I wanted to get a nicer hotel over a Best Western, I knew that it wouldn't be the highlight hotel of Los Angeles, however my search became a huge burden/time waster when i discovered most 'nicer hotels' had this huge parking fee from $35 to $100.00 per night, that mixed in with most not giving a free breakfast and some not having any pool at all. I seach for a hotel that had all three: pool, free breakfast and free parking.....very few found within 100 miles of Los Angeles. The Good The bed was comfortable for my needs, it was a plush (soft), the bed is on the top of my list of top important things a hotel is to have for my needs. The staff was mostly nice (save one associate, whom was ho-hum). The breakfast was a little better than expected...nothing ground breaking, however you won't go hungry or get sick. The bad Although the pool was heated well ( I reached my hand in), it was well past dirty and an no point (while I stayed) ever cleaned. I didn't use the pool due to how really dirty it was. At no point did I see anyone use it either, while I stayed. The Rest The area is as expected, it's loud noisy and lower class, you get by, but be aware the conditions are not for all. The gym is almost poor: it has three cardio machines, one bench a slection of dumbbells and one-in-all weight machine; it's a small gym that could use more weights, a tv is included along with towels, H2o and a connected bathroom.

Nice place, a bit pricey for the location. Hot tub, pool, bowling alley and bar next door, and some decent food spots walking distance. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Nice lady at the breakfast always helps out.

Decent location although parking area was on the smaller side. Fairly. Average breakfast food options but what I did not like was the breakfast staff. It felt like they were hovering over my family and I and at times, would be in the way of grabbing food items or silverware. Would prefer they step aside and let guests get their food and enjoy their meals with their loved ones. Also it was freezing in there. Other than that, fairly comfortable beds. We would stay there in the future if we travel that way again.

We have used this BW hotel a couple of time for 8 nights. It has all the amenities asscoiated with BW. The booking was efficient, the room is large enough and furnished with all the right amenities. The bed was comfortable. The facilties worked and had an effective AC and bathroom extractor. Thee power of the shower could have been better, but there was adequate hotwater. Breakfast is minimal but enough. Would have prefere metal Knives and forks and proper plates. There is ample parking next to the hotel. We would be happy to stay again at this hotel.

Overall, had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service was smooth and everything felt thoughtfully set up. My only two complaints: I couldn't cast movies from my phone to the TV (a small but noticeable miss), and the A/C fan stayed running loudly even after hitting the set temperature due to the auto-fan setting. Not dealbreakers, but worth noting. Would absolutely stay again.

Quick last minute get away for my family to visit Universal Studios. This hotel was a mistake. I should have paid the extra $40 a night to stay at something else. Outside of hotel was decent but, the area it was in was sketch. Check in lobby seemed nice and clean but, when we started the wall to our room the hallways smelled like pee, hallways were dark and just run down looking. Our room was OK for what we paid and felt safe IN it. Double locked our doors every time. It served its purpose for us for our trip. On our last night, we were woken up at 3:30am with some domestic drama going on in the hallway. A girl was screaming “get off of me” and a male was physical with her. Not knowing what was going on, I advised my husband to just listen and look through the peep hole while I got on the phone with hotel. I dont know if hotel ever did anything but, the two returned back their room after 10 minutes of fighting/arguing. Both my kids woke up scared and traumatized. I couldn’t ho back to sleep so we just showered and left for home at 6am. Never ever again I am cutting corners with price and will check area of hotels.

My whole day was wonderful and at a perfect price point. The room itself was very comfortable, but personally, I found the bed to be a bit on the too soft side. Other than that, I had no complaints. It was agreat stay.

I liked the breakfast quite a bit. I imagine it would be boring after several days but for my one night stay it was great. I asked for a quiet room but it was not so much. A lot of traffic on the adjoining street. Probably a bit high priced for the area, noise but OK for one night.

I arrived during a busy time and Yolanda took the time with each guest to quickly but efficiently check them in. I was able to have a conversation with her about our stay and she felt genuinely excited to have us stay there. It was relaxing and stress free! Great place!

