs.

Rooms were large and clean, which was nice - outdated, but sufficient. The kitchen in your room doesn’t come with anything, and all pots and pans are handed out on a first come/first serve basis (we didn’t have pots and pans available to us until the 2nd night). ‘Breakfast’ consists of coffee/hot water (tea, hot chocolate) and cereal bars/muffins. There’s no bathroom other than the one in your room. We had an overall good stay (we were here for 3 nights), and the hotel served what we needed it to be.

The continental breakfast was very limited to coffee, tea and hot chocolate, packaged oatmeal and prepackaged cupcakes that were several days old. While the unit had a stove, microwave and fridge, there were no flatware, dishes or glasses. You had to ask for everything from the front desk if you wanted anything, including shampoo, etc. Then at 2 minutes to checkout, they call to tell you to leave. We will not be staying there again.

The room felt unclean and the tile floor was very sticky. Not having shampoo seemed a bit extreme and inconvenient to have to request when you check in late. A plastic cup would have been great but even that was non-existent. The breakfast was cold coffee and stale breakfast bars.

The "non-smoking" room REEKED like fresh but stale cigarette smoke. There was no shampoo in the room, there was a place for an iron but it wasn't there. The bed was uncomfortable. Parking was good, the front desk staff was very nice and check-in was easy and efficient. The "breakfast," which is advertised as pastries/muffins, coffee, and fruit, was coffee and it was old and nasty. Plus, there were a bunch of people sitting in the room with the coffee, not drinking or eating anything but staring at people who dared enter.

When ask questions kept referring back. Talk to manager on Monday. Talk to manager on Tuesday, but wasn’t helpful the hallway get it on the elevator and off smell like urine just overall horrible stay don’t recommend at all.

The property looks okay from the outside, but ends there. Room was okay...heater/AC didnt work and the refrigerator was noisy. Got up around 630am and went down for coffee...was in formed by the front desk, "Coffee is cooking, come back in 30 mins," decide to just head to a coffee shop. What a joke.
