Pictures are deceiving. Rundown property and rooms. We only booked this hotel because it had the amenities we NEEDED- “fitness center on site” and laundry. However, the attendant said the laundry was shut down and there was no fitness on site. We would have to travel down the road to a facility. We have 3 children with us which is not feasible to leave them for this duration. Beds were ok. Fixtures need upgrading- chunks of the faucet were missing. Breakfast was a nice idea but so slow. Don’t expect to walk into the image you see of the lobby-

Our bathroom sink was backed up and the maintenance man was here and had it fixed and cleaned up very quickly. The facility is wonderful, has a very nice courtyard with BBQ grills and picnic tables. The dog park area is small but ok for the pup.

The very old hotel had remodeled the rooms to be ok, except my bathroom that no vent or fan. The neighborhood was dirty and shabby. They retained lots of old trees in a courtyard area which had barbecues and tables. The pool was closed for repairs. In summer.

For the price, this property is a good value. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe on the property. It's not their fault they are in Barstow. They had laundry facilities and a huge pool. It's 8 ft deep and long so lap swimming is great. It's deep enough to stay cool in the crazy summer heat. The breakfast at the restaurant that was included was stellar. Best free breakfast. Made to order eggs/beans/tortillas, pancakes, etc. Great options and very tasty. Overall enjoyed my 1 night stay enroute to vegas.

The staff care, they are quite friendly and helpful. The Quality Inn likely has the best included breakfast on the Main Street collection of Motels. And Los Domingos is a good Mexican style restaurant. where we generally dine.

Plenty of parking avaliable and the night clerk was very courteous and friendly. She gave us two adjoining rooms for our family of seven. She explained all of the property amenities in detail.

We were just passing through and after traveling for 14 hours straight, we needed a play to stop and rest. The bathroom was dirty, there were dirty towels on the floor and dirt all over the carpet. We were to tired to find another hotel so we slept a couple hours and left. I'll never stay there again

We stayed on the second floor the first night we stayed in Barstow. Everything was good. It did take the AC unit to cool down the room some hours but it was also 108 degrees outside which was expected. The second time we stayed there (on way back to Barstow), we stayed on the first floor, but we saw dead cockroaches on the ground in the room and one live one coming out of the sink…

We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and enjoyed it. Sadly this time was a disappointment. The shower was not thoroughly clean, hair on the walls. There was no light cover on the fixture in the bathroom. No tissues in the room and the walls looked like they had not had a fresh coat of paint in years. Not so much of a Quality Inn stay.

The people in the room next to us were outside smoking, so maybe that's why? Beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept very well. We did not have time to use any of the amenities or go to breakfast. I noticed several picnic tables in the courtyard near a fountain. I saw many people on the property while we were getting to our room and was worried that it might be noisy, but the property was quiet throughout the night.

The restaurant adjacent was very good. AC was broken upon arrival, as was the phone. AC was "fixed" promptly, but, set at 62, strained to keep the room cool all the stay. USB ports for charging did not work. General condition of the facilities needed "sprucing up" - looked like regular maintenance was not done for a long time. Bathroom was tiny (tub ok) and the toilet seat was too small.

Good enough for a quick pop in to sleep. Hotel is next to TacoBell and the bright neon shined in the window all night. The bed had a piece of sheet metal under it and every time you move in the bed it sounded like thunder.

The staff was courteous & I only had A problem because receptionist that was there when I checked in, I explained to her I did not want to put on, but she put me in one anyway room 114. My son has very bad allergies so I made it very clear. I didn’t want to stand a pet room and we found that one of the chairs had pet scratches on it and also a bunch of pet here. I was very disappointed because I made it very clear when the receptionist asked me that I didn’t want a pet.. I could see if she didn’t ask me then that’s different but I explained to her why and she still millionaire room so I wasn’t satisfied with that at all

We had an exterior room and there were a lot of noisy loud people at 1:30 at night playing music very loudly in their cars outside of a room. They were disorderly and we did try to call the front desk to have them deal with it. We tried twice but nobody answered the phone. If you try this hotel, try to get an interior room on the courtyard which is much quieter. The staff when we talked to them were very nice and apologized.

Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was clean and nicely kept and updated with everything we needed. Courtyard is delightful and a wonderful place to sit and rexlax outside. Bed was super comfortable. Restaurant onsite is really good with a complimentary breakast in the morning that was outstanding! Walkways and entryway is looking a little old and tired, a fresh coat of paint on the pillars and a good sweep up would do wonders.

The staff in restaurant& hotel were very friendly. Mexican restaurant excellent. Best kept secret in Barstow. Hotel nice, courtyard very nice, good rooms. Stay here you won't be disappointed !!

Hotel was comfortable enough and very reasonably priced, so got decent value for the money. The actual room was a bit worn, and what we would expect from this level of hotel and price. The breakfast was superior to most hotels. Choices of eggs, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, all cooked to order.

This was a stop over stay on our way to Williams, AZ. The Quality Inn was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was a “cook to order” breakfast and was very good. They do not allow substitutions, however there are additional options to choose from for an additional charge. The prices on the additions were very reasonable. Our waitress, Brittany, was superb! Very friendly and very efficient. I suggest taking a few dollars to tip her as she works very hard to keep everyone satisfied.

The room was quiet, the property is just OK about what you expected for the price, but what’s really outstanding is the breakfast is far above and beyond what you would expect at this price with an excellent sit down restaurant style breakfast provided at no extra charge with options of pancakes, eggs and toast or a traditional Mexican breakfast!