Disappointing on a few levels. Mainly, an unexpected charge for an early arrival (1 hour) appeared out of nowhere. I was told it was "policy". I was given the option to wait but I was tired and needed a place to rest. It is the first time experience for me in which a hotel is putting their own greed in front of a guest's convenience. The room was ready and the right thing to do was to simply give me the access a bit early. I left 2 hours early and didn't get any reimbursement of course.

I wanted to get a nicer hotel over a Best Western, I knew that it wouldn't be the highlight hotel of Los Angeles, however my search became a huge burden/time waster when i discovered most 'nicer hotels' had this huge parking fee from $35 to $100.00 per night, that mixed in with most not giving a free breakfast and some not having any pool at all. I seach for a hotel that had all three: pool, free breakfast and free parking.....very few found within 100 miles of Los Angeles. The Good The bed was comfortable for my needs, it was a plush (soft), the bed is on the top of my list of top important things a hotel is to have for my needs. The staff was mostly nice (save one associate, whom was ho-hum). The breakfast was a little better than expected...nothing ground breaking, however you won't go hungry or get sick. The bad Although the pool was heated well ( I reached my hand in), it was well past dirty and an no point (while I stayed) ever cleaned. I didn't use the pool due to how really dirty it was. At no point did I see anyone use it either, while I stayed. The Rest The area is as expected, it's loud noisy and lower class, you get by, but be aware the conditions are not for all. The gym is almost poor: it has three cardio machines, one bench a slection of dumbbells and one-in-all weight machine; it's a small gym that could use more weights, a tv is included along with towels, H2o and a connected bathroom.

Nice place, a bit pricey for the location. Hot tub, pool, bowling alley and bar next door, and some decent food spots walking distance. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Nice lady at the breakfast always helps out.

I liked the breakfast quite a bit. I imagine it would be boring after several days but for my one night stay it was great. I asked for a quiet room but it was not so much. A lot of traffic on the adjoining street. Probably a bit high priced for the area, noise but OK for one night.

Employees stayed here and said although rooms are clean the surrounding are of the hotel is very sketchy. We had a LARGE heavy piece of equipment stolen from the back of a work truck. When I called to inquire about video surveillance I was told it was going to take days to find it even though I gave them a few hour window. The girl on the phone implied it may have happened somewhere else. She didn't offer to take any information from me or to contact me when the video was available. Apparently there are people who sleep in there cars around the adjacent bowling ally and in the hotel parking lot.This will definitely be the last Best Western I ever book at as it seems to be a trend with this brand hotel.

Decent location although parking area was on the smaller side. Fairly. Average breakfast food options but what I did not like was the breakfast staff. It felt like they were hovering over my family and I and at times, would be in the way of grabbing food items or silverware. Would prefer they step aside and let guests get their food and enjoy their meals with their loved ones. Also it was freezing in there. Other than that, fairly comfortable beds. We would stay there in the future if we travel that way again.

My sister, husband and I were happy with our stay, the room was clean, the bathroom was a bit small but otherwise okay. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious. We would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

We have used this BW hotel a couple of time for 8 nights. It has all the amenities asscoiated with BW. The booking was efficient, the room is large enough and furnished with all the right amenities. The bed was comfortable. The facilties worked and had an effective AC and bathroom extractor. Thee power of the shower could have been better, but there was adequate hotwater. Breakfast is minimal but enough. Would have prefere metal Knives and forks and proper plates. There is ample parking next to the hotel. We would be happy to stay again at this hotel.

Upon checking in they couldn't find my reservation and looked at me like I was crazy when I showed them my booking. Theh finally found it but still had an unfriendly tone about it. Everything else on the property was fine. The room was set up for accessibility as we asked for, but I would suggest that the handle bar in the bathroom isn't moved to the wall in front of the restroom instead of to the side. My grandmother had a very hard time trying to use it with the way it is. Breakfast was good.

Phone at room was not working , when asked for help, front desk stated:” why didn’t you call at the time it happened “ I got attitude and I stated : “ I’m telling I didn’t have power on the phone “ and she didn’t apologize instead went to check my room with my permission and confirmed it wasn’t working. Management needs to give customer service reminders to their staff.
