Stayed 2 nights and very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities the room offered. Comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, partial kitchen that we did not take advantage of, but definitely would have if staying longer. Has the little extras you may need. It is a great place to stay if you are staying short or long-term. Ate breakfast one morning but plenty to choose from and was recognizable food, not like some of other hotels that say you get a warm breakfast and have no idea what they are serving. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I don't like that have to be a member to get a welcome bag. It's bad enough that the price are so high. You shough be welcoming to everyone not just members. And you should not take it out on your staff it's the management that should make it welcoming for every one.

This hotel really needs some improvements. We didn't receive a greeting upon arrival, and the customer service during the late shift was disappointing. The entrance was wet and dirty, and a few items we requested to our room never arrived. It gets quite noisy at night, and we even experienced an electricity outage. There are many other places to stay in the area, so we won't be returning. Hopefully, the hotel will receive the care it needs to improve for future guests.
