Such a great stay here, would definitely return

Great location in Calistoga! It’s at the end of the Main Street but walkable. It was clean, quiet and comfy. The staff are super nice and helpful. Free parking. The pools and saunas are just ok but a nice perk.

I made a mistake with my 2 night reservation (wrong week). The hotel was unwilling to extend any courtesy. Just kept all the money. Good will, apparently, is not important to this proprietor.

lovely one night stay-the hotel is centrally located, comfortable and a very sweet little local hotel.

Overall, the hotel has what you’d expect. What you never want to expect is what we got. Our items in our room were taken and moved due to a lack of communication on their end. An item of ours was also presumably stolen. The staff did not see our concern or shared discomfort and tried to blame their other guests. Very unfortunate circumstances that could have been fixed with being upfront or having stricter enforcements with their own staff.
