Stayed 1 night

My stay was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The lobby smelled strongly of body odor, which was not a great first impression. To make matters worse, I was initially given a room that was already occupied. That was a serious and frightening mistake. After that was resolved and I was finally given an available room, the problems continued. The batteries in the remotes were dead, so I went to the lobby to ask for replacements. Instead of simply changing the batteries, the staff member wanted to come into my room to verify that they were actually dead. I declined—I know how to use a power button. He eventually changed the batteries for me. The room itself also smelled like smoke and did not feel clean. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Being given an occupied room is especially concerning, and the cleanliness and service did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend staying here. Go somewhere else
