⭐️ 1-Star Review Unfortunately, what should have been a routine stay turned into an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I had stayed here previously and had positive experiences with the property and staff, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Upon arrival, there were significant problems with the room, including a large gap around the door/missing hardware that raised legitimate privacy and security concerns, a defective privacy curtain, an unusable television, no microwave, a very weak shower, and visible fecal soiling on the toilet. These are not minor inconveniences—they are basic cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns. I reported the issues and ultimately had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room also had multiple problems, including no telephone, bathroom-door issues, and furniture/room-condition concerns. I also had an extremely unpleasant interaction with management regarding my documented itinerary and check-in arrangements. Rather than addressing the concerns professionally, I was spoken to in a manner I found disrespectful and was charged disputed fees that ultimately required intervention from the third-party booking company. I want to be clear: I am not writing this review simply bc I initially was denied a refund, prior to legal intervention. My concern is the overall treatment, the condition and cleanliness, the safety/privacy issues, and the manner in which legitimate concerns were handled.

Enough Parking space in front of the rooms. Room was clean .

they knew the room had issues and would not switch rooms but said they would offer a refund and did not. the shower handle was not attached at all and fell off ever time you went to use it and i was just exprected to just make it work, the fridge apeard to have leaked at some point bc the wood under it was water damaged and the fridge didnt work. TV would work when it wanted to, about half the time the key card wouldnt work and would have to be reprogrammed and they kept saying it must have been too close to my phone when it was not near it at all. the on-site laundry was also not working. they were already aware of these issues with the room but was renting it out anyways.

$100 security deposit is crazy. There was not even a phone, or microwave in the room. Large questionable stains on the chair. Very rude and loud other tenants that kept me up all night, cops were called on girl screaming at 6am. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay again.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was in poor shape. Tub had a crack, floor into the bathroom was cracked and lifted. Area was not great.
