Our room was large and comfortable. We did have a room on the 2nd floor so had to haul our large suitcases up and down stairs as there is no elevator (the only negative we had about this hotel).

Nice hotel, decent continental breakfast. No elevator in this two story facility definitely a negative, as we were on the second floor and had to haul our luggage up a flight of stairs. Water temperature control in the shower was not calibrated correctly; water was tepid no matter where the control handle was turned between hot and cold.

Very nice large rooms which were very clean. The pool and hot tub are actually open, eventhough it's cold outside. I would stay here again.

The hotel was ok. Hot tub was cloudy. bed sheets had what seemed like sand in it. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows are small. super noisy..could hear people talking in the room across the hall. Didnt sleep too well. Best part was the breakfast options.

Overall I recommend this hotel. It was clean, breakfast was pretty good and the staff was excellent. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard and the gym opens at 10:00 but if you ask at the front desk they'll let you in sooner. The hot tub was great bonus. I would stay there again.

The room was very clean! The bed was comfortable. We had a big jacuzzi tube in our room. The free breakfast was fantastic! Last but not least the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!

Upon arrival, we discovered there were two bookings for our stay, but management denied our request for a refund on the duplicate room, which was disappointing. The hotel was busy, but fellow guests were respectful. The hallways, however, were not well maintained and had some trash scattered about. The room itself was acceptable but nothing memorable. The highlight of the stay was the friendly and welcoming receptionist at check-in. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed in room 224 on the 10/26. Everything in the room looked clean and well kept, except a few things in the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had mildew or mold discoloration patches all over (bathroom didn’t have a vent). There was also mold in the tub caulking and the tub jets also had some build up on them like they needed a deep clean. Other than that, it was lovely!

The TV in the bedroom did not work. I asked to have it fixed twice and nobody came. When I checked in I specifically told them that I would want my room serviced and she noted it down. In the morning I left my "Make Up the Room" tag on my door. We were gone all day. We returned at 4 and the room was not clean so we went to the pool to wait. The towels for the swimming area are inside the gym so that was awkward. Then we went to our room close to 5pm to find it STILL had not been cleaned. I flagged down a housekeeper that as in the hall and she told me it was not her room to do. I asked her if she could at least change out my towels and she did not want to at first. I had to practically beg her to take my towels. Sunday when I checked out I reported these items especially the TV so it would be working for the next person and the response was "I'd give you a credit but you paid through a 3rd party app so I can't". In text I also reported these things and nothing. Best Western could care less about my experience but maybe the next person that goes there will.

Cassandra at the front desk was friendly, informative, and very efficient. The fastest check -in ever! Everyone as friendly and helpful. We did not like the pillows (too hard and full) but we could maybe have unpacked them a bit. Very nice place with big fridge and good pizza nearby!

One of the beds in our room had a super loud metal to metal scrapping sound every time you moved. Also, heard the same noise coming from another room. The place is extremely clean but the walls are thin and we could here snoring in the next room.

It is hard to get a good sleep in this hotel. You can hear people walking upstairs and waking up in the middle of a night. They assigned us room 109, which is between laundry and a staircase. It smells bad from the laundry. You can hear people using the laundry late evening and personnel slamming doors in adjacent laundry room early morning. We could only get a couple of hours of sleep.

Rooms are very loud and ours even that much worse as it was near the ice machine and door to the pool area. I get it, someone always gets the room next to the ice maker but this was literally on top of it and with the less than sound proof rooms, it was horrible as for some reason people get ice at the strongest times!

Rooms were updated and clean. New vinyl flooring in all rooms. Air conditioning was located in the farther separate sofa area which was partitioned by a wall from the bed area and bath. It was much warmer in the bedroom area. The air did not get into the bath at all. There was no separate fan for the bathroom as well. We kept the bathroom door open to get some circulation. The bed was very firm. This is not my preference as I have RA and need a bit more give for myself. The shower had really good water pressure and a low tub clearance. My only issue with the bathroom was that the toilet is very low. Great for children though ;) The pool area was very nice. We did not use this area but wished I had thought to bring my swimsuit. Breakfast was very nice. Many options including the Best Western waffles which I love. Yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, biscuits & gravy etc. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Overall a very pleasant experience and will return.

My wife has limited mobility and can’t walk easily. Your staff person at checkin was so kind as to move her own car so we could park in a place closer to the entrance and to our room. The hilly parking lot could be challenging otherwise. This morning a staff member was parked in the only handicapped parking space, which made it difficult for us to go to breakfast.

Check in was super easy and fast! The young woman at the desk Fri afternoon was friendly and efficient. Laughed at my joke! She was also very helpful later in the visit when we needed towels. Breakfast was alright. Room was nice. The Pool chilly and spa nice and warm. Was a great place to enjoy a concert and wine tasting weekend from!

Beautiful property. Unfortunately, there is not enough help there. Person working front desk also had to clean rooms so was unavailable and delayed our check in by 45 minutes. Manager needs to have better staffing levels. Not the employee’s faults.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a spa tub fabulous! The breakfast had many choices which were very good. It is close to Murphy, Sonora, James Town and Columbia which all have shopping and dinner choices. We came for a concert in Murphy at The Ironstone Winery which is a must see!

The included breakfast was weak, very limited so I went somewhere else and paid for breakfast. Typical for other hotel stays were sausage and eggs, not here. This was the real disappointment from staying there. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable

Room was very comfortable, staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast options were great - not only did they have yummy waffles and an array of toppings, but they also had high protein and low sugar options like plain greek yogurt, eggs, breakfast burritos, and breakfast sandwiches. Workout room and outdoor pool/hot tub looked good too, I would have used them if I had more time at the hotel. Would definitely recommend!
